Daisy Dream Twinkle

This was the first of the Twinkle line that I have tried. It was an instant like for me despite the fact that it is a eau de toilette. It's actually the strongest smelling out of the three, thanks to the wild berry note. Because of the cherry, there is still a nice touch of sweetness. Compared to the other notes however, the cherry is very subtle. It's not nonexistent though. Sillage is pretty decent. I haven't gotten any compliments on it, but that isn't the reason why I wear perfume to begin with. Lasting power is pretty average, lasting 4 or 5 hours on me depending on the weather. I kind of wish it would last a bit longer than that, but needing to reapply here and there isn't a big deal. As an overall, the scent isn't ground breaking by any stretch of the word. But I wouldn't say it is generic either. It does have that Daisy Dream DNA in there, but it doesn't depend on the original flanker in the Daisy Dream line too much. Like, it can stand on its own. I don't think that there is a specific age designation or range, BUT I don't really see this as a teenage scent. Usually I don't think that there is a specific age for perfumes but I somehow can't see a teenager wearing this? Edit: I forgot to add that if you are prone to getting headaches or migraines from loud or strong perfumes then I wouldn't recommend this.

I LOVE this perfume SO MUCH and I am genuinely sad that it is limited edition. I have the original Daisy Dream as well but I prefer this flanker. Within the first spray I can smell the tartness of the cherries with a hint of white floral for about an hour. But the dry down of this fragrance is my favorite thing about it. It is such a lovely drydown, I can definitely smell the fruitiness of the berries along with the sweetness of the milk mousse. The closest I can explain the smell of the drydown is bubblegum and blueberries, but it's a subtle sweetness. The tartness of the cherries and the freshness of the white floral goes away pretty fast but I can still smell the base notes the next day. I give this a 9/10.

The opening blast took me straight to Christmas in the 1980s, and I have no idea why. It smells exactly like something my mother used to keep in the house around Christmas when I was a child, but I wish I could remember what it was. So, I love this for the nostalgic feelings alone, and I think this could work for winter or spring. It's fruity and sweet, but the creamy note and florals keep it from being too cloying. I loved this from the first spray, but I agree with others that it doesn't last long. For the price of this Daisy line, I would expect better staying power.

One of the only scents I would dare to wear in high heat that we’re experiencing in England at the moment. It’s a soapy and clean scent, but definitely not boring, thanks to the berries and milk mousse that bestow a beautiful light fruity sweetness. Just annoyed I never managed to try Twinkle Eau so fresh before it was discontinued.

I absolutely love this fragrance. Of all the Daisy range this is the one I love the most. I get a bit of violet at the start but not an overpowering level. As it dries down it turns into a beautifully feminine perfume on me. Absolutely gutted that it's no longer available.

I can't remember if it was this one but I was so in love with the scent and then I asked my best friend to smell it and he said it smelled like purple Fabuloso to him. For that reason I didn't buy it and I kind of regret not buying it just to take whiffs of it.

BEAUTIFUL. Bright & pretty. Inoffensive, sparkling floral that lasts for about 8 hours-- with the milk note leading the show. The milk, fruits & florals blend in perfectly with a hint of wood added in makes this soft, perfect and gorgeous.

I finally got it! This smells just like these stuffed chicks and bunnies we got in our easter baskets when we were toddlers! Amazing! Wonderful memories....

Wild berries mousse smells deliciously good!

I’m sorry this does not smell good on me at all! I was so looking forward to the whipped cream sweet cherry scent everyone was describing but sadly I only get a matronly white floral that’s reminiscent of a bathroom air freshener. Pretty bottle but that’s about it. Edit: ok I guess I was being a brat when I first reviewed this because it smells fine, it actually smells kinda good. But I was so used to sugary scents I didn’t appreciate the sweetness at all, this is sweet like a flower. It’s a little generic like a vs body mist and I can only pick out a hint of cherry but my first review was so mean lol, overall it’s not bad and I got it for $40 so it’s not a complete loss :) definitely try it out a few times and let ur bottle sit and you’ll be able to appreciate it much more.

I got Daisy Dream Twinkle as a birthday gift and I love it! I tried the light blue Daisy Dream before - and that one is more ethereal and a bit.. lame. Dream Twinkle is more romantic, sweeter and has a spark that the original one is missing (although it is still a beautiful perfume imo). Dream Twinkle looks like a very floral perfume. There are flowers, but they are not lilacs nor violets but white flowers. The main notes are cherry, berries and mousse. There is something very delicious, juicy in this scent. Something that smells like spring. This works as a mood lifter to me. The longevity should be a bit better. Give it a try, if you are looking for a romantic new spring fragrance.

My mother purchased this fragrance through a duty free at an airport. I wasn't too keen at first spray as it seemed fairly unremarkable. However, after smelling it for a little, it grew on me. It is a pleasant soapy fragrance, ideal for those summer days where you want to smell clean and fresh. The cherry notes are not particularly intense, the milk and white flower notes make it a lovely, light fragrance. The only downside is that it is not long lasting, which for the price is a bit of a shame.

Creamy (thanks to the milk mousse) white florals. My nose detected no cherry note whatsoever. Like with most of MJ's perfumes under the Daisy name, Daisy Dream Twinkle is fresh, feminine, and sweet. I do like the creaminess the milk mousse brings to the perfume's composition. So while Daisy Dream Twinkle may seem like a common white floral perfume, its milk mousse note allows the perfume to stand out a little. A lovely perfume.

I got my hands on a cheaper one because the bottle was practically done which I'm glad because I don't know if I care for a full size bottle of this (it would have honestly sat) I was expecting more of a creamy vibe but it's really subtle. So far the opening is very soapy/clean and reminds me of my Anna Sui Sky and Paris Hilton Ruby Rush's child. It's not my favorite but it's a nice scent.

I blind bought this, I was expecting cherry milk mousse... what I got was a short lived berry light floral scent. This lasts about an hour or so which is a bit disappointing considering I get 5 hours plus from Daisy Dream. Anyway I thought I'd keep this and wear it to bed, but honestly I've decided I'd rather someone else enjoy it. It's quite rare and collectable now so it sold easily.

On my skin, it’s a soft sweet powder. I can smell the milk mousse when i come very close to my wrist,otherwise not. It’s not bad, but it’s nothing groundbreaking and it’s way too soft to my taste. I think it would be nice for a child or someone who works with children or a new mom. The bottle is really cute, but i will not buy it just for the bottle. Final note: 4/10

This is a sweet creamy fruity scent. Not intense in any way. It is very light and unfortunately is not very long lasting. I spray about 8 sprays and only get around 3 hours of wear time before it is completely gone. It is pretty while it lasts and I would not repurchase due to the longevity. With 8 sprays it still remains close to the skin on me.

A fruity version of the original Twinkle, without the powdery note. Very pleasant. I don't get the sour cherry. Sweet fruity berries. In time, I liked it more than the original Twinkle but it is just my avoidance of anything powdery.

I wore this fragrance to bed and could still smell it in the morning, but when I wear it during the day it fades away. The opening is berry floral and creamy with a hint of pepper. My little sister likes it.

This scent is very fresh and floral. I'd say it's white floral and crisp. Some part of it reminds me of Versace's Yellow Diamond. I like it, I think it's very nice. I don't sense any cherry though.

It's nice but a tad sharp and synthetic. It has a tiny bit of that bad-berry ammonia-nose smell before drydown. The drydown is pretty "warm." I much prefer Sweet Like Candy by Ariana Grande.

On my skin, it smells like freshly-picked, tart black cherries and milky whipped cream primarily, with generic floral notes on the side. I love it - it’s both sweet and a little sour.

This smells like a slightly creamier version of the original Daisy Dream. I couldn’t find the need to own the original and this one besides the beautiful bottle.

It's very soft, I can barely smell anything. It's floral, I can't smell any fruits. What a shame, I had high hopes for this scent because of the lovely bottle.

Very creamy and light, a soft scent that I like quite a bit, very good if you like fruity florals with a milky touch.

I love this perfume so much but I'm so disappointed it only lasts an hour max on me. Such a shame.

I really wanted to try this before the Twinkle editions get replaced by the new yellow ones, because the notes sound so intriguing. Unfortunately, Daisy Dream Twinkle doesn‘t smell like cherries, creamy berry mousse or even pronounced white florals to me. It smells just like any old Daisy flanker with the typical ozonic violet and violet leaf DNA of the pillar fragrance, only a little sweeter and with some added berries, and quite linear. It‘s fresh, clean, feminine and a little powdery, it’s nice enough, but I find it boring and therefore disappointing. Maybe winter is the wrong season to judge this and it shines in the heat, but I honestly think it won‘t make much of a difference, at least not for me. I guess this is most appealing for true fans of the Daisy line and for bottle collectors.

daisy dream's DNA is a blank canvas, which is why I feel like there is a LOT of variation between its flankers. disappointing to find this one has taken the main notes and left them to their own sad, boring, designer-y, mute devices. I can not for the life of me find the milk in here, it's barely sweet, more a (lazy, not masterful) sour. the cherry hides, burnt and weak, under white flowers so generic it would almost offend me. they're MJ brand white flowers, but still... sad. the bottle's cute, but don't bother with this one, really :(

At first, this smells like violets with some other white flowers. Then, the only thing I can detect are the white flowers. I expected this to be sweet. I can't smell the cherry or the forest fruits at all. Only on the drydown it gets kinda sweet and there appears the milk moose. Such a disappointment. Nothing interesting, not worth your money...

Ok, I need to stop with Marc Jacobs. Maybe first 5 ones was fun but now every next other, is just another one twin in family. Nothing special to me anymore. And as I am a fan of Marc Jacobs bottles this one look really not cute

Boring! Just a regular Daisy with an almost unidentifyable twist! Is it even a twist? But, alas, the bottle is pretty, and perfectly suitable for yet another forgettable summer flanker.

weak and powdery; airy isn't the word; nondescript white flowers with nondescript berries with this milk mousse that makes it like perfume light

This was an impulsive blind buy. The listed notes fit my craving for cherry. At first I was really disappointed, thinking I had wasted my money and it stayed almost untouched for about a year. But I have since done a 180 on this scent. It's delicious. Essentially what I get from this perfume is cherry milk mousse with a touch of flowers coming and going. (They could just as well have listed the milk mousse as whipped cream, as they are pretty much the same note to my nose.) Some days I just want something uncomplicated and likeable and this is it. It's yummy but completely without being too sweet. The creamy, fluffy cherry gives Daisy Dream Twinkle just a little bit of an edge compared to Daisy Dream, which I find to be "nicer" in a more crowd pleasing way, but somewhat boring. The more I use DDTwinkle, the more I like it. Projection is unfortunately not the best, so this I tend to spray generously. Longevity is quite good. It lasts for hours as a skin scent.

jumped right on all 3 of these when i saw them at sephora lol...........yes i am a marc jacobs daisy addict !!! i love all the daisy scents & yes they are all very similiar but who cares lol.........the scents are girly & floral.......the bottles are just adorable & i love this new twinkle color scheme.........awesome !!! i think i like the twinkle dream the best out of the 3 :) if u love the daisy line u will love the twinkle line :) its more of a fruity floral & very light :)

I tried this at Sephora yesterday. I also got a sample. Right now my first impressions are that this is a bit too sweet for me. But I think if you enjoy Ari, Ari Sweet Like Candy, and pink sugar you might really like this. The cherry note in this is well done. I would contrast it with the cherry note in Petite Robe Noire. The cherry note in PRN is much more synthetic. Overall this is a well done fragrance for sweet perfume lovers.

Sweet, but nothing special. Nice first impression tho, prob because of the cute design. I like the perfume bottle designs from Marc Jacobs Sprayed a bit onto my coat to see if i truly liked it. The day after the remaining smell on my coat turned too sweet that i could barely stand, it's too over. There could be so many dupes out there with much lower prices. Personally prefer daisy dream forever

wow, what a gorgeous bottle! This seems to be the prettiest bottle out of the daisy line for me. The gorgeous purple colour and Gold studs on the cap will create a beautiful display. Marc makes beautiful bottles, but sometimes the caps of his fragrances are huge and take up a lot of space, and also not travel friendly. Can't wait to sample this perfume and leave a thorough review. x

Smells like a classic Marc Jacobs scent - vaguely floral and fruity. Disappointed as I thought I was going to love this one as a huge Lactonic and Cherry fan, but I can't detect any cherry and the milk mousse only shows up at the end to join the fruity florals. A nice fresh scent but no one is missing out by this being discontinued.

I my opinion only original Daisy in EDP (black bottle with gold flower) worth your money. It is unique and worth place in your collection. All its flankers are too generic. Purple bottle is lovely though, my favorite color.

Got it as a gift, but don't wear it. Way too sweet for my opinion. I'm sure it's supposed to smell like flowers, but all I get is synthetic sweetness. Not a fan. Maybe it just dont work well on my skin.

Really Marc Jacobs, another Daisy flanker.. Lets do something totally different.. Oh and the name, Twinkle, hmmm Its what a lot of little girls call something else... Just saying..

This smells like a creamier version of the original Daisy Dream. Idk about cherries and cream, but it’s nice. It is an improvement on the original, which I swapped away years ago.

Smells nice but it lasts like 1 minute, not worth it. It the smell would last long I'd definitely buy it because it's a very floral and soft smell, very delicate. For young girls.

I asked a rep at Marc Jacobs corporate when this will be released and she said there is not a date yet. But if you google it you can find a cached page of it on Sephora.

My favourite perfume. Inoffensive. Creamy and floral-I don’t really smell the cherry on my skin. Lovely for sunny spring days with a cool breeze.

Actually I don't see any difference between this perfume and the original Daisy. I can't trace any cherry in it.
