Wild Candy

I am a regular customer to Mancera because of their niche fragrances with reasonable price and elegant design. This little gem is truly my favorite so far (after Wild Python, Red Tobacco & Roses Greedy). The main accord is frangipani flower. The scent is so beautifully blended, this is such a huge nostalgic to my childhood. Where I carefree ran around the schoolyard with all frangipani on the ground. We laughed and threw those frangipani flowers under the hot sun during the summertime. It keeps evaporating on my skin, it smells like a whiff of vanilla cream with a subtle hint of fruity gourmand. It is really well-done! There is no dry down, it keeps coming back and forth for the flower then fruity then gourmand vibe. I love how it manage to project & float around me all day. The silage is medium but the longevity is without a doubt because of Mancera. Uniqueness? It is a yes! I decided to purchase the full bottle to be on my Mancera collection. Mancera Wild Candy - Beautiful chocolate, probably the best I've smelled out of all of my chocolate fragrances. This to me smells of a gentle sweet white type of musk and flowers most likely the two flowers mentioned in the notes. This shares some DNA from Mancera velvet vanilla like the reviewed below mentioned. This fragrance is not that loud, it is very sweet and feminine not really powerful or maybe depending how many sprays one uses, though I just did three sprays for bed time and it's not that bad. If I were going out, I would probably do five-six sprays. The chocolate in this is alive and sweet! Mancera never disappoints, another love for me.

Party in a bottle that won't give you a headache! Speaking for myself, naturally. I am so in love, this one is so much fun and fruity cocktail 🍸🍹 I'm surprised that the majority voted it as autumn/winter perfume. For me, this is tropical holiday perfume for people who don't like the generic coconut scent. It bears strong resemblance to Parfums de Marly Cassili, but it's the frangipani note that's prominent in both of them. If you love one you might love the other too. I have both and I'm not ashamed. This one might be a tad bit more fruity and easygoing. Let's salsa!

This was a risky blind-buy, considering the price of it, but definitely is a hit. I am surprised not seeing honey mentioned in its composition, as I detect very much of it. The frangipani is very noticeable, which I truly enjoy. Overall, a very unique perfume, not fruity and candy in the boring-already-seen-it type of way. This perfume makes me think of a luxurious oasis in the dessert, where you are being served on a golden platter with the most delicious oriental dried fruits, covered in a secret sauce of honey, chocolate and spices.

The first 10 min spray, you smell chocolate similar to chocolate violet...my brother also thinks so. Then it stays like a smooth fruity candied powdery perfume till the end. it softness reminds me of Aoud Orchid actually Do i smell roses? no, do I smell salt? no Let's say I'm happy that I don't smell it cause the perfume is perfect like this. It's not a beast mode like Silver blue or Cedrat boise, but it is eternal and comforting. My signature scent from now on!!!!! Ps: I can't wait to test it in summer, maybe it will project more

Bottled arrived...actually, I arrived from a business trip to find it on my front porch. I just applied it and my initial impression is that it reminded me quite a bit of Mancera So Blue, or was it Aoud Blue Notes? After it few minutes I am detecting less of the powdery tone and more of the candy vibe, but I can still detect the similarities. I'll update my review once I have given it a few good wearings. Regardless, 2-sprays and it's filling a room...

As a gourmand lover, this fragrance is absolutely delicious! It's a tropical fruit candy encrusted on top of a chocolate bar. I only have a sample, but I NEED a full bottle of this. What makes the scent lean tropical is the Frangipani flower. It has very good sillage and longevity is great. You only need a couple sprays which will last for hours. If you like fruity candy mixed with chocolate, please give this a try!

Very blessed I don’t get floor detergent. I will admit when I first got it, I thought it was nothing to write home about. Creamy sun tan lotion scent, reminiscent of cocoa butter. It’s been sitting for several months and I went back to revisit it and wow! Super creamy delicious coconut and frangipani. The chocolate is there but it’s a bit muted. Love this!

Opens very summery, almost suntan-lotion like. So why this frag has so little votes for summer season wear is beyond me! It dries up more chocolaty, but is never a real gourmande, though i can see why this gets love as a fall/winter scent. I,d, as a guy, love it in the summer. This is really something extra, and it recently became my signature scent. If you, like me, are into unique gourmand fragrances, this is a winner. 2-3 sprays will last you all day.

Mancera Wild Candy is a more agreeable, refined version of a candy-laden, fruity designer fragrance, usually marketed to young women, at least in recent decades in the US. It's a balanced composition that consists of mixed citrus, rose, chocolate, vanilla, sandalwood, guaiac wood, and musk, a formula, which, when read does seem like it'd make for a good sweet fragrance, and the result is largely as predicted. It's sweet, fruity, bright, sort of fresh, and sort out indulgent with the chocolate and vanilla, but it never veers off into deep gourmand territory. It's mainly a "candy" in the artistic sense; it does not smell like food, per se. It's a good performer, as well, like most of the Mancera/Montale empire, and it's elegant enough to distinguish it from most of its designer kin. Its retail pricing is the standard $180 for 120ml until it recently sold out, it was available on FragranceX for $94. I estimate the cheaper, designer candy scents might be more reasonable alternatives at half the [discounted] price, or even less, but there's no denying that Wild Candy is fun, easy-to-wear scent for fans of the sweeter stuff. 7 out of 10

Very strange. It's certainly not rich, deep and sweet cocoa but a sort of roses and chocolate knock off (from the same company) that starts like rosy-creamy sun-tan mixed with a not-so-good jelly-bean firm's candy. Rally unsettling and just very odd, like you're on a beach and just inhaled some wacky sweet stuff that sends you into a parallel world of prismic colors, roses, candy, Krispy creme chocolate-donuts and coconuts. Cloying and semi-synthetic vibes. I think Mancera are now just being lazy and cashing in on their successes of the outstanding Cedrat Boise and their per-million rose-ouds that seem to materialise out of a magic invisible factory in the sky. Lazy blend; at least this could have come off as a sort of Turkish-delight theme with refreshing and clear notes of lemon scented rose to mix with the gourmands but nope. Women will not like this either, the mix is too odd and blend poor. Try Artisan's Traversee Bosophore for a candy-like fix. It totally comes off on me the wrong way and I was so sad for it; but we move on. Testing courtesy of Selfridges. My rating: 3/10.

I finally got a bottle of this . It's really nice probably more feminine. I don't get any wild candy juicy vibe like anyone else mentioned in video reviews one video showing a pack of juicy candy nah . This to me smells of a gentle sweet white type of musk and flowers most likely the 2 flowers mentioned in the notes.This shares some DNA from Mancera velvet vanilla . This fragrance is not that loud or powerful or maybe depending how many sprays though I just did 5 sprays and it's not that bad . It's a pleasing soft sweet scent nothing to rave on about . Damn I was expecting it to be more dark plum intense juicy candy but it just fell flat on it's face . Wild Candy is what mancera sicily is all about not this .

Bold and likeable. Rich in facetes. Fit for a big party, but with a dance floor rather than family gathering. Indeed , the immediate connotation is hard candy, lollies and sweets. But closer inspection reveals that this is true parfume, not a candy shop. I feel the tropical, intense, slightly powdery frangipani loud and clear at the top. Surrounded by vanilla and musk. Fruits and lemon quicky outpowered after the opening. Chocolate I, but glimpsed. Wow, this scent is so much better than expected. After a couple of hours chocolate reemerges, together with fruity notes and powder and candy.

Me gustan los perfumes fuera de lo común, y este lo es. Pero en mí se vuelve tan imperceptible que me tienta a venderlo. Abre con notas cítricas no estridentes, con rosa y frangipani, que va secando con un ligero y casi amargo chocolate con notas afrutadas. Persiste el olor pero muy a ras de piel por unas cuantas horas. No le veo el detergente que mencionan. Para mi es un si, solo me decepciona que yo lo percibo muy muy ligero.

Powdery floral, sweet, fruity, and a chocolate vanilla musk blend once it dries down. I love it. I think Wild Candy is an appropriate name to describe the sweetness. It doesn’t smell like a hard rock Candy, but maybe more like someone gifted you chocolate covered fruit and a bouquet of flowers.

I worked at a candy shop a few years ago that made taffy this perfume smells like an artificially flavored strawberry taffy. It made me nauseous at first bc I have a heavy hand but smells pleasently nostalgic with a couple sprays. Not what I was expecting but enjoyable never the less.

Since im on a hunt for a scent similar to my angel sucré this is one of the closer one to it. im a sweet floral vanilla person so i immediately love this. I got the decant to test it out. And bougt more because i love it on my skin.

Tropical fruit + dark chocolate.
