Disco Inferno

I bought this on my holiday to Spain. I was lacking a summer fragrance and out of nearly the whole shop, this one was one of the few to really catch my nose. it's a unique scent which has a witchy vibe? it's hard to explain but it's dark despite the fruity and floral top. I love how complex it is, I just wish it was a higher concentration to last a bit longer.

Floral oud with pineapple and very noticeable patchouli is what I get from this perfume. The flowers and pineapple are giving it a bit of fresh sweetness during the opening but overall it does smell cold, a bit herbal and woody. Definitely fits the illustration on the bottle! It's a little witchy, standoffish and strange, but wearable. It would probably work on every season because it's not heavy, but note I tried it in spring. I wouldn't wear this every day or in the office, but I can see myself really enjoying it as an evening scent. It doesn't project very far but the person sitting next to you can smell it. I think it also shares a bit of its dna with Un Jour Sans Fin from the same line, which also has a woody coolness. I wouldn't say they are interchangeable at all; Disco Inferno is incorporeal and mystical, while Un Jour Sans Fin has woken up with fragments of that on the back of her head, basking in the warmth of the morning sun. I really like it, definitely worth the purchase! I would suggest trying it in person first if you can.

Genuinely unwearable to me which is unfortunate because I love the bottle/inspiration. Reads as extremely sweet/cloying on me. Reminds me of being drunk on syrupy strawberry wine (despite the lack of red fruit notes) at 19 which makes sense for the vibe but is not something I want to evoke regularly.

From the composition, i only get oud, only oud. I was excited for everything else, and oud is the only thing I smell. The bottle is so cute and the dancing ghosts, I’d love to add into my collection just for it but not my favorite perfume.

i don't even know if this will be good but the bottle art is just awesome.
