A Night In Marrakesh

Based on a sample from the wonderful Les Senteurs boutique in London. It's not unusual for my missus to ask 'what's that you've just sprayed?' essentially a put down for one of my favourites! But she liked this which says something. It reminds me of Guerlain's Spirituese Double Vanille, and Tauer's Sundowner. A woody cinnamon wrapped in boozy vanilla. Warm, comforting, with good performance. Perhaps better suited to autumn and winter. Unisex. Really lovely stuff. 4.5/5

i personnaly really like this perfume, rose oud combo but with spices and castoreum which makes it really shine. My sample was really strong, so i don"t really understand the comment below, the fragrance is heavy so do not projetct that much, but i get a compliment for a girl next to me in a bar, she said you smell a warm and comforting scent.

This is a middle eastern style fragrance. The opening is a powerful and typical oud and rose combination, with a "desert" style direction. This is similar to Desert Rosewood, but they do not smell alike. The honey in this scent makes this a tad bit sweet. And it continues there until it slowly fades into a dank and slightly sweet oud. It's not too powerful of a fragrance, but it gets the job done. I believe people close by will be able to smell you and it does project for a little while, but just not very far. This to me is a nice scent, I'm just not a fan of the dank oud. Update: I just want to add that the coffee is nice in this.

No lie this is one of the best things I've ever smelt. Warm and spicy, the coffee and tobacco tempering the sweetness. A whole heap of my favorite notes blended to perfection . And the longevity was great. BUT, and it's a big but, the projection was basically zero., Instant skin scent. I usually add a spritz to my clothing as well as skin but even there within maybe thirty minutes I couldn't smell a thing unless I put my nose right on it. So disappointed. In a lot of ways it reminded me of Santal Royal but a beat more masculine. That one can fill a room but doesn't last, I might try to layer them and create a beast.

Predominantly a rose oud fragrance but with an interesting spicy side from the ginger, cardamom and I get a hint of cumin (although not listed). There is a woody camphorus/eucalyptus element that comes out when I sprayed more heavily. I enjoy the interpretation on the rose oud genera but not particularly moved to get more after the sample.

I found this aftershave initially "Musty", but that eventually evaporated away, from then on it was just an average aroma on my skin, nothing special to write about unfortunatly. The aromas lasted around 4 - 6 hours on me. Would i wear it ? No Would i buy it ? No

This is very faint on my skin. I get a very distant rose, saffron, cypriol, oud, coffee, slight sweetness, amber, tobacco, resin. The oud quality is similar to that found in an PDM or something. Don't expect something that smells like authentic cambodian oud. Nothing really smells synthetic here, but there isn't a note that impresses me. Since the fragrance is so hard to smell on my skin, I can't really comment on if there are good quality natural ingredients being used in the composition of this fragrance. Once the dry down hits it's like an ambery, rose, saffron skin scent that's blended nicely but once again, extremely faint

Having read a review below mentioning there is a Dua clone of this, may I remind you cheapskates that this product is made by an indie perfumer and not some big conglomerate. Dua ripping this off is just stealing money that should be going into the pocket of the very talented perfumer that is Harrison Sherwood. If you care about perfume and want to encourage more products like this, buy the real thing. Buying clones is worse than buying nothing at all as you're just lining the wrong pockets and financially encouraging theft.

This is the brand’s most refined, classy offering. It’s such a complex, yet laid-back fragrance. I actually think it’s their masterpiece. Complex fragrance you can't pick out specific notes fragrance doesn't change much last 8 hours plus doesn't have huge sillage but you can clearly tell the quality in the ingredients. Smells nothing like mfk oud satin mood which is very generic with no oud a beginner niche fragrance

Unfortunately this one smells like A LOT like the cheap middle eastern frags from brands such as Lattafa or Ard Al Zaafaran etc. And for the price this isn't worth it. Nice frag but for the price you can get much better e.g Oud Satin Mood by MFK🤷♂️.
