Honest Review: After spending a month with this, here's what I've found... This is one of the most pleasant modern takes on a fresh citrus masculine fragrance. Yes, initially, it's close to Versace Man eau Fraiche... BUT Then, after a bit of time with it, I found it was more like Mercedes-Benz Cologne crossed with some elements of Versace Pour Homme... However, as I've used nearly half a bottle, what I've found after all that is it's more like a cross between the lightness of Versace Man Eau Fraiche, hints of the aquatic notes from Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue, & the clean, freshness of Mercedes-Benz cologne, all masterfully blended to create something unique. It's not a projection beast, it stays within arms reach for a few hours, then calms down somewhat to a more intimate scent. And as far as longevity, I applied it at 8 am this morning, and as I write this at 6 pm, 9+hrs later, I still get decent hints of it. as I go about my day... So 4-8 hrs is really common for me. Conclusion: As far as I can tell this is one of those sweet spot fragrances that works in almost any situation, smells great, and doesn't smell like something everyone else is wearing. Oh! And you can currently get a bottle on fragrance.net for less than $45! That's a win in my book.

I want to shout out a big THANKS! to all the haters of this fragrance because discounters can't sell these fast enough and I got a tester bottle from 2022 (batch code check) for just under 15$... This is an amazing summer scent! Good quality, bright, smooth, uplifting and easy to wear! Not a performance beast, but not weak either... Redundancy? Sure, but it takes elements from different fragrances and puts it into one, so it is kinda like its own thing... Take care!

CallOutBoy21 is spot on. This is a perfectly decent summer fragrance, Clean, fresh and wearable. Is it “beast mode” or will it last for hours? No. Is it a new departure in freshies? Something completely new? Again no. Does it do a job in warm weather for the majority of people that will encounter it and do it for a reasonable price? Absolutely.

The initial opening is a citrus and aromatic scent with a light oceanic undertone. 15 Min - I am picking up more of the Marine notes along with an herbalness from the green notes. 30 Min - The fragrance continues to become more oceanic in nature with a salty and slightly sea weed tones. I also continue to get some of the herbalness from the Green notes. 60 Min - I am still getting a very Marine/Oceanic scent with some herbal/green and woody undertones. Dry Down: The dry down of this fragrance is an aromatic marine fragrance with some undertones of citrus and wood notes. Performance: The performance of this fragrance is not great as it stopped projecting at about 90 minutes into the wear and became a skin scent at about 2 hours. It was pretty much not-detectable at 4 hours. My rating for this fragrance is a 5.5 out of 10 based on it being a nice marine scent but such poor performance.

I don't like it, I got a sample few days ago, The smell remind me of detergent, In my opinion it's too clean soapy smell. The performance is very weak.

Directionless. I'm at a loss as to what the thought process could have been behind the decision to create this. Was there even one? This has got to be one of the most pointless fragrance releases I've encountered. When you spray Select Day, you'll pick up on certain elements of Versace Man Eau Fraiche, Versace Pour Homme, and Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Pour Homme within its overall scent profile. The problem is that this doesn't smell as good as any of those. This smells like a redundant, generic amalgamation of three of the most popular male freshies. I would rather just buy one of those three mentioned fragrances and have a stronger, focused fragrance that actually was created with a purpose/vision. This isn't a bad fragrance, it's just extremely redundant in a world overloaded with freshies that are just like it. I'm betting the conversation went a little something like this: Mercedes-Benz: Hey Cresp, you know that iconic freshie you created called Versace Man Eau Fraiche? Oliver Cresp: Yeah Mercedes-Benz: Make that same fragrance for us so that we can sell it, but dilute it down enough so that it doesn't just look like we literally asked you to shamelessly copy that DNA completely for us to sell Oliver Cresp: Say no more fam 5.5/10

Opening is definitely mix of known notes from Versace Man Eau Fraiche and Versace Pour Homme (like 80/20). After 30min you get very close vibe to.... Montale Santal Wood due to marine-spicy combo notes with some nice woods in dry-down. To be honest it's quite synthetic as well and there were times during hot days this marine vibe was overwhelming and unbearable. Parameters are average but not terrible. I actually think it's a decent scent if you can get this dirt cheap and Mercedes can often be grabbed at good prices but completely redundant if you already own some similar fresh scents. 6/10

My thoughts exactly #enevictor ... These frag heads are so mad at something that just smells good to masses and not just your buddies at the head shop. These guys are burned out from scents that if it doesn’t smell like you scrapped the side of neglected horse barn, it’s boring or done before. Not all of us want 700 bottles of smell good.

Have only tested this once on hand... Very similar to Versace Man Eau Fraiche..
