No.15 Vanille Infinie

Just tested 10 perfumes at Sephora (with the intent of buying Afterglow by PHLUR) and out of all the boring, stale, fleeting, and mushy perfumes I tried, this is the one that stood out. It was the 2nd one I sprayed on a test strip, and it was immediately distinguishable each time I went back to smell all my testers. Usually I’m going back n forth between them questioning which one is which...either because it’s so faint, or so unremarkable. I’m not claiming that this is a never-done-before profile, or even particularly unique...but it’s distinct, and it is lovely! Such a nice blend of being airy, cozy, softly sweet & slightly bright (bright like lemon custard, rather than fresh squeezed lemon,) all at the same time. I disagree with the commenters below. The ONLY other perfume, in Sephora at least, that smells remotely like this, is 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods (not at all Mod Vanilla). If you’re someone who likes the smell of 7V VW, but it pulls ciggy 🚬 on your skin, I’d consider trying this one out. I think the lack of caramel & rose, plus the addition of citrus, may help that issue!

Got a carded sample in my Ipsy. As soon as I sprayed this it smelled familiar. At first I thought Dama Bianca, then the wedding silk Santal, then gentle fluidity gold. I have all of those and it’s brighter then dama Bianca, sweeter then the wedding silk Santal and missing the juniper that’s in gentle fluidity gold but it’s honestly similar to all in my opinion. It feels like it’s a blend of all of those with maybe a touch of roses vanille (ran out of space to test) and would be redundant in my collection but I think I still need a bottle. A bright airy vanilla, absolutely gorgeous. Definitely a familiar DNA though so if you don’t want doubles and have some of the aforementioned fragrances you might want to skip. I’m not getting any oud and I’m pretty sensitive to oud so not sure where that came from but if you hate oud I’d still try this.

Roll my eyes back into my head obsessed, utterly captivating, perfect vanilla scent. It makes me speechless. It clutches at my heartstrings. It grabs me firmly on both shoulders then pulls me into the best hug I’ve ever had. It’s not too sweet, a bit mature, so utterly lovely. I think the vanilla, cashmeran, and amber combo just makes warmth spread through my chest. I wish it lasted a little longer, but I'll enjoy refreshing every chance I get.

This is PERFECTION! When I say I smelt this, let out a little squeal and immediately decluttered my collection because I have finally found the one! I wish it was stronger/lasted longer but I am buying multiple back up bottles to carry this around with me. Praying this is never discontinued/reformulated 🙏🏼🙏🏼

I don't normally like lemon or citrus in fragrances but this is delicious. A slightly syrupy warm vanilla fragrance for summer, and vegan too. There is something Bath and Body Works-esque about this but not in a bad way, like a much higher quality Vanilla Ease/Rare Beauty Rare. Now I have to get a bottle.

What an absolutely smashing vanilla. It's so good. Smells like a sweeter Eau Duelle. Classy, delicious and unfussy. It has just a touch of that same baked apple pie that Spiriteuese Double Vanille has, though of course much lighter. But its lightness is also what makes it such a comfortable wear. I'm in.

This fragrance is stunning! I agree that it smells a lot like Mod Vanilla, but it has a sparkling, airy character from the citron and the heliotrope that reminds me of how the kumquat and florals in Dama Bianca feel. I will be getting a full bottle of this after I finish my travel size.

I have the perfume oil and it is lovely. It opens with a bright hit of citron and settles down into a lovely spiced vanilla with an amber base. It’s a well done, elegant vanilla. Mild projection. Was surprised to find that I could smell the fragrance on me the next day, albeit mildly.

Honestly this one smells like Sol de Janeiro 40 despite Vanille Infinie having no plum notes. The blend of sugared amber and heliotrope gives this a smooth and sweet finish that softens the base notes and highlights the top notes. It’s delicate, but I don’t get too much vanilla. 8/10

I'm a huge fan of this I wish they made it sooner! Such a great balance of fresh/juicy/bright & warm/creamy/sweet. Starts off really similar to Mod Vanilla but it transforms into something really unqiue. It's the perfect airy & fresh vanilla that I've been searching for!

This is a beautiful and refined scent. It is very elegant and classy and a subtle scent. After the dry down a slight smokiness appears, light and not offensive. This is not an overly sweet fragrance, it is office friendly and pleasant.

This is so lovely. It's such an soft and clean vanilla, somewhat along the same lines of Vanilla Woods or Golden Nectar. It's warm yet airy. The amber is quite prominent in the oil version. Adore!

marshmallowy vanilla with a strong, bright lemon citrus (I find the lemon note very realistic). I like the marshmallowy vanilla, it's not overly sweet or sugary, and it has a softness or fuzziness or maybe even white muskiness that is cozy and gentle, but doesn't give me headaches (like vanilla musk by nemat) and doesn't feel synthetic or artificial. this kind of smells like a lemon poundcake. idk if it's the most "unique" scent out there, but for it's genre I quite like it and find it a better option than most (feels a bit nicer quality imo).

Not what I had expected from the reviews online, it’s quite dry and floral, but I still enjoy it. My mistake for blind buying! I don’t reach for it super often as I’m more of a sweet/creamy vanilla girl, and it’s a bit of an outlier in my collection. I really appreciate the citrus notes, and it smells divine with Choco Musk! It’s quite a sophisticated scent, and I would say it’s appropriate for the office, it’s not stifling or overpowering. Great longevity!

Opening smells a lot like mod vanilla but the dry down is a gorgeous warm amber. Definitely a skin scent so don’t expect projection. Longevity is short. ~2 hours.

This reminded me a lot of 7 virtues amber vanilla, but a lot softer. It's just a subtle amber and vanilla perfume. Straightforward and pretty

I was expecting a softer and more powdery vanilla with a little depth. Though I’m not *that* disappointed. Upon first spray, it was so citron dominant. It smelled like a lighter and airier version of Cashmere Kumquat by Korres. That note then lightens and mixes straight with the oud; which comes off as sweet (very similar to the oud in Silky Woods by G&B). This, plus the amber, might be why other people are smelling plum. Throughout the rest of the wear, I understand why people then compare it to Dama Bianca by Casamorati and MOD Vanilla by Ariana Grande. Vanille Infinie is like a hybrid of those scents, but softer. Whether it’s about projection or its scent, it is a very light fragrance. It’s spring time where I live, and wears as a very intimate scent. It might project more once it gets warmer. So for the time being, multiple sprays is the way to go. Though it’s not as powdery as I wanted, I’d say it’s bright and sparkling. But in all honesty : If you don’t like the price, just get Junoon Noir by Al Haramain (a shmoop for Dama Bianca) as it is so utterly similar to that fragrance; it’s stronger and lasts longer too, so you don’t need to spray as much.

This is a very soft, mild vanilla fragrance. It smells clean and airy, but it’s also quite faint. Unfortunately, the performance is below average, it doesn’t project much, and the longevity is also less than average. Even though the notes list oud and amber, I honestly don’t detect them at all. If they’re there, they’re only acting as subtle supporting notes deep in the background. The fragrance is overwhelmingly a light, delicate vanilla. Overall, it reminds me more of a body mist from Bath & Body Works than a full-fledged perfume. It’s pleasant and easy to wear, but if you’re looking for strong projection, lasting power, or noticeable woody depth, this probably won’t meet your expectations.

I’ve tried this twice but maybe I need to try it again. So far this is unremarkable and boring. Not in a “it smells so pleasant” boring, but the “yes man” type kind of boring. It’s like she’s trying too hard to chase the trend but she’s late to it. It’s nice enough, but bland. Every house is just jumping on the vanilla train. This feels like a “just do a vanilla cause it’s trendy” release. Doesn’t feel in line with their existing lineup. Too bad cause I like their other scents.

I recently was awakened to vanilla after a life long hate and association with basic girls in middle school and B&b works warm vanilla sugar -- anyway this one is good and I do like this house but this just doesn't last at all on me. I'm inclined to try the perfume oil.

I'm conflicted, there's something in opening I don't love but the dry down is better. I liked it when I first tested it in store but it's not my favorite. It has poor longevity and fairly intimate sillage

I was expecting a powdery vanilla and this was not that but it was all right overall. Very underwhelming for the price point.

This is 80% a beautiful crystallized vanilla & 20% an off-putting oud

A frustratingly banal and boring fragrance. Tepid and uninspired. No depth whatsoever. I have tried a few fragrances from this house in the past and found them forgettable, so I decided to order some samples and give them a proper chance. I can appreciate a "basic" fragrance, but this one just seems pointless. I can see someone enjoying this simple vanilla, but at this point in my fragrance journey, there is absolutely nothing for me to remember here (and I'm not one to hate a fragrance for being simple.)

I will start off mentioning this is very very light and airy. If you are after strong or beast mode scents... moob along... moob along...So I gave away my new 50ml bottle of 7 Virtues Vanilla Woods away. I have no idea what compelled me to do that??!! haha Sometimes i do crazy stuff like that! My husband gifted me a 50ML bottle and the travel spray of Vanille Infinie. Couldn't be happier. I am getting the Vanilla Woods vibe, but less smoky and more tonka/amber. The dry down is less sweet and more airy & creamy. This is very pretty on its own, maybe as an office fragrance, or church, or if you are in healthcare and you can't wear strong projecting scents. Or if you like more intimate sillage. Personally i like softer fragrances so this suits me very well. The bottle is gorgeous.

This is a nice vanilla, but it's not special. Smells very similar to the EOS purple vanilla lotion, except less sweet. It's a nice vanilla, not too sweet where it's cloying, but it's not a showstopper. Maybe a good layering fragrance, but not sure it's worth the price point. I see the comparison with gentle fluidity gold, but I want to stress that this is NOT a dupe. They are the same genre/vibe so I think if you like one, you'll like the other, but if you're looking for a dupe you will be disappointed. They are both a powdery vanilla with spices and amber so they have similar components.

Fluttery vanilla! Reminds me of MFK Gentle Fluidity Gold, which I love, but this fragrance is still different enough on its own. It can be a casual “everyday” fragrance alternative to GFG. It doesn’t smell like cake, cookies or generic cheap vanilla candles, so if you love Escapade Gourmand, you won’t care for this. This vanilla is a light golden syrup that is proper and poised. Very safe blind buy, perfect for vanilla lovers who don’t want to smell like a baked goods candle or a Crumbl Cookie.

Such a pretty vanilla. Easy reach. I would say safe blind buy. Office friendly. Good projection and longevity. Pretty good all rounder i rekon. It is giving me some kind of nostalgia. For some reason im thinking it reminds me of an impulse body spray that existed once upon a time but i dont recall the name. If anyone knows, help a girl out, its going to bug me now!

This is stunning. A very airy fresh grown-up vanilla. But unfortunately has almost no projection and maybe 30 minutes of longevity. So I spray it on my pillow and also wrists before bed and on days when i am just at home all day. If you work in healthcare, hospital or school and have to have a very subdued fragrance this would be perfect for you.

A lot like mod vanilla or vanilla woods. I REALLY like this one, and want to test it another day for sure. I tried on two other perfumes so it's not standing out right now in terms of sillage (oops), but if it does when I wear it on its own this might be one of my favorite vanillas.

Are you having a laugh..? This smells like zero - nothing. No thing. I mean, I tested it in Sephora so maybe the tester disapparated but when I tell you I was inhaling on this like I was working out or trying to smell my way to rescue and - nada finga. I want to understand.

This is pleasant but in a "non-remarkable" way. Very light fresh vanilla and not much to it. It also dissappears within 30 min on me. Maybe my skin eats this up lol or I go anosmic to it. Either way, nothing to write home about. Don't understand the hype from influencers...

And it smells like GFG a little bit mixed with SDJ 40. It mind if reminds me of Nysos Vanille Divinity as well. Its quite lovely. I sprayed GFG on on arm and this on the other. No they're no identical but has some similarities.

Smells of Dama Bianca and gentle fluidity gold had a baby. I like it but I have the others so I’m happy with my travel size. It is softer though than the former which could be useful

Very simple, light and soft vanilla scent, it has a little citrus touch, the drydown is mostly a clean skin musk. Transparent, airy, pretty but very short lived.

Painfully boring vanilla that doesn’t project and disappears quickly. In a world with endless vanilla fragrances on offer, I feel like this serves no purpose.

A grown sdj 40 with extra vanilla. Really sexy and refined if you always wanted to love 40 but too screechy or juvenile try this!

To me its the EDT or EDP version of SDJ 40. Mod Vanilla is a cheaper alternative. Nearly identical.

How close is this to Gentle Fluidity Gold and what’s the longevity like gang?
