since there are no batch numbers, it is not easy to determine when my round bottle that arrived in a pouch and tin container dates from. it was shipped a few weeks ago, i would say this is more citrus-aromatic rather than woodsy although it has a light wood/incense undertone. it is not mainstream. this is a 'like' not a 'love.' on me, i get the feeling of day wear. out and about. could be a business fragrance for someone who looks to be fashion forward. for niche-aholics, it might hit the mark.

@Andy the Frenchy: What?! *shocked face* First of all, yours isn’t a review; it’s a comment, and the place for that is in the forum. (Neither is mine, here, but I feel compelled to respond where you will see it.) Second, who says a writer cannot also be a perfumer? Don’t we all have mixed and varied tastes and talents? Miguel might be a perfumer and a writer, and he also might be really talented at tennis and comic book drawings! You just don’t know! Third, Miguel’s creations are fragrances; Fragrantica is a database of fragrances. I see no conflict of interest. In fact, I like that we represent many different perfumers, tastes, and talents from all over the world. There’s something for everyone—that’s all I’ve got to say.
