Pink Prestigium

What a perfect blend of rose, cassis and citrus. It reminded me of rose hips when I first smelled it, but no, Pink Prestigium smells much better than that. It's like a heavier, more substantial version of those light summer fragrances in the vein of Jo Malone Blackberry & Bay. The black currant in this is quite tart and not syrupy, especially as it's accompanied by grapefruit, and it also has some greens in it. The rose is very rich, but not jammy or powdery. These two main notes are supported by a creamy musk and a deep woody base. Oud, patchouli and leather keep the fragrance from being just another freshie. Especially the leather note is so lovely, it comes out gradually and doesn't overtake the roses and fruits, but it's unmistakable. This is not a typical rose and oud scent, the oud is rather understated and the rose is blended into the black currant. It's a fruity floral with a darker, more intense, long-lasting backdrop. I don't get vanilla from this at all. Any sweetness in it comes from the rose and currant. Pink Prestigium is quite versatile. I think I'd love it in late winter or early spring, as it has a refreshing quality to it but is strong enough to cut through the cold air. But now in summer it would also work, especially in the evenings. If you like tart berries and roses and don't want something airy and fleeting, this is a must-try. It's also my favorite by Mancera.

This perfume was a blind buy for me, and from the first moment I smelled it I felt a similarity to Angel by Mugler. I thought I couldn't be the only person to find that resemblance, so I searched the internet but couldn't find any mention of it. Am I crazy? Or is it just my skin chemistry making them both feel the same? I sprayed the inside of my elbow in one arm and Angel on my other arm. I feel some differences (Angel is like Pink Prestigium on steroids), but after a while they smell the same to me. I asked my mom and she thought they were the same fragrance. I love Angel so I liked Pink Prestigium a lot, but I'm happy I bought a decant because I feel like just one Angel in my collection is enough. Good projection and sillage, I would really go for a full sized bottle if not for the whole Angel likeness thing going on.

Just received this today in the mail today, it is not a love for me yet. The opening is a little harsh for me, but after 1 minute or so it becomes a very beautiful fragrance. I detected a lot of grapefruit on me. It last a very long time on my skin. let's talk about the bottle and packaging. There are three perfumes in the Prestiguim line, the bottles are extremely beautiful including the bag. I read somewhere that these three fragrances are part of the luxury line from Mancera. I will probably purchase the other two after a sniff. I am not sure if this is for spring or winter, regardless it is a beautiful fragrance for beautiful people. Although it marketed for women, c'mon this is 2020 - perfumes should be genderless. Wear whatever makes you happy and keep smelling awesome!

beautiful new signature contender! I went to pick up my tried and tested Mancera Intensitive Gold but came across with this sparkling beauty and purchased instead. Although you'd expect top-notes in first sniff, It seduced me with a instant cloud of grapefruit balanced with some lively sparkling rose and gentle caress of saffron. I'm also instinctively going for scents with guaiac that is not dominant here, but provides a solid base and lots of depth. Also a touch of creaminess. Leather and Vanilla don't play remarkable role on my skin, although its clear this juice is quite attractive and complex and is changing over the course of the day/night. As all Manceras, excellent balance of notes, develops beautifully, plus great staying power and moderate projection.

I have been looking for this fragrance for quite a while due to the mention of grapefruit again and again in reviews. When i bought it it's a syrupy rose fragrance with a bit of woody nuance in the background. I am surprised nobody mentioned the similarities to Guerlain rossa palisandro forte. After the opening. In the dry down this reminds me a lot of rossa palissandro. Kept getting whiffs of it throughout the day and kept reminding me of rossa palisandro. Guerlain smells more complex and has a better depth than this fragrance. It's more creamy and sandalwood is prominant in it. Of course up close on skin these smells like different Fragrances. But up in the air where it matters the most. These 2 are pretty redundant.

Like most of us at first spray and sniff this reminds me of bug spray and Pine-sol. Three months later I went back and not spray it on my wrist but my cleavage area and actually wear it. I spray not one but 3 spritz this time. This blossom I know smell the beauty of it. The citrus opening with sweet vanilla and rose with exotic woody notes picky through. This reminds me of that cold rose. My dad used to work in Brunei as a chef for 23 years and the king (i forgot the actual term) gave him a silk clothes from his wife to give to me for my birthday. This smells like it. It's classy to this day many many years later I still have those clothes and I have them in my china closet. It envelope the cabinet.

Pink Presigium opens with a brilliant, non-chemical grapefruit, propped up by a balanced oud accord. It is exhilarating! It may be hard to imagine clear, assertive grapefruit and black currant pairing with oudy wood, but SOMEHOW it works here. It works well. I would never have guessed that I would like a grapefruit bomb, but this is so well done and interesting that I love it, as does my husband. The florals help fill out the empty spaces in the composition, but don’t overpower it. This isn’t your typical “freshie”; it is sparkling, unique, energetic, and full-bodied. Like other Mancera fragrances, it has strong projection and excellent longevity. Feminine-leaning unisex.

blackcurrant in this itself is a winner...its so juicy and yummy.it mixes with grapefruit, citruses, Bulgerian rose,saffron, mild oud and jasmine...those are the main notes...at no point it becomes sickeningly heavy on rose or oud, very ideal for both genders on summer and springs day....not beast mode projection but solid longevity, beautful posh fruity floral oud scent... all thre prestigiums are winners , happy to own them all :) 9/10

Bright, vibrant, alive. I get major pink grapefruit up front along with the white musk. There is also a very soft, suede like leather note. Honestly I can't pick up many of the other accords. Possibly the Jasmine but it's mostly all grapefruit to my nose which could seem boring and linear but I still really like it. This also garnered a pretty intense compliment while I was at a jewelry store by an associate working. Made my day.

Starting out crisp yet juicy grapefruit and black currant with a rose that mutates into this waxy very structured leather floral without losing its freshness or it's brightness. It smells like spring and I love it. An absolutely gorgeous and sophisticated composition. The sillage is just enough (medium) and the longevity is a full day (8-10 hours).

This one is a bit odd. On first sniff it was a hard pass, but I gave it a 2nd try and I'm glad I did. It is a fun scent. It is citrusy but complex and can be kick ass and soft at the same time. She is pretty but she'll cut you. Fresh but not too clean. She puts a smile on your face.

To my nose this smells peppery rose with a hint of ginger. Really amazing however on that of the month for some reason it gave me headache. It is still one of my favorite rose mancera perfume. Two to four spray is all I need with Mancera & Montale perfume.

A fruity citrusy rose water popsicle! So simple, yet so unique. 100% unisex, 100% gorgeous!

Hmmmm.... honestly this smells like Pine-sol and roses but in the best way possible (sorry if this offends anyone!). I've been using Pine-sol all my life so I immediately associate this smell with clean hardwood floors. The addition of roses and grapefruit make this fragrance very FRESH! It's impossible to smell BAD in this perfume because the Pine-sol/rose combo cuts through everything! I've used this after working out and to cover up bonfire smells and this is a fresh citrus woodsy beast. Plus it lasts like 12 hours on your skin and days on clothes. I don't LOVE it but this unique scent keeps me coming back for more... I may buy a second bottle when I'm done... It's honestly addicting with how fresh and clean it smells like without being a classic citrus scent. People have commented that this smells "rich" and fancy. This scent is inoffensive even with 5 sprays. Stays a skin scent after an hour.

This is fantastic and underrated, definitely a bit of a grapefruit bomb, its a lot more interesting than most of the other freshies I’ve tried. Towards the dry down i start to get a bit more of the woods and leather but its still a fresh fragrance. Can’t wait to try this out in colder weather to see if the woods and leather pop out even more. Performance is stellar, both in terms of longevity and projection so a little will take you a long way. I could definitely see this being a signature scent, and every time I wear it I like it even more.

Found out that I am not a fan of grapefruit (learned something today) just like the rhubarb note in Aura Mugler, when it’s too much, I cannot bear it. I love Mancera. Every fragrance is a stunner but this one somehow makes me feel not happy. Just don’t like grapefruit :) 5/10

It opens up with very bitter grapefruit and then stays linear that way on me. I don’t think it projects much and I find it more masculine than feminine but can pass for unisex. I don’t smell any other notes than the bitter grapefruit.

I am so so disappointed by this one!I would not recommend it as to me this smells cheap and worse than anything I have ever tried!!!Its synthetic and worse than an alcohol opening.Nothing like grapefruit.Definitely not worth the money.This was my first ever perfume by Mancera and I’m so sorry I didn’t try with another one.Now I feel scared to order anything else from the brand.Do not blind buy. P.S I’m quite surprised with the positive reviews here,but I guess there are people who enjoy it😕🤷♀️

I bought a sample of this fragrance. At first, I found it a bit off-putting, and a bit too sharp. I washed it off to try the others I had received. I went back to this sample a few days later, and let it sit on my skin a while. It develops into the most beautiful grapefruit, woody, fresh, and floral fragrance, with a hint of leather. I really don't like leather in my perfumes, but this is very subtle, and adds to the richness. I find it very well blended, and it makes me want to keep smelling my wrist. I am absolutely in love with this!! I just bought a bottle of Sicily and I certainly don't need another citrus fragrance, but this one is so different. Full bottle worthy for me (I am a 40+ female), and believe any age or gender can rock this!!!
