Arabian Leather

It’s not a secret that I’m totally in love with Marrakech Imperial’s perfumes. I have to admit that I was afraid to test and wear Arabian Leather because I have had a very difficult time with a leather note since last winter. The name Arabian Leather sounds as well something very challenging but it’s pleasant instead. Now after wearing it for few days I’m more than happy to find this kind of beautiful leather scent with the notes which makes it so cozy, so enjoyable and soft. Those notes are not only a perfect match with sophisticated leather but they make this scent suitable for upcoming colder days and wintertime as well at least here in Europe. One thing more made me so excited about this scent: I have been trying to find great Vanilla scents. Arabian Leather is so far away from the harsh and edgy leather scent that even the people who don’t like leather maybe would like this one. It doesn’t mean that you can’t smell that note, it’s just made in a versatile and totally unisex way, and it’s blended very well with other notes. Leather is darker for one hour and after that it feels like melting on the skin and it turns more like sumptuous suede. Brown sugar is bringing the sweetness to the leather and ambery concoction together with slightly Almondy Tonka bean and luscious Vanilla. Musk completes the sensuality of this scent. Arabian Leather is sweet but on my husband’s skin there is clearly less sweetness than on my skin. On his skin the opening is present longer and you can easily detect Frankincense, it gives a nice light smoky feeling with airy Saffron. On my skin the opening disappears quicker but in this case it’s just making the scent more feminine on my skin and more masculine on my husband’s skin. Now after testing all 7 scents from the house I’m able to say that there is none which I don’t like but Atlas Wood suits my personality least. I definitely need these scents in my life. I got sample of this as a bonus to my recent order and... oh.. my.. god.. I love this scent so much. I'm an amateur, I don't know a lot of scents, I don't know a lot of staple perfumes and I lack experience and verbose to accurately describe this particular perfume. What I do know is that I've been going back to the sample like some kind of junkie. Can't stop. I smell mostly leather and vanilla. Incense and saffron are lost to me - it doesn't mean they're not there, but I'm just not good at picking them up. Maybe once I save up for my own bottle, they will grow on me. My wife loving it when I wear it, is just a bonus. The only downside, but not really fault of the perfume as such, is that not everyone will be a fan of it. So wearing it in an office setting may not be the best option but it all depends on context and where and who you work with. Otherwise, it's a 9/10 perfume for me and that's only because I don't know what a 10/10 scent smells like. It could be this one.

Massimo and Mr Carbonnel brought out an olfactory bomb for us. Massimo allowed me to discover his new collection, and I completely felt in love with Arabian Leather. The heat of the desert can be found at the heart of this fragrance, contrasted with a warm and cold leather at the same time. An ultra refined oriental fragrance, which makes it exceptional. A refined selection of raw materials such as leather, incense, saffron, tonka are just words that cannot properly describe the beauty of Arabian Leather. This perfume needs to be worn to understand the magic of this creation.

Arabian Leather won me over instantly. The combination of incense, leather, and vanilla sounds bold, yet it unfolds warm, deep, and addictive – perfect for the winter season. This is my favorite vanilla profile. The scent is strong, dense, and radiant, with a presence that doesn’t go unnoticed. The leather is soft and enveloping, the incense adds a touch of mysticism, and the vanilla smooths the composition, bringing a gentle sweetness.

This fragrance is absolutely stunning 😍 I m a Marrakech lover, I live in Marrakech and I m now totally in love with Marrakech Imperial. Their collection is a reflection of our incredible city.

I had a tester... What a journey... Incredible fragrance. I will write a more in-depth review once I get the bottle. But it's going to be a really positive one. :D

This is my first impression as I have not worn this fragrance for a full day ware. I am testing this out of the sample kit. I would like to say a few words about the customer service of Marrakesh Imperial. In my experience the customer service was really good. I got a prompt response to my inquiry the next business day. My package arrived from Europe well packaged and I also got some extra samples with my order. I do recommend this brand. Now onto the first fragrance: Arabian Leather. I get very soft sumptuous leather, perhaps even suede, with warm ambery vanilla and brown sugar. The incense is very mild and minimal, if any. I also do not get a very strong saffron. This is nice. A great one for the lovers of leather fragrances. A perfect unisex scent that can even be office appropriate if used in moderation. I can also see this being the scent of an evening in front of a warm fireplace with a glass of red wine. To me this is a cold weather fragrance, something that can be worn day or evening. Dare I say that this is blind buy safe for the lovers of leather fragrances. On my very cool skin, the projection is moderate, but my skin rarely strongly projects any perfume. Edit: in the dry-down Arabian Leather has a strong resemblance to Memo Paris Italian Leather, top and mid phases of the scent are very different.

Average as fvck.. the amount of fake reviewers this company bought is absolutely crazy. This needs to be addressed

I still don't understand why a luxury brand and, further more, a "successful one" has the need to fake their own positive comments to trick people into their products. Wasn't sufficient enough to lock a deal with Carbonel as the creator of your line? This kinda of behavior throws people off from even wanting to test this new stuff. Obviously, it doesn't sound right, and it isn't right. There's something hidden in there, and it doesn't smell good.

This is the sibling of BABYCAT by YSL private line it’s very similar however this is more refined, sweeter and smokier with an incense vibe and develops slowly to be come more and more like BC by YSL however baby cat is spicier and has more frankincense directly and hits you in the face directly

I haven’t tried any of these marrakech collection but I got curious looking up each one’s scent profile and reading the reviews per product when I noticed that they have fake reviewers here. Thats deceptive, that’s wrong, that sucks 👎 😠 bad business

This is probably the best sweet leather fragance out there and I'm not exaggerating. So classy and refined. It's not cheap, but totally worth it.
