Petitgrain

This smells sexual to me, in that, it smells so god damn attractive. It's warm and clean but edgy, soft but has character, it's classic and modern. The oil version was my favourite ever, and I am begging anyone who has a good dupe rec to send me a message! Imagery: Short blonde hair, dried in a floppy slicked back shape from the beach. Walking barefoot down the road to your wooden house. Skin peeling from shoulder from last week's unfortunate UV misjudgment. A battered book you've been reading for 9 months. The natural incense you burn when you get home. The feeling of your feet on warm grass, the familiarity of sleeping with someone you've been with a while. The song Cool Cat by Queen. If anyone has a bottle they are looking to sell, preferably in Europe, I am looking to get my hands on this stuff.

This fragrance is one of my absolute favorites, and it's one that I always reach for when I need a pick-me-up or something light. The lavender is really pronounced on me, but in an invigorating way. The iris and musk add the very slightest touch of powder. The petitgrain/bergamot/neroli make this very bright and refreshing. My only complaint is that the longevity is quite poor for this fragrance. I can't detect it after an hour of wear, but it does linger very slightly on clothing. I got it at a discounter and feel the price was fair even considering the performance, and it has made me happy, which is always worth it.

Sent my mom to get an old tester bottle from a store in my hometown. It reminds me of a sunny day in a bougie garden, it's super soft yet quite deep and layered. It's subtle and stays close to the skin from the first second. It lasts all day though, just not in an in-your-face kind of way. It's very much a personal luxury, truly one of the most comforting scents in my collection.

I adore this scent! Out of all the fragrances they have this is my favorite. Very unisex, doesn’t really lean one way or the other, just very fresh and green! It last on me and lingers on my clothes. This was a blind buy and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase ( I’m also very pickie )

I have finally found something that smells almost exactly like Jean Marie Farina, but lasts for hours. Wearing this in NYC on a 95 degree day and it's keeping me glued together, smelling fresh. 3 out of 5.
