Daisy Sorbet

I am beginning to think that if quite a few people say something smells bad that it will smell awesome on me and vice versa. Although this IS quite sweet, there is a note in Daisy Sorbet that I'm not familiar with at all. I can't place it from anything I've ever smelled, but whatever it is, it mixes with my chemistry in a perfect, fresh, unique way. The original Daisy, the fresh, and the fresh sorbet were all disgusting to me, but this flanking fragrance is one I coveted for months but just could not pull the trigger on due to the high price for a small bottle. Tonight I was hitting Marshalls and TJ Maxx stores for more Lollia fragrances (many bottles of Imagine, but I have that already), and voila! There sat one bottle of Daisy Sorbet for a third of the normal price. I shouldn't have, but I had to do it. To find a perfume that smells this good on me, doesn't give me a headache, and smells like nothing else I own is nearly impossible. Mine! Edit: I believe the note that smells good on me is Wisteria. Really lovely. Also, although this is a summer flanker fragrance, it's clear and crisp enough that it's not unheard of me for me to liberally spray this in cold weather and get compliments on how fabulous I smell. If you want to smell fresh and pretty and light, this is almost perfect year round. Autumn not so much maybe, but otherwise, I believe it is a "go".

I got Daisy Sorbet EDT ages ago when i was around 15/16, but then the bottle broke in my suitcase on holiday two years later and I saved what i could in a hair glitter bottle XD. I ordered the EDP online thinking it was the same but it wasn’t but I loved it just the same! Now I wear it mostly for the nostalgia it brings me, but I still love it as a really fresh fruity floral. I don’t like the original Daisy, it’s too mellow and warm for me but this really brings the fresh iciness of a summer sorbet with it! It slakes your thirst without being heavy on the stomach, so to say, and even though longevity isn’t the best I’ll continue to wear it, sometimes layered with Pear Inc for a bit of extra oomph ;)

This does not smell like original Daisy, thankfully! Very fresh and pretty smell. Smells like flowers. I would not consider it a fruity floral as I smell mostly flowers and it's lovely. Reminds me of air freshner? But I hope this is not taken negatively since this perfume smells SO damn good! Without a doubt the best Daisy I have smelled and I own original Daisy (which I find overrated) eau so fresh and "Dot" plus Honey. This is by far the best Marc Jacobs has

This has that unmistakeable Daisy signature, minus the strong ozonic vibe that I dislike about Daisy. Daisy Sorbet still feels "icy" and a tad sharp but a lot fruitier and more enjoyable, passionfruit and pink grapefruit are beautifully mixed in this one. That ice-cream like shaprtness makes it summer appropriate but I can see myself wearing this on spring and fall as well.

My fav of the 2 sorbet ed of this year. I love the freshnes and longevity of this scent. Great mix of florals and fruit witha perfect drydown. Have 2 bottles so far :)
