Mango Delirium

A very sexy perfume. My man couldn't keep his hands off me when I wore this. A definite must have for a night of flirting and romance.

I was given this perfume as a Christmas present last year. It has a Spanish smell to me and if I wear too much it can make me sneeze. Can be overpowering but I sort of like the fragrance.

Mango Delirium isn't special or sophisticated but it's feminine, suave and innocent.

On me, it smells a lot of alcohol or however you want to call the dissolvant that contains any substance. I don't get any fruit or (luckily)coconut scent. Mostly flowery ones wich make it very flat and quite unnoticeable. Once the dissolvant fades away I would be ok with the clean and fresh smell if it wasn't for the lasting power which is quite impressive in the wrong side.

I am surprised that the notes here list only 'fruity notes' in the fruit categories and that this is classed as floral rather than fruity floral. I find that mango is very predominant in this fragrance, as its name would suggest. The florals, to my nose, hardly get a look in. I think mango is an unusual and interesting note in a perfume and is atypical for modern 'fruity floral' fragrances (it is also found in Hilary Duff's With Love, which I find has a very similar feel). It is not a fresh fruity note, I find it to be sultry and can be a little oppressive, especially in warmer weather. It can, however, be comforting and warm when the weather is cold. Personally, I would not wear this fragrance for a night out or any special occasion. I do, however enjoy wearing it on cold days for a brisk walk, or when working on my allotment gardens when a warm subtle fruity reminder of hotter times is most welcome. I can also see why it would be considered suitable for a date (as some mention below) as it is soft, musky and sultry and can feel quite sexy too. Close to the skin, not very long lasting, but pleasant in a rather unusual way. I would not advise buying this one unsniffed unless you are a fan of mango and know what to expect.

I'll write a review almost 11 years after the last one (wow)! I had a sample of this 16 years ago and while I didnt dislike it I wasn't all over it either. All those years later I decided to buy a bottle for memories sake as it is available at discounted prices from various chemists (i dont know if this is still in production). When it arrived I opened the box eagerly (as I always do haha). The colour if the juice had gone slightly brown but after the first few minutes of spraying I was DELIGHTED and RELIEVED to discover it was that same fruity floral scent from all those years back!!! It has a very "Spanish" smell to it imho. The coconut and vanilla take a firm backseat in this thankfully!!! It is also quite long lasting for an EDT which is a bonus. This just goes to show that fragrances that were "nothing special" in the 2000s would be masterpieces of quality today!

My first perfume from Mango was Adorably and i'd love it.Delirium is the 2nd one i tried by Mango and result: Terrible!!!This scent has no character i think, notes are so unharmonic and i agree with sicily, it smells very cheap:(

it a clean scent with a sexy hint. floral-fruity-woody for me. right for casual outing. i got a miniature and sample when i purchase MNG Adorably Gold. i like it, but i more prefer classy smell perfume.

I don't like this one. Not my type of perfume, not at all. I find it very sweet, girly and cheap. I don't like the bottle either, it's Chopard Wish wannabe.

A nice flowery scent I can only describe as innocent yet sexy. It’s a light, delicate smell that doesn’t overwhelm. Something I would wear on date night.

I bought it when i visited Bali...It's just nice floral scent, not more , however brings GOOD feelengs. Light and fresh!

this perfume does not last long at all..anyway it smells nice..flowery frangrance, very soft and feminine..

It smells good, but it doesn't smell like anything special. It's gone after 1 or 2 hours on my clothes.

sweet fruity flower scent. lasts longer than others but not extremely long.

I absolutely love this fragrance and like to use it in winter.

i really miss this perfume. so sad it is discontinued :(
