The name of this fragrance suggests something airy and free. But it is a scent that has its -metaphorically said- feet firmly planted on the ground.It's earthy and a bit rugged, due to the dry notes of marigold and cassia. if I had to bind it to a color, it would be yellow Ochre, no doubt.Great fragrance to wear in Indian Summer or during crispy and sunny November mornings, when the soil exhales the warmth of the summer just passed away, and air trembles in bright morning light

When you order this perfume, make sure the Scarf part of the bottle is MAT glass, instead of transparent. I have them both, but the MAT is the one I am reviewing, and the better one! For an example of how this looks, the picture of Scarf Taormina gives this MAT bottle version. This one is zesty, very Italian, and NathalieZ would say 'distinct'. It is a Chypre, that is for sure!! Not for teens indeed, but for confident women!! A.

Anybody wondering how this perfume smells like, it is a chypre animalic. It is the PINK version of Parfum de Peau! I have loved this perfume for DECADES!! It is a masterpiece but quite hard to get unfortunately!! Action

The beautiful tuberose bomb, only the musk in it is soapy, laundry. This bottle is funny, if it meant a scarf on a female figure. The сlumsy form. For me this is the Minoan labrys. I can't unsee this symbolism!
