i've had a chance to test out my sample over a couple of a days and like it a lot, it's definitely way more wearable than cherry punk which i've had in the past and grew quite sick of cuz it was too cloying. it starts of fruity from the cherry and the strawberry then as it dries it down it almost takes on this gourmand, cake quality like those cherry barewell jaffa cakes <3 loveee the aquatic notes in there, "bain de minuit" translates to midnight bath in french which is essentially skinny dipping. paired with the monoi and jasmine it sets such a beautiful scenery of being stranded on an island, bronzey, naked skin under the moonlight, crystal clear salty water up to your thighs and a basket of red fruits ashore. yum!!

I really want to love this one because of the bottle/name, but it feels very vacation-specific to me. Definitely not a year-round fragrance. Smells like going out to dinner in the 90s while staying at a Four Seasons resort. I get a really strong hit of expensive sunscreen right away. It dries down into a luxurious skin scent but also occasionally gives off whiffs of maple syrup (maybe the praline/burnt sugar?).

It starts so fresh with juicy cherry and strawberry. It’s so fun and playful. And in a few minutes it settles to a mature cashmere wood. It still smells nice. You get to enjoy the top notes only for a couple of minutes.
