Une Nuit Parisienne

This is my first full bottle after testing the sample set. I did not care for this on first spray but as it opens it is gorgeous. It is such a cozy and inviting scent. I get sauteed cinnamon apples and I get the tea in there. It continues to open up and a light musk comes through. It dries down to a soft and creamy sandalwood. There is nothing about this that is off putting. I can see this having an almost deigner mass appeal but in an elevated fashion. By no means though do I mean this just smells like so many other perfumes. It doesn't. It is blended so well. If you wanted to love something like Angels Share but it is just too much UNP might be right for you (no booze/liquor). I keep wanting to sniff myself! I'm happy to have this especially during the cold of winter. The only issue I have is the longevity. After a couple hours it is very faint. Sprayed on fabric it doesn't seem to develop the same way as it does on the skin. This stays closer to you as well. I don't mind though because I enjoy it so much. *There is a similar note in CH Nightfall Patchouli that I pick up on*

This is a beautiful fragrance. It is hard to describe. It is sweet but not in a gourmand way. The dry down is gorgeous and gives off an expensive vibe. It is unlike anything else in my collection. It is spicy tea and rose fragrance with a creamy vanillic woody base. I Love it!

Une Nuit Parisienne is giving very dry "hot" chai spices mixed with a "cool" menthol type smell, and a tiny hint of a cinnamon-like sweetness. I get the comparison to Gris Charnel, but more than anything else I'm getting Bengay. Smells very reminiscent of the cool-and-warm joint pain ointment.

I just got my sample set in the mail and the presentation is top tier. Every single sample is filled to the top which I appreciate. So far I’ve tried une nuit Parisienne and essence santal. Both are gorgeous! They smell and perform just as Ms. Stell and her perfumer said they would. Lately I’ve found honesty in fragrance advertising is hard to come by. I’m excited to try the rest of my samples.

Absolutely beautiful. Smells like Gris Charnel but with an added amber feel to it. Kind of smells like French Avenue Royal Taboo mixed with Gris Charnel. Very cozy and warm spicy done to perfection.
