Daisy Love Eau So Sweet

Sometimes I drive 20 minutes away just to visit the “fancy” mall that has all of the department stores like Nordstrom and Dillard’s. When I’m there, I ALWAYS go to Dillard’s and spray ALL of the perfumes in the women’s department. This perfume in particular is one that I’ve always liked on my skin. I tend to not like the hyped up stuff on YouTube, such as Hugo Boss The Scent Private Accord, Elie Saab GON&Le Parfum, D&G Dolce Garden, etc. BUT, I LOVE this perfume. It’s a light and airy fruity floral in the opening, more floral leaning, and then it dries down into sweet deliciousness. It’s so good, I actually ordered a 100 mL. My boyfriend likes it on me. He tends to like the more light and fresh perfumes on me more than my weird perfumes that I have. He loves Jadore and JPG Classique edt on me. And of all the perfumes I’ve tried at the mall (I usually will come home with 3 or 4 sprayed once on each of my wrists and the inner pits of my arms), he always says he likes this one the best. And I’d have to agree with him. It’s such an easy perfume to wear and so pleasant. The only thing is is the projection isn’t great, but that’s why I bought a 3.3 oz on Mercari so I can overspray to get the projection that I want. It smells so good and it’s a great floral gourmand for the summer. It’s sweet, but not heavy to where it’ll make you feel sick in summer. It’s great. Edit: Today I wore this to work! For the first hour and a half, I kept getting beautiful whiffs of this when I moved around. I sprayed 3 sprays: 1 on my chest, and two on either side of my neck. I was having a blast smelling this scent for that full hour! Then I realize at two hours, I couldn’t smell it anymore. It was a sad moment. BUT THEN, 8 hours later when I get home and hop in the shower, I smell it on me. Which leads me to believe two things: 1. Your nose will quickly get used to this scent, but other people may still smell your trail. 2. This would be a good scent in hot and/or humid weather to really project this perfume. I did say that this perfume had poor projection, but lemme just say that I think it had good projection since I could actually smell myself. I think that the longevity may stink a little bit, but that’s what you can expect from an EDT. I wouldn’t pay full price for this perfume (I mean maybe I would if I can’t find anything like it and end up running out of my bottle with no second hand purchase available). Anyways, I still love this perfume.

Eau So Sweet is the right name for this, it smells SWEET! I've never really been sure where I sat when it came to the original Daisy Love, it just never really struck a chord with me that the previous Daisy's did; some days I'd try it and it would smell wonderfully fresh and fruity, others it would be cloying and sweet, there was no real in-between. I recently smelt Daisy Love Eau So Sweet when out sampling last week, it was so good! the right blend of sweetness and the freshness I was looking for, I went home and could not get it out of my head so, I decided to purchase a bottle! The opening is sweet, but not in a gourmand way to my nose, its very "perfumey sweet"; the initial intense blast of sugar subsides and I get a lovely mixture of raspberries and bergamot which add some freshness, then, florals make a grand enterance. The main floral note I can clearly discern is jasmine, it sort of reminds me a but of a good quality jasmine bubble tea, there is also another floral note I notice which is akin to a soft wildflower meadow to my nose, since daisy is a fantasy note, I'm going to assume it is that which I can smell but it works so well with the fruits and jasmine, I pick up some soft musk and light woods which help round this off, its not complex or hard to wear whatsoever, but it sure is (like the others in the Daisy lineup) a pleasant, easy to wear scent which makes me feel good and happy. Daisy Love Eau So Sweet smells like sugarwater or a fruity shower gel, I can see why some people aren't fans of this but personally I absolutely love it! The silage is intimate bordering on moderate with a good 7 hours of longevity on my skin, its a casual daily scent and could easily become someones signature given how easy to wear it is. Perfect for spring and summer due to its youthful and fresh qualities. Again, as I said in my review for Perfect, I wouldn't strictly give this any specific age group, since I feel that youthful/young is not so much to do with age but the way in which you carry youself and your outlook on life, I've smelt the OG Daisy and Daisy Dream on more mature people and they worked so well on them both, its a case of if you like it, wear it. Would I repurchase this again? possibly!

Sugary Sweet, flirty, playful, feminine, happy, fruity, bright, fresh, juicy, sensual, addictive, delightful, warm, inviting, charming, cheerful, delicious, and enchanting Such an absolutely gorgeous fragrance! One of my top favorites! It’s this almost delicate sugary sweet yet slightly tart raspberry and blackberry cotton candy like scent. The bergamot adds a nice brightness, while the white florals add a lovely feminine and floral touch. The woodsy notes and musk in the base help to warm the scent as well as ground it, so it’s balanced very nicely. This notes that are the most prominent to me are the raspberry, blackberry, and sugar. I definitely highly recommend this for anyone who enjoys sweet scents. I think that this is a pretty versatile fragrance. It works really well throughout all of the seasons as well as for the majority of occasions and age groups. This is such an easy reach too. There’s just something special about this one that not only makes me really love it, but other people as well. I’ve owned this for several years, and it’s still one of my most complimented fragrances. I get really great performance with Daisy Love Eau So Sweet. The longevity is super good, it lasts throughout the entire day on me. The projection is really nice too, it radiates out about a few feet from me. This reminds me a lot of Ralph Lauren Beyond Romance, I find them to be very similar, but yet still a bit different. Such a gorgeous fragrance!😍 Sweet, flirty, delicious, and feminine! Sugary sweet raspberry and blackberry, almost cotton candy like, with a touch of pretty florals, and warmed as well as grounded by woodsy and musk notes! One of my favorite fragrances! Definitely addictive... I can’t stop smelling my wrists! I fell madly in love with this fragrance years ago while searching for a new signature fragrance... I previously wore Ralph Lauren Tender Romance (I do still absolutely love it!)! I got some samples from Sephora and Daisy Love Eau So Sweet and Ralph Lauren Beyond Romance were my favorites! They are actually pretty similar scents! Beyond Romance ended up becoming my new fall/winter signature scent (I prefer beachy/coconut fragrances for my spring/summer scent, but this really does wear beautifully year round!), but this is right up there with it! It’s so good that not only do I have the 3.4oz bottle, but the travel spray as well so I can always have it with me! I also think that this smells really similar to Daisy Love! I get excellent performance too! The longevity is fantastic, I can still smell it on me the next morning! It projects really well too! It radiates out a couple - few feet from me! I looove this perfume like crazy! It is the first perfume I got for myself when I recently got into perfumes, and it was a blind buy... actually, half a blind buy, as I previously owned other Marc Jacobs perfumes and liked them all (Eau So Fresh, Eau So Fresh Twinkle, Daisy Dream), I was pretty sure I was going to like this one also (even if I had never tried the original Daisy Love). But it was love!! I don't know how to describe the scent except by saying it smells sugary sweet but not in an overwhelming way, with a bit of raspberry/cloudberry and musk. In the dry down I smell a sweet pink raspberry cotton candy it is just dreamy. This is my go-to when I want to smell sweet and feel cozy. I personally think this perfume is perfect in any season and at any time of the day, you just have to be in the mood for it 😊 which is almost every other day for me. I don't know why I am so addicted to it! When I am feeling down or stressed I spray it two times on my chest and it feels calming and comforting and amazing. It is an amazingly delicious perfume and I love it!! OK so after trying other perfumes, discovering new scents, and deepening my (still limited) knowledge of fragrances, I admit this is a bit basic. It is sweet and linear, not at all complex, but I STILL think it is amazing, I still love it!! It makes me feel good and relaxed and my boyfriend likes it on me lol so it became my after shower/relaxed evening/before bed perfume. My pjs smell lovely!
