After about 5 - 10 seconds the top note is gone, leaving flowers and woods with a little amber which makes the whole thing sweet. You can definitely smell Gebauer's DNA. For someone looking for an almost old-school fragrance with a little flower, wood and barbershop vibe, this is the right place, but someone looking for an unusual fragrance with a strong sillage will unfortunately have to keep looking or get used to the first three Gebauer fragrances.

Killer Instinct, or rather victim instinct?! The name Killer instinct is very misleading in my opinion, since, in combination with the way it was advertised it rather makes you think of some kind of Patrick Bateman „killer“ with loads of power. Thus the fragrance is rather a fresh office perfum. That doesn’t mean it’s bad tho. It’s actually my most worn Marc Gebauer fragrance (I have all of them). I wear it to the office at least once a week. I only wish the performance was a little bit better, like I’m used to from the other Marc Gebauer scents.
