Sugarful Kiss

My wish is for its official debut in JCPenney, sparing me the vagaries of online purchasing and the dreaded possibility of discontinuation. Despite its inherently youthful allure, the sheer essence of its scent transcends such trivial categorizations, for in matters of fragrance, it is the essence of delight that reigns supreme.

When I smelt Sugarful Kiss, I instantly fell in love and I knew it smelt super familiar! I didn’t notice until I read @SupahMaads review stating that this smells like the discontinued BBW scent “Velvet Sugar”! She is 100% correct! If you love Velvet Sugar then this one is definitely for you. I compared them side to side and obviously this has a more fruity take but on the dry down smells incomparable. I will layer them both but I don’t think I will be getting a full size bottle due to me having Velvet Sugar in my collection and not wanting my collection to have repeats. Maybe in the future when I do run out, I will consider coming back for this one ✨

I was gifted this from a friend and I’ve collected this line so I was super pumped to get this and wow is it juicy sweet and yummy! I love how juicy fruity it is and it doesn’t change much on my skin. It’s super sweet without being juvenile, i Only find a slight hint of cherry, not as much as I was expecting to smell. For the price this goes for you get a great deal, I think it’s like $65 dollars for the 100ml size

As usual this Sugarful is lovely! I own Sugarful the best strawberry cotton candy, Sugarful & Spice a fall spicy favorite, Sugarful Dream a blueberry cotton candy, Sugarful Homme a masculine sugared dream, Sugarful Sunshine a Pineapple Whip for summer and now Sugarful kiss a cherry/strawberry cool drink. They are fun playful creations. Perfume snobs beware its fun to wear these!

I’m currently obsessed with anything cherry scented so I just had to buy this! It’s a very sugary sweet cherry with a touch of peony and a little bit of musk. I love it! Out of all the cherry fragrances that I have this is my favorite

A youthful strawberry and cherry scent. I get a little bit of peony but it’s mostly fruity. It’s nice, but there are so many other fruity perfumes that I would rather wear. I personally don’t get any orange, sandalwood, or musk. Has minimal sillage and lasts about 6 hours. Saw that this was compared to Ariana’s Cloud Pink but I don’t see much similarity. Cloud Pink is much sharper and more floral heavy.

got a travel sized and had high hopes- ive enjoyed other sugarfuls.. but this one disappoints. It doesn't small bad, it smells very pretty and femenine.. however, the problem is that there is no cherries and feels like it's another generic sweet floral perfume you can get at BBW. I was hoping to smell the cherries and berries but it fails to hit that mark. If you're into safe office scents that are floral and sweet, this may be a hit for you. I wanted a fruity cherry and unfortunately, this one didn't hit that mark. Do try the other sugarfuls, there are some gems in the line

I had high hopes for this- after finding a sugarful & spice gift set at Ross for $20, I decided I needed the whole line after looking them up on fragrantica; this is the one I was most excited about but it’s nothing special at all. It’s a light almost lipstick type scent with a hint of cherry but it doesn’t last long at all ! Honestly a dissapointment and I am at the store returning it as I’m typing this.

I had high hopes for this, because I love the pink and blue Sugarful perfumes. This is just straight up sugared cherry. It's nothing special and smells like dozens of other sweet fruity perfumes. If you're looking for a cherry perfume, skip this one and spend your money on something more unique.

I pre-ordered this one and got it today! I have two others from the sugarful line so I trusted this would be good. So far it’s pretty floral/fresh on me and not much else. I don’t hate it but, I’ve noticed that the scents from this line end up smelling better after sitting for a bit.

I wish there was more cherry and it doesn't last very long on my skin at all. You'd have to be shoved against my wrist or neck like packed in a Japanese subway-close to even notice it. It's okay, I think the OG and Spice varieties are by far more memorable.

Dry down is so powdery. Not my vibe.

I adore So Sweet so I blind bought this thinking they might share similarities. It's a big fail. Sugarful Kiss smells exactly like something I smelt in BBW, or any generic fruity shampoo scent. This is the cheapest smelling perfume I've owned, and I owned a lot of cheap perfumes. Cheap-smelling doesn't necessarily mean bad but this one is cheap-smelling in a bad way.

The prior four Sugarful fragrances are so good. I was certain this was going to be an ultra safe blind buy for me, as I LOVE cherry 🍒 as a fragrance note. I hate to be a Debbie Downer here, but a negative review is coming..... First......There is no cherry 🍒 to be had in this perfume. It’s all peony and freesia, unfortunately. Even the dry down is 80% floral and 20% warmth. They should have called it Floralful. I am not a floral lover and it kind of gives me a mild headache. Second.....it does not last. I can barely smell it 15 minutes after spraying. Bath and Body Works Firecracker Pop at $19 (or less) for 8 oz actually smells like cherry and lasts longer on me than this 60-some dollar 50 ml fragrance. I am so desperately disappointed and misled by this fragrance. I think a peony or freesia lover would enjoy this perfume. But not me - I blind bought it so I’m stuck with it. I’ll be layering it with something else to use it up. If you’re new to this Sugarful line, fyi this is the worst flanker. Go for one of the first four. I won’t be blind buying a full size of any new Sugarful flankers until I test them out first from now on.

My bottle is going to be delivered today! Can’t wait and I will post my thoughts. I really like this fragrance range. I have all four previous fragrances in the range, and some are better than others. My favorite fragrance note is cherry so when this became available I bought it immediately 😜

SUGARFUL KISS opens with an airy, watery, sheer, cherry lipbalm note, which is playful, sweet, and pleasant. It is very light and reminded me of the opening of Juicy Couture RAH RAH ROUGE. After about 20 minutes however, when the scent began to dry down, I detected a hint of a rhubarb or curry note, which was unpleasant to my nose. Perhaps the rhubarb accord was the orange peel note? To me, the rhubarb accord I detected reminded me of the rhubarb-curry note I smelled in the original Delina perfume. As mentioned, it's possible that the rhubarb accord that I detected is actually the orange peel note, as there is a similar orange peel / rhubarb note in the dry down of the original Sugarful in the pink bottle. Please know, this was my own personal experience, and I'm sure SUGARFUL KISS might smell truly beautiful and pleasant on others! We all pick up different notes and also have different skin chemistry, which makes smelling new perfumes always so exciting, personal, and individualized!

I see some reviews saying they don’t smell the cherry meanwhile all I get is red tart sweet cherries. Lasts decently too, around 5-6 hours? First cherry scent I am okay wearing, I may pick up the big bottle. I actually wore this mixed with Good Girl accidentally and it was a great combo surprisingly. Some may find it too sweet and juvenile though.

Whoa. I love a cherry perfume and I love a powdery/musky dry down. I, however, don’t like this. There is very little cherry, skipped right over the middle notes and blasted right into strong baby powder. The strongest heaviest powder. And on me it lasts and lasts.
