Maria Sharapova

I bought this one 3 years ago during a exchange in the USA. It was cheap and I had a good first impression, followed by a second, a third, a fourth... Maria Sharapova stands out from a lot of overpowering, sickly celebrity perfumes. It's a fresh, sweet and delicate perfume, a must have for hot days. Too bad I can't find it in Brazil, because I would definitely buy it again!

After the slew of dreadful celebrity frags that has been unleashed on unsuspecting and suffering public (Gwen Stefani's concoctions, anyone? Yuck!), this is a refreshing change. I got this as a freebie with one of my orders and I fell in love with it. A really nice floral scent. On me, it smells a bit like J'Adore (which I also love). As Lizura said, very ladylike.

love this.it opens with a lemony citrus blast that is both refreshing and clean.the white flowers follow soon after and i can detect gardenia and a grassy fragrance.last a very long time on me then dies down with a vanilla musky smell that i like.considering the price,it is an excellent value and a lot better than more expensive ones.

I love the sparkly fruits and florals on this perfume very promising fresh bright it will brighten every rainy days and mondays. I love the bottle like a pink sunset but i think the cap is a little over the top with the plastic fins but netherless a very goood perfume.

Everyone needs a scent like this in their collection. A fragrance for running around, doing errands, being athletic, and outdoorsy in. It's a spring in a bottle scent. It perks you up. I love this combination of fresh spring flowers and green grass.

this suits me according to my colleague, whenever i wear maria sharapova they keep on telling me that this really suits and surprisingly it stays on me. I find it a bit floral and feminine smell ireally like it :)

When I am wearing this perfume it feels like rubbed by a body creme. Nice combination of floral scents and it is absolutely refreshing. I can smell it all day long :)

Very nice smell...love the floral in it.. fresh and subtle. Day and night perfume...It is also very delicate!

grabbed 1 oz of this at Perfumania years ago, mostly because it was cheap, had a pretty bottle, and smelled nice in the store. it wound up being my favorite "travel" perfume for a while. i visited the Philippines with two of my daughters and we decided that MS smelled good on all of us, so we just took the one bottle and shared it. the light floral (i don't really smell much citrus) wafted around after us. now i mostly use it as a "workplace" scent, where the delicacy doesn't seem to bother anyone (we have fragrance police here so i'm sure i'd hear about it if someone complained), and i can reapply after it fades. outside of work, i mostly go for something with more sillage and a bolder profile, but MS is a fall back when i'm trying to be subtle (which frankly for me isn't very often). my only dislike is for the perfume's namesake -- i really didn't like her or the attention she garnered when she was on the circuit, just for being pretty. but other than feeling occasionally guilty for wearing her fragrance, it's a big thumbs up for MS.

I just bought Maria Sharapova yesterday and I decided to wear it today. The opening is a little blaring and loud...all citrus and no flowers, which I guess makes sense now, seeing the notes of the perfume. It seems a little bit 'been there done that'. Now that I've worn it for 5 hours, I am just now smelling the floral hints. The fragrance does dry down to a sweetly natural kind of floral once you get past all that citrus. I really smell the rose, grass, and magnolia at this point. I'm also detecting a faint hint of white flowers and musk along with a little vanilla. Overall, it is an OK fragrance, but not memorable at all. It reminds me of the Ocean Pacific for Women I already own. It was a 'bargain buy', so I don't feel like it was a total waste of money, but I don't believe I'll be buying more of it when I run out. I think it's a suitable fragrance for a casual outing.

This is a very nice, classy perfume and refreshingly different to most of the sickly celebrity scents that are overloading the perfume market at the moment. It's fresh, light and citrusy, predominated by the smell of lemon, so it's a refreshing, clean scent and ideal for summertime although I think it's suitable to wear anytime, anywhere. The only downside to this perfume is that it opens slightly artificial smelling but that disappears after a very short time and it becomes a lot more natural smelling. Also, being quite a light scent it doesn't have brilliant staying power so might need to be reapplied at some point to still be able to smell it. Other than that it's great and I'm happy I bought a big bottle of it!!

Bought this new from eBay as inexpensive & the reviews here were good. Today I realised what it reminds me of - Le Jardin by Max Factor. To me it's a light & fresh, feminine floral with a bit of fruitiness. The packaging & bottle are also very feminine and attractive. The other days I tried it I could hardly smell it, but today it smells quite strong, and perhaps that's why I made the Le Jardin connection. Not my style anymore but I like it & recommend it for lovers of pretty florals of any age. Great for day wear. If you miss Le Jardin give it a try.

I've had this parfume for 2 years so I don't use it very often. Nevertheless I like it! It's a nice, rich floral parfume. On my skin it's not citrusy at all, in my opinion it's a sweet floral scent. Some days I find the gardenia and the jasmine too strong, theese two notes are very dominant. Very long lasting and good prise too. It could be a safe blind buy. Reminds me of Estée Lauder's Pleasures.

I can say i've finally found the right scents that fits me!!! I'm a pefume lover and i've been using so many different perfumes for so many years but this one is the best ever and it last whole day and i would buy this one again and again ^^

I've had this one for a few years so it doesn't get too much wear. I think it is a nice floral for the office and everyday wear. Feminine. However my husband did not like this one, so it doesn't get a lot of wear.

I love this scent....it's very light and airy, can definately smell the lemon in it- The only problem I have with this fragrance is that it may be TOO light of a scent & has no lasting power at all.

creamy sweet green floral in one sentence to describe. not bad at all. young girly summer scent; and it does last awhile; put it on in am and I could still smell it in the evening. great price too.

A really nice fruity-floral fragrance in a very sweet bottle. The package is nice designed and the price very fair! Perfect for spring and summer.

Try as I might I can't come around to this one. The bottle is cute though! It starts out pleasant, but there's a bitter note to it which gets stronger on me as it goes along. Plus I don't get any amber or vanilla from it which is disappointing. Maybe it's just my body chemistry because there are so many good reviews.
