Oud Satin Mood Extrait de Parfum

When I first bought Oud Satin Mood Extrait, I debated the first few days on returning it or selling it. I thought it was too strong and cloying. I remember spraying it on me in the car after coming out of Saks and driving home thinking that I wasted $400 plus. Now after wearing it for some time, I truly adore this scent and enjoy the feedback that I get from others that come around me. Oud Satin Mood EdP is one of my top favorite fragrances in the fall and winter time but now with the Extrait in my rotation, I feel it will be helpful to give my personal takeaway and compare both of them in this review to give whoever reading some insight if interested in trying out or purchasing either one of them: - Contrary to what I assumed a long time ago, I used to think the Extrait was basically the same as the EdP but just stronger. As far as the scent goes, I'd give it 85 -90% similarity but the longer you wear it and get to know it, you'll realize that they are two completely different fragrances. It wouldn't be redundant to own both in my opinion. - Going more into the scent profile, in the EdP the floral notes (roses and violet) are more prominent throughout the wear, whereas in the Extrait, the florals are still definitely present but they take a seat back and more present is the Oud, Amber accord and the added Cinnamon. - The EdP is sweeter and powdery. The Extrait is not as sweet and the powderiness is dialed down. The Extrait also has a hint of spiciness to it (the cinnamon). Where I thought the EdP version is unisex/leaning feminine, the Extrait I feel is completely unisex down the middle. - Don't make the mistake of easily overspraying the Extrait. I had to change up my spray routine with it because it can be overbearing even with two sprays. I spray 3 - 4 times spread out on myself with the EdP. With the Extrait, one spray definitely could be enough. I usually hit one spray to my chest area and if I do one more spray, the other will be on one of my lower arms. - The EdP is airy compared to the heavy and dense nature of the Extrait. Even though it is heavier and more concentrated, I still feel that the EdP is a darker scent. The EdP is more sensual and cozy and perfect for date nights. The Extrait is bold and opulent while still maintaining its sensuality but not as seductive as the EdP. If you felt that the EdP gives "boss" vibes as some reviews have stated, the Extrait will convey that but even more. Both are cooler/cold weather appropriate scents but in my opinion, what I like about the Extrait is that it can easily be pulled off in both the day and night time. - Performance is great on both iterations. Notably, the Extrait will have "nuclear" projection for at least the first 3-4 hours until it settles down moderately while maintaining a great sillage throughout the whole day especially if spraying on clothes. Overall, what I love about either of the Oud Satin Mood's and what makes it stand apart from other Rose/Oud/Vanilla fragrances is the Violet which is the underrated player of the show. It will always be a staple in my collection.

Oud Satin Mood Extrait by Maison Francis Kurkdjian is a fragrance that grew on me over time, and today I clearly prefer it to the EDP. Not because the EDP isn’t beautiful, but because the Extrait has more depth, more character, and an evolution that I personally find mesmerizing. The opening is magnificent, luxurious and opulent: a full, velvety, mature rose, immediately wrapped in a dark, resinous base. The oud is never loud or animalic; instead, it works quietly in the background as a structural element—elegant and controlled. In the first few minutes there’s a particular spicy nuance that initially caught me off guard, but over time I’ve come to appreciate it, and now it doesn’t bother me at all; on the contrary, it adds personality to the opening. Even after more than an hour, the fragrance still feels like it’s in its “opening phase,” but in the best possible way. Everything blends gradually, with no sharp transitions. The evolution is slow and continuous: the rose becomes darker, a soft, powdery vanilla emerges—never gourmand—and the whole composition grows increasingly enveloping. Compared to the EDP, I find it less floral, darker, and overall more masculine. I’ve tested it several times in the evening, sometimes even with three sprays (many people say two are already plenty). During the first two hours it’s dominant, elegant, and clearly noticeable—honestly, it feels like nothing else exists around you. In the third hour it’s still impressive and beautiful, then from the fourth hour onward it starts to pull closer to the skin. It doesn’t disappear at all, to be clear, but it becomes more intimate. The drydown is warm, powdery, woody, and refined—probably my favorite phase. Only in the very late drydown, at the very end of its life, I notice a faint nuance that vaguely reminds me of Habit Rouge (in a very subtle way, possibly the vanilla?). It doesn’t ruin the experience, but I mention it for the sake of completeness. Regarding longevity and performance, I have to be honest: on my skin, unfortunately, I’ve never experienced the famous “12+ hours of atomic projection” that everyone talks about. The longevity is there, but the strong projection, for me, is mainly concentrated in the first 2–3 hours, and I never had the feeling of being “smelled from 10 meters away” (or at least, I didn’t notice it 😅). I find this quite curious, considering how universally this fragrance is described as nuclear—some people even claim they can smell it after 24 hours. If anyone has technical explanations (skin chemistry, anosmia, batch variations, climate, application methods, etc.) or tips, they are more than welcome. In conclusion, Oud Satin Mood Extrait is a stunning, sensual, elegant, and deeply satisfying fragrance. It’s not, for me, a mass-destruction weapon lasting all night long, unfortunately—but it is a top-tier perfume that will absolutely reward those who love complexity and evolution. Even if I’m not sure I’d invest in a full bottle due to the high price, I know for certain it’s a fragrance I’ll continue to wear and love.

First thing first, this smells very, very similar to the eau de parfum. At least on my skin. They have differences, this is denser, less airy, thicker, darker. But I'd say this and the eau de parfum are 93% similar. Rose. You HAVE to love rose to enjoy this. Rose is the heart of this perfume, and it's more of a sweet rose perfume than an oud one. Oud is still very noticeable, but it's not the main player. Do not expect a classic oud rose combo, this smells way different. It's much, much sweeter than your average rose and oud. While this is a very base heavy scent, it actually has a little transition from the opening to the drydown. In the opening there's a green aspect, probably brought by the geranium. Geranium helps with the whole rose aspect of the fragrance, and it brings a green touch. After 20 minutes, the green aspect is gone. What you're left with a massive fragrance wall. This perfectly combines violet, sweet rose, oud and an ambery background. But rose is definitely the main player. Oud is more prominent than in the EdP. This is a very dense perfume, it almost has a physical presence. The juice itself is very oily. This, to me, could be the perfect fragrance to describe what "niche perfumery" is to someone new to fragrances. This smells EXTREMELY expensive, high quality, rich, luxurious. This is one of the strongest perfumes on the market, if you use this for work or school be very careful how much you spray. It can be very obnoxious very fast. The thing with this fragrance is of course, is it worth it ? Because it is much more expensive than the eau de parfum, which is already expensive. On me, the eau de parfum has massive performance. It lasts 24+ hours, projects massively, lingers forever. The eau de parfum is more airy, less dense. They're both huge beasts, but they don't wear exactly the same. I think both have their uses. Is it redundant to own both ? Well yeah completely, as I said they smell very very similar. But does it make sense to own both ? Yeah probably if you really love them. Honestly, these perfumes are actually worth it to me, especially if you can get them at the airport with a -20% discount. They bring you on a journey, they're very luxury smelling and have insane performance. This is Francis Kurkdjian at his best, working with incredible ingredients to create incredibly unique and luxurious fragrances. Completely unisex, while women would feel more at ease wearing rose heavy perfumes, if you're a guy that likes rose this perfectly works. A true masterpiece.

i have been sampling both the EDP and extrait for about a week now, (female body) i wanted to be very scientific about it so i only did one spray on one wrist for each day I tested with and without lotion. both smell AMAZING, to me it has almost aroma therapy benefits as it just makes me feel really relaxed, yet alert, sexy and confident. The extrait is definitely more complex and deep and dense and sweet. The EDP is airy and gorgeous and lovely and powdery. both have a soft blended quality and a sensuality. They both feel like the color magenta, sparkling summer night skies, love potions. funny enough on my skin it feels like its a self love potion, i have never felt this loving, confident, assured, and magical. i dont care if people say this is a special winter nights occasion fragrance, if you have the personality, skin chemistry, and dont overspray (1-2, 3 MAX) this can be a signature scent. i WILL say, I was surprised to discover that while both are incredibly long lasting, the EDP projects SIGNIFICANTLY better on my skin than the extrait. I dont know what it is because in theory I would have believed the extrait would blow the EDP out of the water. this is why its so important to sample on YOUR skin. I get a solid 6 hours of strong projection before it settles into my skin, which i am also able to smell on myself. now it could be that for some reason i am more nose blind to the extrait, but if i am buying a fragrance i want to be able to smell it just as much as the people around me. definitely sample both! the price is definitely an investment as you literally only need 1-2 sprays and you are filling up the whole room and ur nose. this fragrance makes everything feel so romantic and magical and i’m so lucky it smells this good on my skin.

Oud Satin Mood Extrait by Maison Francis Kurkdjian This has been my signature for the past five to six years. I found it right when Baccarat Rouge 540 started taking over. Every room I walked into, someone was wearing it. A perfect scent, completely overexposed. I had to pivot. My perfume counter assassin pointed me to “the blue bottle” and that was it. I never went back to the red. It opens rich and smooth with a deep rose wrapped in a slightly sweet, almost jammy warmth. There is a softness to it, but it carries weight. As it develops, the oud comes through, refined and polished, not dirty or aggressive. It blends into the rose and vanilla in a way that feels seamless. The drydown is where it separates itself. Warm vanilla, benzoin, and amber create this dense, silky trail that lingers and fills a room without ever feeling sharp. Notes include rose, oud, vanilla, benzoin, and violet. The extrait concentration gives it that thickness and depth that the standard version cannot match. This is a compliment machine. Consistent, daily reactions without trying. It stays loud for hours, then settles into a long, controlled presence. Performance is on another level. Full strength for easily 12 hours on skin. On clothes and sheets, it lasts for days, sometimes a full week. I have looked for a cheaper alternative more times than I can count. Nothing comes close. At some point you stop searching and accept it. Yes, it is expensive. Still worth it. Grade: A+ Projection: A+ Longevity: A+ Compliments: A+ $: ~$400+

Just bought a 70ml bottle of this on a blind buy as it was recommended by a great friend from Morocco at the gym. That guy has great taste, style & knowledge and introduced me to LV Pacific Chill which is now my summer go to - both at the gym, endurance cycling and business wear. One word to describe this Oud Satin Mood Extract... EXQUISITE!!!! That rose - wow! It's just such a beautiful smell - rose, oud, leather - I'm getting lots of leather from it. Pure class. It reminds me of a jazz club and weirdly, reminds me of being a child when I opened up an old record box of 78rpm records and got this smell! Nostalgic but super contemporary at the same time. Nothing old about this. It kind of makes you want to dress up smart, chic and stylish for this - think Dior/Maison Margiella shirt and suit - yes, I wore for the gym - too nice for that but a lady friend loved it. This is coming with me on my skiing holiday over Christmas - I'll be wearing it to the apres ski and evening dinner and I'll be spraying merino wool and cashmere jumpers, scarves and coats with it. Daytime snowboarding in the sun, I'm thinking LV Pacific Chill and Afternoon Swim! So glad that I dared to take a chance on this. It's my signature winter fragrance for sure! I'm even ordering the body wash and body oil to compliment it! Nothing like it for the winter. Class all the way! It's insanely beautiful. Classy, elegant and youthful - just like YOU! It's a masterpiece.

I waited verrrrrry long to purchase this because it was no longer in stock. I was afraid that it was discontinued so i e-mailed the MFK company and they said that it was due to difficulties to acquire the oud ingredient. I actually was kind of happy to hear that because, to me, that showed how carefully they handle the ingredients in it, and not 'just reFoRmuLaTe' it. You get what you see or read, a worthy ‘extrait de parfum’ with highly acquired ingredients. If i had to choose one perfume to use my whole life it would be this one! This is so well blended, so intoxicating with a fantastic sillage, projection and longevity. Amazing!! I love the powderiness, the oud, the smoothend rose with the vanilla, the cinnamon. It is soo well blended. And it projects even more when i sweat or in hot weather. It radiates around me and i and others love it too. It matches soo well with my skin chemistry, it is just crazy! I want to buy a 200ml of this potion, unfortunately they don’t sell the extrait in a big bottle. One time i was at work and a coworker of mine said that she could trace me because of my perfume. I told her that i hadn’t sprayed anything that morning. It turned out it was the oud satin mood EDP which i had sprayed 2 days before on my clothes and behind my neck/hairline.... Let alone the extrait de parfum. Masterpiece! Update: pure perfection *_*

I got a decant of this. I hate that I want to wear it soooooooooooo bad but idk it leans feminine to me. My neighbor smelled it and she said it smells like a very rich old lady and roses. My girl smelled it on me (1 spray on my arm. 1 spray. Let that sink in) on our walk around the neighborhood and she said "oh you're the roses smell that I'm getting, I love it it's masculine on you" So I'm so torn. I honestly want to get a bottle of it, and mix it with other colognes in a decant and see what monster I can come up with, cause this stuff is INSANE. Im def getting a bottle. Even if I don't use the bottle, I'd spray it like twice in my water diffuser and make the house smells fantastic anytime of the year. For personal wear, I would only rock this in the cold nights in an open area. I feel like on a hot day this would be overkill. 9/10 for me. Point missing cause it's just leans feminine to me. Edit: I just sprayed this onto a test strip, then hit it with some Sauvage Elixir, and to me... This is a wild mix but it works so well. 2nd test strip with SWY absolutely. It's absolutely working for my nose. The notes are mixing well but not sure about this one yet...

Honestly, it’s a close race between Louis Vuitton Imagination, Acqua Di Giò Profumo, and Sospiro Vibrato — these three always stand out when it comes to compliments, especially from women. They’re all technically “fresh” fragrances, but far from your typical aquatic or citrusy summer spritz. Each one has depth, complexity, and seductive nuance beneath the freshness: Imagination brings this bright, sparkling citrus with a sensual, almost airy sexiness in the drydown — incredibly addictive and smooth, with a trail that lingers beautifully. ADG Profumo is iconic — it takes that familiar aquatic DNA and adds incense and patchouli, giving it a mysterious, masculine twist that always gets noticed. Vibrato is just on another level — sharp, vibrant, elegant, and so powerful for a fresh fragrance. It projects with confidence and still feels refined and classy. All three are versatile, compliment magnets, and exude a kind of clean luxury and sex appeal that consistently earns attention. I couldn’t name just one — they all deliver in different ways.

I was already familiar with the DNA, but the extrait version feels like everything is turned inward — deeper, smoother, more intimate. On my skin, it opens as a dense, velvety rose with a soft violet powderiness. There’s a sweetness, but it never feels sharp or juvenile — it’s rounded, almost creamy. The beast of all beasts! I really could leave it there but to go further, you need personality and confidence to wear this fragrance or it will wear you! The projection and longevity of this fragrance is NUCLEAR! And that is coming from someone who is an oversprayer, like I literally take into consideration how many sprays of this I will do both for myself and the people around me whenever I wear this. The scent is dark, mysterious and a bit powdery, is it the best smelling fragrance? No, I give it an 8/10 but will your presence command attention anywhere you go wearing this? Yes, will it turn heads? YES. Be rest assured that your scent will be stronger than everyone else in the room or whatever space you are in. I got introduced to this fragrance after buying Baccarat and got this as a sample. I sprayed one spray of the sample that lasted for weeks on my hoodie after being washed multiple times! I got complaints that it was too strong. This is a statement piece not a daily wear. It is expensive but believe me this is a one time purchase for the rest of your life.

I purchased Oud Satin Mood Elixir Précieux Extrait de Parfum in a roll-on oil version, not the spray bottle version. The oil version is the only oud I have ever enjoyed (so far all other oud fragrances I’ve tried had me regretting life and avoiding my wrist for 24+ hours). I didn’t even like any of the other Maison Francis Kurkdjian Paris oud fragrances, none of the MFK oud spray perfumes. I only like Oud Satin Mood in the oil version. And saying that I like this oud fragrance is an understatement. I LOVE Oud Satin Mood. It is so sexy and feminine and the silage is pretty good, as I’ve had people from six feet or more away from me ask what I’m wearing. My boyfriend likes this on me & he hates almost all fragrances. I love Oud Satin Mood so much I bought the $100 candle. This scent makes me feel happy, sensual, excstatic, beautiful, like a Queen, etc etc. Love, love , love this fragrance especially in the winter time, day or night. And it’s totally sexy to wear at bedtime before mounting a Lover💖

This fragrance firmly holds a spot in my Top 3 fragrances I’ve ever tried list. For me, it’s a powdery yet incredibly powerful rose-oud combination. The transitions between notes are seamless and elegant. It’s top-tier quality in every aspect. Unfortunately, it’s extremely expensive—especially here in Türkiye—but I still think it’s worth the price. I probably wouldn’t purchase a full bottle unless I were earning over 5000 a month. Instead, I’d go for a 10ml decant every couple of years. It’s best worn in autumn or winter, and more than 4 sprays can overwhelm your nose and even cause nausea—not just for you, but for everyone around you. That’s why 10ml would easily last me around 2 years. Longevity: 11/10 — stays on my skin for over 24 hours, even after washing my hands multiple times. On clothes, it seems to last forever. Sillage: 10/10 — I sprayed it on my hand at the store, and 6–7 hours later when I got home, my family was still complimenting it. Scent-to-Price Ratio: 7/10

I just seem to write a review about this fragrance, My favorite of all time, every now and then... I visit here every day, a lot, just to revisit its aura. And every time I do, it feels like I’m reading about a crown I already wear. This isn’t cologne. This is sex appeal, distilled into royal purple velvet. This is the scent of a man women dream about... and men fear to follow. People don’t just compliment you when you wear it... They worship the air around you. It’s intoxicating. It’s beautiful. It’s devastatingly seductive. A single spray and you become a walking mirage—mysterious, powerful, unforgettable. This extrait is not loud in the vulgar sense... It’s commanding. It enters a room before you do and stays long after you’ve gone. Rose and violet soaked in golden oud and vanilla—not sweet candy, but royal dessert served in silence under candlelight. It doesn’t whisper. It enchants. It doesn’t chase. It summons. And for me? It’s not a signature scent. It’s a legacy.

This is a masterpiece. I tried it on my skin and you can clearly see it's highly concentrated. It's almost like pure oil when I saw it. At first, I was reluctant to try cause I'm not a fan of floral fragrances. When I already tried it, I fell in love with the smell as time goes by. My nose picks it up as a lychee drink which is not a negative thing to me. I actually like the fact that it's not overly floral with the rose note being well-mixed with the vanilla and oud. However, be careful when wearing this in intimate settings. It's an extrait for a reason so expect it to be very potent and people around you will smell it. I recommend using this fragrance during special or formal events, or put 1-2 sprays ONLY 3-4 hours before you go out so the scent can settle down on your skin. Yes you read that right because Oud Satin Mood Extrait is very strong and long-lasting. Overall, this is a high quality fragrance and you get what you pay for!

Okay let’s be honest right now, the extrait and regular parfum smell basically identical! Both are absolutely exquisite. What sets them apart is the power of sillage and longevity. I have both, and both have been on either arm for hours now and while both are still incrediblely powerful, the extrait is radiating a scent bubble of multiple feet while the parfum is maybe 1ft of scent bubble. It is noticeably a stronger concentration. As for the smell, do you need both? I say NO. If you’re a big perfume lover and care about performance and you want the entire building to smell you from miles away, then I say get the extrait as well. If you’re choosing between the 2 and cannot decide, 100% go with the extrait. It is absolutely worth the extra $100 something due to its performance. This is an ungodly beast mode perfume. It puts Amouge, Guidance to shame and I thought that was the strongest perfume out there until I came across this beauty.

It's hailed as one of the world's best fragrances; use it sparingly, as one to three sprays is sufficient, it lasts forever and projects like crazy; if you use more, you can gas yourself or others out. I rate it a 9.9/10

Absolutely masterful Oud fragrance with insane performance and projection. The first time I wore it two weeks ago I was wearing a hoodie, and still today I can smell it. Opens with a beautiful dark and, to my nose, slightly metallic and earthy oud note, with a bright smooth rose accompanying in the foreground. There is also a LOT of violet and warm amber to back it up, slightly sweetened by Vanilla. The dry down is insane, earthy, powdery sweet floral goodness, although for me it takes almost 2 hours to dry down, before seemingly lasting for the next 100 years. I think this scent is unisex and could smell great on a boy or a girl. The price is high, but one spray lasts for eternity, so for a 'special occasion', 'date night', or 'ultra-cold weather' scent, this is perfect and the 75ml bottle will last you forever. Not necessarily blind buy safe, given the price and projection, but if you've got cash: DO IT!

This was my first Niche fragrance that I purchased a few years ago and I remember smelling this fragrance at Nordstrom at the Standford shopping center in Palo Alto CA. This fragrance wasn't on discounters at that time so after I sampled this fragrance I went back and purchased this extraordinary gem of a fragrance. Oud satin mood got me hooked on rose fragrances and this is one of the best oud rose fragrances that money can buy and the staying power of this thing is unreal because this is a 24 hour plus fragrance that you have to go easy on the sprays because it can be overwhelming if applied too much!! With the exception of versatility this fragrance is perfect and this will bring the wearer positive feed back from random strangers if your well put together with your attire and character which is something I have experienced myself. 10/10 fragrance!!

Prestazioni atomiche!!! Questo è davvero il profumo più potente che ho in collezione, e possiedo molti profumi forti come Interlude 53 e King Blue di Amouage, Oud Maracuja di Maison Crivelli, Vanilla Powder di Matier Premier, Cherry Inc. di Lorenzo Pazzaglia, ecc. ecc... Qui siamo davanti ad un profumo magistrale, scia e durata sono devastanti, ma non solo questo. La fragranza in sé a mio avviso è fatta molto bene, è elegante e lussuosa. Comunque vi racconto un aneddoto, una sera d'inverno, per uscire, ho indossato in maniera generosa Oud Satin Mood Extrait e, oltre a ricevere molti complimenti durante la serata, quando sono tornato a casa ed ho messo il giubbino nell'armadio ho praticamente riempito tutta la casa del profumo, e ogni volta che aprivo l'armadio ho continuato a sentire molto bene questo profumo per quasi 1 mese!!!!!

More like Oud Satan, pure beast, hell unleashed whenever you spray this, whoever around you will scream of agony from whatever their olfactory bulb has just experienced. Best perfume ever period, male or female, doesn't matter, at office, partying, holding that fork and spoon with etiquette and tapping gently on your mouth with a white towel while eating caviar, doesn't matter, If you are not a fan of flowers, why? just give this a try. Nuclear bomb flower power with dark woody edge; Tunisian rose and other florals dominate, I actually despise Oud but nah not this one, Woody stuff are not harsh, only downside is the price, but selling your soul for this perfume might just be worth it. One spray and you will summon the Satan, but you will turn hell heaven, and a Satan an angel "4.8/5.

On my skin, Oud Satin Mood Extrait is liquid royal-purple rose in a bottle. A soft violet-powder nuance makes it feel like rose jam on velvet – opulent, sophisticated and impeccably blended. It is sweet but never juvenile: more midnight dessert on fine china than candy shop. Projection is assertive for the first few hours before settling into a plush, enveloping aura, and it lingers on clothing for days. This is not an everyday casual scent; it is special-occasion, centre-stage perfume. If you appreciate bold rose-oud compositions and enjoy being noticed, this is decadent perfection. 🙏🏼✨

What can I say about this one. After having a collection of more than 100 perfumes and sniffing more than 300 perfumes I can say- this is a master piece. Classy bossy yet chic feminine lady slaying in the room vibe. The rose and violet notes are to die for and it stays on skin like more than 15 hours on me. If you love bossy rose like for date night or winter- this is a must. Other Rose perfume I can suggest are- Initio Atomic Rose (similar but much better than Delina which smell kind of overpowering and artificial to me) and Potrait of a lady 😍😍 (spicy rose bomb) . All 3 of these are so so sophisticated and with 12+ hours longevity. for day time or freshly rose perfumes below are my recommendation: Creed Acqua Fiorentine YSL blouse MFK a la rose

@nsdap148813 twenty three hours ago I applied 1 spray of OSM Extrait to the back of my left wrist. Twelve hours later I showered. I still smelled it so I washed that spot 2 additional times. Despite it being nearly a full day later, a shower, and trying to wash it off twice more, I’ve smelled it throughout the day and I’m still catching whiffs of it every few minutes. Last year I sprayed it twice on a winter coat and it was still present after 2 full months. That said, the first couple of times I tried it, I could barely detect it. I thought I was crazy after hearing how insanely long lasting it was supposed to be. I don’t know what caused me not to smell it, but since then, my experience has been that it’s longevity and projection are fantastic.

INSTANTLY became my signature scent the first time I picked up a sample. I'm going to take a moment to be dramatic - putting this on feels like soaking in a bathtub of warm water and rich floral oils in a room filled with expensive incense. Also worth noting that this bathtub is located in a palace deep in the desert on a cool night. Such a stunning scent, definitely a little too expensive but incredibly long lasting with sillage that fills a room (not everyone's cup of tea, but I love the presence it has). Not as polarising as some make it out to be, it has gotten me the most compliments since Tom Ford's Tobacco Vanille haha. Very mature, classy, and appropriate for special occasions but not for everyday wear :)

Just recently tried this - absolutely love it. The added cinnamon makes the opening more interesting, but it's subtle and quickly goes to the background after 30min. What remains is a smoother version of the EdP - the later always had something that seemed slightly synthetic, or out of place. The extrait smoothens it up, but keeps the same scent profile, in exchange for a hefty price tag. You won't get a performance boost, nor a bigger scent cloud (and thank god, as the EdP is enough as it is!). So, if money is no issue, or if you're looking for a small decant for special occasions, I 100% recommend this over EdP. If you're looking for your next signature fragrance, then EdP would be a better bang for your buck.

This is in my top 3 list and it is not moving from there anytime soon.If I have to describe the scent will be something like - if you are with super sexy rich lady (in a good way) that nobody can have in a really classy place with faded light where you have long deep conversation and you constantly looking each other in the eyes nearby the fireplace, drinking pornstar martini and outside is super cold but peaceful. Haha. Absolutely amazing fragrance, confident, mature, unique and the rose in it is just top notch and the vanilla is hitting the spot just perfectly.People are constantly speaking how sexy is the 540 however this is the best MFK and one of the best scents ever made.

So insanely sumptuous! Certainly a lot more dense in comparison to the edp. Where there is oud, there must be rose and where there is rose there must be violet! Such a magnificent and masterfully crafted combination. I am aware that this fragrance for most people is reserved for nights out or special occasions, but personally, I prefer only wearing this when I'm relaxing at home by myself. As someone who is an introvert, I tend to wear most of my fragrances at home whilst in my pyjamas and accompanied by a warm cup of tea...this to me is a special occasion. Performance is undoubtably unquestionable. I only spray it on my clothes as my skin just eats perfume.

This is a much darker and masculine version of the EDP (girls can still wear it with no problem) Say the edp is more focused on rose, this one is more focused on oud. It also has a more powdery and more creamy texture than the edp, and say the edp is a turkish delight smell, this one is not candy sweet anymore, it’s literally a dark purple aura around you when you wear this shit. Holy. This fragrance is literally a vibe of it’s own. 10/10 longevity, 10/10 projection Lowest score ill give this smell is a 9.5/10 only because it could be too much for some people. Not everyone can handle this beastly aura. That’s the extrait for ya.

This is so heavenly and with insane performance. I find it to be more mature than the EDP version and really think that its worth the price tag. Its not just a brand name you will be paying for, its the quality, smoothness and the feeling you get when you sniff it on the skin. I never thought i will ever feel so good about a perfume so costly. The projection is magnificent and i get lot of compliments wearing this one. Surprisingly my wife complimented me a day after from when I applied two sprays of it on my polo. I cant praise it enough

This is not a perfume, this is addiction. Loving the EDP I thought about giving this a try and omg!!! You pick up a strong vanilla, caramel and powdery violet. I own many high end perfumes, but this one is the pinnacle of them all. Warm, elegant and sensual. I can only say it's mouthwatering due to its creaminess. It was able to beat my favorites mangonifiscent, the moon and black iris. I think you'd have to me quite mature or at least elegant to wear this (for reference i'm 26 but only use elegant clothing). The price is totally worth!!

Very smooth and high quality. The rose is prominent in the drydrown. A well blended and balanced fragrance. Elegant, and not for little girls (or boys). A mature fragrance, it’s almost beginning to remind me of lotions that my mom wore when I was a child. Complex, elevated, refined. Would contribute to beautiful memories. This fragrance is for women who know what they’re doing. Edited to add: This is kind of addictive. I keep getting strong whiffs after only one spray on my hand and it is really growing on me. The violet is intoxicating.

IMO this is one of the best fragrances of all time. I once wrote this off as too feminine but after giving it another wear I purchased a full bottle. This is one that will always be in my collection. Every time I wear all black i seem to wear this. To me it adds that mysterious element to the look. This may also be my most complimented fragrance. I’ll say it’s not for everyone but the way rose is done in this combined with vanilla, violet, and just a pinch of oud is absolutely awesome. 10/10

I use to hear fragrance reviews talk about 'beast mode' fragrances and scents that fill a room. I never believed them and assumed this was just marketing to sell the product. However, this fragrance is so strong! It literally fills a room. You could get away with a couple of sprays to last you the whole evening. The sillage is insane and last more than long enough. I think the price is high. Yet as you will not need that many sprays per wearing, its worth the money.

This is one of the masterpieces of the fragrance world. Worth every single penny. An unprecedented level of complexity, richness, and sophistication. I have been invested in this hobby for 3 or 4 years now and have smelled likely over 1,000 fragrances, and I can confidently say that I do not think that I have ever smelled anything more masterful and more worthy of my hard earned money. If you haven't smelled this, you're doing yourself a huge disservice.

This fragrance is mind blowing 🤯🤯 it transforms as time passes!!! And when I wear this I smell like no one else!!! This is my first niche fragrance and now I understand somewhat the difference between Designer and Niche is! This is by far the best oud I smelled! It's intense, and incredibly gorgeous. It's so feminine and so hard to mistaken. The rose blends beautifully into it. I prefer it over any other high end ouds that I smelled (Bortnikoff's, Diptyque's, Tom Ford's or Nassomato's, etc). The only ouds that can compete in uniqueness but not projection is Sarah Baker's ouds like Loudo (they are just very unique in their sweet notes like praline, chocolate).

This fragrance is addictive in the most elegant way. Even on the days I don’t wear it, I find myself lifting the cap just to breathe it in again. It awakens visions of silky luxury—moments where I imagine myself on a hotel balcony at night, wrapped in a shawl, holding a glass of wine while gazing at the sea and the endless horizon. Knowing that one of my favorite perfumers is behind this creation makes the experience even more special. 🤭

Oud Satin Mood Extrait de Parfum is a heavy, deep, seductive, and viscous fragrance. A masculine rose and a feminine violet create a perfect duality - two polarities in harmony. It has everything I need and everything I love in a perfume. Maybe... this is me. The scent is categorical - it’s this perfume, then everything else. A category of its own. Sometimes I’m genuinely afraid it might disappear one day... and that must never happen.

My review of this fragrance isn’t bringing anything new to the table, but I will proceed anyways...a simple, yet unique blend of oud, vanilla, and rose...the oud is slightly woody but more makeup-y...the vanilla is creamy & powdery...the rose is jammy...smells very decadent, borderline edible...I like to smell it, but would never wear it myself...seems pretty feminine to me...love to smell on my wife...performance is eternal and loud

Probably the strongest fragrance I’ve ever tried. You have to be very careful to not overspray this. The smell is beautiful though, very refined oud with vanilla and rose notes, oriental elegance in a bottle. It’s not agressive if you don’t overspray it, this is definitely less sharp and brutal than Ombre nomade or other “animalic” oud fragrances, so I’d say OSM extrait is way more wearable than most oud fragrances.

This was a step-up for me personally, never quite smelled something so soft and powdery. It leans more feminine in my opinion, confidence, and setting are key to make this complete. So sensual and definitely a date night winner. Price might alienate a lot of wallets, but I think the scarcity creates it uniqueness. Simple yet elegant is what I keep hearing often when I saw other reviews, but, this is a masterpiece.

Have the edp and love it, tried a sample of this and wow is it potent. Smells slightly more feminine in the opening but dries slightly more masculine than the edp with a more amberish vibe. I find it flattens out like Grand soir to a more linear punch that can get overwhelming smelling for long periods on myself..beautiful none the less, would love the smell on someone else but the edp just works better on me

This fragrance is like the sensation of an emotional silk fabric on your skin. The Agarwood (Oud) is not harsh here, but soft and powdery, like purple velvet. It’s wrapped in the endless, sweet kiss of Bulgarian Rose and violet, making you feel like the main character in an elegant fairytale. This is the scent of shining grace that is noticed even in the quietest moments of the night.

This is a 10/10. The delicate, yet bold rose is well blended with smooth oud and different sweet notes. The amber and the cinnamon add alot to the original eau de parfum and makes this lean masculine in my opinion. The performance on this is out of this world! I lasts 16+ hours on skin and the sillage is enormous, but it is not obnoxious. It could quite literally ”fill a room”.

Less screechy than the EDP but very similar. This one is nuclear so be careful to over spray. To me the rose note is too dominant at the start and it gives powdery and rosey old lady vibes. Once it gets to the mid and beyond is where you'll see the magic and the difference between the EDP and the Extrait. Out of the 2 this one leans slightly more masculine than the EDP.

God damn this is some heavenly juice. A perfect example of a whole being more than the sum of its parts - Single notes can’t really be picked out, but the resulting blend is incredible. Super sexy, unique, masterful perfumery. Seductive sillage with lasting power easier measured in days than hours. Worth the ~$400 price tag for 70 ml. I’m addicted to this shit.
