I see a lot of people complaining about the salt note being overbearing..... I don’t witness that at all so maybe it’s skin chemistry thing.... Or maybe I am getting the salt strongly but don’t realize it because the freesia , rose , grape fruit & cypress is blended beautifully together.... Exceedingly high quality concentration I expect nothing else from mind games their status perceives them... AGAIN , maybe it’s just a skin chemistry thing because this pushes off of my skin potently and lasts a long time , performance is not lacking it kinda sneaks up when you think it’s gone sitting right in your face.... I tend to realize freesia , cypress and any floral/woody accords works really good with my skin .... I will be purchasing this tomorrow ASAP .... A recommended 10/10

Totally agree with the Big Sur comment below. I go to Big Sur/Monterey several times a year and this perfume transports me to that coastal atmosphere. Very gorgeous for everyday wear. I usually hate grapefruit in perfume but it works so nicely in here. It opens with a salty marine smell and dries down to a dry woods with fresh rose. Would love a full bottle of this as my daily if I can find it at a discounter

Smelling this instantly transports me to Coronado island in San Diego. The rose and palo santo are the leaders and stand out in the background of ocean salt. It’s so uplifting but very powerful. I wish it came in a 50cc bottle. Its so strong and a little feminine leaning for me to justify getting the whole 100ml size. I have def enjoyed it in the discovery set though.

Smells like a really nice citrus/ marine hand soap but it's at a higher tier quality from which you can expect with Mind Games. Pretty fun, not bad. Not groundbreaking, doesn't push the envelope. It's safe but it does its job well. Would suggest sampling if you're into freshies.

this may be niche, but my favorite scent of all time is the air in big sur and this is SO close. i’d prefer it without grapefruit, but it definitely doesn’t ruin it for me. smell this if you miss california

This reminds me of Another 13 actually but I prefer this one. It is very hard to describe but I really like it. Musky marine zingy? Love it spray it fresh after a shower.

Fresh rose and grapefruit. Lovely grapefruit note in this. I don't really like rose, and the dry down in this is rose-heavy. This fragrance also has a bit of a "perfume" smell that designer perfumes sold in stores smell like. But the grapefruit mixed with salt in this really is lovely.

Beautiful scent, but what comes out most for me is the freesia, grapefruit and floral notes which to my nose makes it a fairly feminine leaning fragrance as opposed to unisex. But it is extremely elegant, clean and vibrant. A great spring or summer day fragrance

To me this is like Roja Elysium with a touch of floral.

I really enjoy the first 5 mins when the sparkly citrus and cypress sing - the salt adding some thickness to the brightness. I don’t mind the salt at all. It’s not unpleasant to me. The mid comes up softly rosey and it’s only “ok” from here. Now I’m trying this in single digit winter weather and from a wee factory sample. A decent spray might make all the difference in warmer weather. I’m not fussed on this house and for me the fragrances don’t merit the hype or price tag. They’ve all felt pretty mediocre and basic with average-to-low performance. Only ok 💁🏻♀️. I’m prepared to try again later and get a different experience but so far, just so so.

I liked this fragrance a lot more on paper than on my skin. On paper is a musky rose fruity fresh fragance, very vibrant and, in my opinion, feminine leaning. On my skin it gets way sweeter and even almost cloying. I think the freesia gets syrupy on my skin, quite the sweet girly girl scent profile, too sweet to my taste. I like giry girl fragrances, but they have to be fresh, since temperatures on my city are way high. I think for the price point, there are better perfumes on the market with the same vibe... For example, Dyptique Eau Rose or, a bit far away, Aqua Allegoria Rossa Rosa Forte

when i first sprayed this, i was shocked to find that there was no litchi note in this as it opened just like the million other rose-litchi perfumes with something fruity screaming at me overtop of some done-to-death rose accord. but then it just becomes something vaguely musky, salty, floral, and ultimately boring. it's ok i guess.

A salty rose and citrus, giving a floral aquatic vibe. It is nice but doesn't excite (me). It stays close to the skin and so i would recommend spraying clothes. Nice, but not me.

It smells like every mediterranean fragrance, cypress, citrus, salt, but this has a floral twist to it, nice and pleasent, but for the price - get something else.

Salt and rose, then just salt. Very strange and not sure who the targer audience would be for this one.

This was not my cup of tea. It has many notes I don’t like, for example- salt, grapefruit and palo santo. I know it’s a popular fragrance and many people like it but I think this is not a safe blind buy unless you like the notes listed. I also think all Mind Game bottles are very ugly and the price is too high. It’s just my opinion, I’m writing this review for my own reference and maybe it will be useful for someone with a taste similar to mine. I still can see how many people could like this fragrance. 5/10 for me.

Just like with every other Mind Games scent I tried so far (except Ruy Lopez) - poor projection, zero longevity, and the scent itself is so mediocre, I would rather it smelled like a literal pile of trash, so I could at least feel something. Do not waste your money on this brand.

At first it was very similar to Parfums de Marly Delina but then the salt started overpowering. Similar to Lancome Idole Aura which I cannot stand neither because of the strong salt note

I got a sample of this in a perfume order, I was very excited to sample this as Rose Atlantic by DS & Durga is one of my favourite perfumes and this is always compared to Rose Alantic. They dont smell closey like each other at all. Yes, they share a couple of things in common, they both have sea salt and rose but the way the brands have executed those notes are so different. This smells like a generic designer rose perfume with some added sea salt, smells lovely but quite boring and uninspired, for the price I would want something a little more unique
