This is absolutely lovely. A blend that manages to capture both creamy iris and powdered violet in equal measure. The tea top note keeps it modern and interesting enough not to slide into old lady territory. Vanilla and tonka are there but take a back seat to the iris and violet and give both depth. I did smell the strawberry on first application, but it faded quickly - seemed more like a top note than a basenote but I liked it! The whole composition is well done and down my street entirely.

This isn’t revolutionary whatsoever, but if you like a powdery iris & violet then Artem is definitely worth trying. It’s predictably creamy, soft and powdery but it has a really nice green coldness that underpins it and a touch of earthiness. I definitely get a bit of strawberry, which I fully expected to hate, but surprisingly it plays really nice. Good stuff.

How have I never heard of this brand? These fragrances look right up my alley and I'm super excited to try several of them, especially this one.
