Sexual Oud Rouge

very pleasant surprise. Normally I’m averse to rose notes in perfumes since it often comes off as powdery or matronly, but the deepness of the amber is an excellent balance to the light florals in this fragrance. Smells sexy and mature, a definite winner for date night. I imagine velvet and pearls - elegant and extremely feminine.

I cannot express to you how rich the fruity, oud smell is. I consistently get compliments on this perfume. I wish more people would give it a chance. Is it different? Yes. Is it strong? Also yes. Is it sexy and divinely feminine. YES

Sweet without being overly so; flirty, playful, and complex. Lasted all day and kept developing throughout. Opens floral and fruit, and wears down to amber and oud.

Opening smells like flowers and honey and tart red berries. Very sweet, with some bitter citrusy-rose. I guess it's the geranium, rose combo? Settles down to a fruity saccharine amber rose oud. It reminds me of Victoria Secret's Love Spell but Love Spell’s vibe is purple, and Sexual Oud Rouge is obvi red. It’s probably higher quality? Sillage is nuclear at first, then still very large. I can smell it wafting off my skin even under a sweater. For me this one is pretty linear. Smells equal parts red apple-pear-rose-amber-oud after the opening. The red berries, geranium, vanilla, and lily of the variety are detectable but solidly background actors (during the dry down). Worth noting it’s incredibly sweet, candy sweet. The same sweet I detect in Cheirosa 59 and Burberry Her. It’s so sweet it almost makes me anxious. Tbh it makes me envision a teenager on the prowl at the mall, out to exhibit and flaunt their newly acquired sex appeal.
