Canaan

I am a lover of tuberose and this one PERFECT. It feels like a nod and homage to so many LOUD vintage tuberoses without any of the synthetic methyl anthranilate feel. This one really bridges of the divide of vintage tuberoses and more youthful ones. I smell this and I am in the same room as a woman wearing Giorgio or Fracas, but she's with her daughter, who wears Alien. (And perhaps, I am in the corner, watching them...by the potted plants lol because this smells like a room of tuberose sillage with a tinge of something soil-y.) Canaan has those elements of round, sweet, naturally-fruity tuberose, brightened by neroli, but its edges are jagged -- a bit spicy, a bit of dirt -- perhaps a subtle sharp vetiver as well. In this fragrance, that subtle dankness does not come from the tuberose, which stays bright and sweet in its wear, but from its wood, warmy, and slightly mossy base. Every fragrance in Maison D'ETTO has the qualities of a signature scent, as in, the person who wears this scent might only wear this scent, and they're beautiful and complex enough for it.

Okay, this is beautiful. LOVE!! Dries down to a mellow powdery spice that I just want to keep smelling :) it’s kinda like a more floral/powdery hypnotizing fire parfum (minus the cinnamon)

for some reason this smells like a flintstone vitamin to me. it's also beautiful. both things can be true at once.

Complex and gorgeous. The best of the entire range.

It is certainly a very original tuberose, spicy and exotic, it reminds me of the yellow color of turmeric. The first notes are a little camphorous, like some rare perfumes with tuberose. As if by magic it remains fresh on the blotting paper indefinitely... it is not like that on the skin, where it becomes warm, some live, harmonious flowers comme out, they keep bringing some smell from the spice cabinet to my nose. It's special and I understand the sophistication of the composition but for some reason I can't get along with him. I have a small bottle with about 10 ml in case someone in Europe is interested in exchanging it for 10 ml of another perfume.

Warm and pleasant but a bit boring woody floral scent centered around a natural tuberose accord. The scent opens briefly with a slight cardamom and pimento before going into the firm tuberose heart. As the scent dries off, we get a slight neroli followed by a prolonged powdery base of tonka, oud and synthetic musk. The feminine leaning scent has moderate sillage and very good longevity. Tuberose lovers need to try this scent, for most others it will be deja vu. Enjoy!

I hate to give this a low rating because it's simply not my style. However, I can definitely see why others who like spicy tuberous are loving it. It's very elegant and sophisticated and seems like it's very well done. Again, it's just not my style. 😩

This is a very nice "spicebomb" style fragrance. Nothing shocking or out of the ordinary for the genre, but a beautifully well-balanced & enjoyably paced fragrance with good performance. All of the listed notes are easily distinguishable. The warm spicy top notes are nice and strong and last at least an hour, while the floral heart notes are more subdued & subtle, yet persist for a good period of time (at least 3 hours). In addition to what's listed, there seems to be a lovely powdery amber base note (benzoin labdanum vanilla meaning of amber) that becomes prominent in the extended drydown past 4-5 hours.

This beautiful scent is swoon worthy! I love tuberose and a green tuberose is so hard to find, so this one was an instant love for me. If you want a green earthy tuberose, look no further. I love every single fragrance from this house, and this one is just so elegant and stunning!

The most gorgeous spicy tuberose with a beautiful vetiver-ish powdery dry down. Hard to describe, it is so perfectly blended. Feels very natural but is long lasting and perfect from start to finish. My favourite of the house of Maison d’Etto.

My favorite of the whole line, but it doesn’t have that desperate, alarmingly gorgeous feel to it that I want when buying a full bottle of anything LOL. I will enjoy every drop of my decant.

This had the same spicy, shaving cream-y vibe as Tuberose Tantra by Kismet Olfactive. I like this one more, but i like neither of them very much.
