Missoni Parfum Pour Homme

Bought 30ml of this while buying Missoni Wave for the summer, without much expectation and not going in looking for a Chanel dupe (I tried blue de chanel twice in a shop so I won't compare the two). I thought why not? What can I say? I am truly happy I discovered this! It opens citrusy with lemon and grapefruit, a healthy dose of ginger and later you get a long lasting, clean lavender, surrounded birch bark and sandalwood, with a hint of"pomarose" (to me it's a juicy sour apple with flowery nuances). You can tell immediately it's a blue scent, yet more refined. Not necessatily more "mature" but surely not highschool-ish, it's leans green ending up somewhere around petrol green/ teal blue. The green must come from what Missoni describes as "Mediterranean Maquis" notes. Not a gym showergel but a nice soap. The notes in the drydown are well blended and I, not being that expert, can't really tell them apart. I enjoy the fact that the citruses are long lasting in this one, it's definitely a masculine scent thanks to the lavender and it leans towards the bitter side thanks to the ginger and the birch bark. It's super versatile and will work all year round while suiting pretty much every occasion, even though I think it's easier to dress it up than down. Office appropriate. Performance is very good on me, lasting even beyond 12h on a good day, around the 8h mark it becomes a skin scent, yet the projection is very good in the first couple of hours, especially in the light breeze where it got me some compliments (it became my gf's favourite, alongside Dior homme sport). Price can be pretty good, it depends on the deal you manage to find online. Scent 8.7 Performance 8.4 Price 7.5 (you can a good deal) Overall: 8.2

Missoni Parfum Pour Homme This is a pleasant scent! In the opening, you get a refreshing, lovely citrus blend that immediately feels bright and clean. Within about half an hour, I start to pick up ginger and something fruity, though I can’t quite pinpoint what it is. After an hour or two, the base notes begin to shine through, revealing a woody, earthy musk that grounds the composition. I really enjoy the overall experience. It reminds me of that fresh, calm feeling after a morning shower, when you start making breakfast. It’s simple, grounded, and pleasant. The scent isn’t iconic or groundbreaking—it’s just consistent, and that’s part of its charm. This fragrance isn’t for someone obsessed with being noticed. Projection sits between intimate and arm’s length, which works perfectly fine for me. The longevity is the only drawback keeping this from being a great fragrance. I’m not an oversprayer, but even after bumping up to eight sprays, I still had to reapply later in the day. That could be frustrating if you prefer a “spray and go” kind of scent. On the plus side, Missoni Parfum Pour Homme is very affordable—you can buy two bottles for the price of one designer fragrance and spray to your heart’s content. The name having parfum in the title implies a stronger concentration with more time on your skin, and I think that it should be removed from the title. It’s not trying to be special, and that’s perfectly okay.

I first sprayed this and was like whoa this is loud as hell. Put it away, because i couldn't handle it. But i pulled it out, to try it again. And during the dead cold of winter...This bad boy was singing! Godspeed with this thing in the heat of summer. It's easily a beast mode fragrance. Last long, projects well, has a great scent trail. What more do you want from a blue freshy. . I used six sprays...both wrist, back & front of my neck, chest, and front of my shirt. Will I buy this again? Yes. What's the strength of this? Parfum. Does this fragrance enter BEAST MODE, good, just okay or weak sauce at best? BEAST MODE. Can you use it as a unisex scent? Yes(But go easy on the sprays). Am I willing to trade this fragrance? No. Should You Skip It, Sample It First or Blind Buy It? Sample it first. Very similar to any blue fragrance. Like Bleu de Chanel, and many others...But this one smells the best. This is a Versatile Fragrance. Personally I love it even thou i've received mixed reactions to it from people around me qhile wearing it. I love the Grapefruit and Lemon opening even thou it smells a lil' synthetic. After like 30 minutes it turns fresh and somehow powdery like some aftershaves that Barbershops use after using the razor around. Personally I love fragrances that teminds me of Barbershops. I own Bleu de Chanel EDP and althou they are both "Blue" frags... they are a lil similar but different enough to be considering it as a dupe or clone. Whoever think it is I dont know if their batch is Right or else. It lasts me all day and projects really well. About mixed reactions: Some persons asked me if I got a haircut that same day because of the smell. One girl told me that I smelled like storaged old clothes (definitelly not a compliment 🤣), Another Woman told me that she loved the smell because to her it is like a fresh out of the shower clean and groomed man smell. A dude told me it wasnt bad BUT it was too "powdery" for his tastes. My mother (shes my fiercest reviewer and one of her favorites from my collection is Bleu de Chanel EDP) told me that it smells like aftershave and that I have WAY BETTER PERFUMES. This isnt extraordinary for her, so if this was really a BDC Dupe or Clone ... she'd love it. At the end of the day I wear it because I love it. I feel that it suits me pretty well now for Spring/Summertime.

Good alternative to BDC EDT for a fraction of it's price. Still has it's owmn personality, it's not a 100% duplication. I'd sat around 70% similar. I've found a loophole on Notino where they sold a gift set of 130ml of this fragrance for just 40 euros while the 50ml bottle is 25 euros. Needless to say I bought it immediately. It opens more sweet and fruity than BDC. Dries down similar to BDC but to me it's slightly less woody. I feel Missoni also projects way better than BDC. The weak projection on BDC is one of the downsides (although it's good for an office enviroment, I would've liked a better projection). Longevity on Missoni is around 2 hours of moderately strong projection and 6 hours that sits close to the skin. For the price you can't really go wrong. I would recommend not buying this if you hate generic smelling fragrances, because this one does fall under the 'cheap blue' category, but I think it's still better than most generic cheap blues out there in my opinion. People love bashing fragrances because it's 'generic' and smells like showergel, but there's a reason why blue fragrances are so popular. They are mass appealing, easy to wear and very versatile. This fragrance will give you more compliments than some hypercomplex niche oud fragrance for 300 bucks. That said, I do feel Missoni Parfum has some more personality than most cheap blue's out there.

I blind bought this because so many people here compared it to BDC. This one was the most compared one followed by CDNI by armaf. I hate to break it to you but , no. There is a resemblance but no. I personally have cheaper clones that are much closer to the original. For me this "clone" is overpriced compared to the more accurate yet cheaper options out there. I could list those clones here but I would probably get attacked by fragrance fascists since I'm a newbie. But I trust my nose and my nose tells me that this isn't the closest to BDC. But that's just my most humble opinion. With that said, I do love the scent or the profile thereof. Its a great scent on its own and will satisfy the itch for BDC. Its safe and qualifies as a "dumb reach" scent. Fresh blue shower gel vibe with some smokiness which makes it more serious than just another generic blue frag. I like it a lot. Small update*** 2025 This scent has grown on me and it has become one of my absolute favourite scents. So much so that I'm no longer interested in BDC at all. This is good enough for me. The quality is great considering the price. Lasts a long time on clothes and is a very addictive smell for me personally. It's pretty close to armafs voyage blue which I also love , but much higher quality. I really recommend this scent to those who like the BDC type of scents.

I am a fan. I love wearing it. There is a similarity to BdC, but not the EDP. I love the bottle and the cap. For such a reasonable price, it doesn't smell cheap or synthetic. On my skin, performance is about 6-7 hours, I don't know how much it projects, because I sit in an office alone for nearly my entire day :-) I have received a compliment or two when I walk the halls, it just smells clean and pleasant. IMO, that is what you are looking for in an office environment. I found myself wearing it more than any other colognes in my collection since I got it. As others have pointed out, I don't smell the "woods", I mostly smell the citrus and a bit of the jasmine. If you are debating picking up some BdC, get this instead, and spend the savings on another cologne. If you have BdC EDP, you can still get this and it won't be similar. I have BdC EDP and they are not alike. I consider BdC EDP a nighttime fragrance for me (and I love it as well), while this Missoni is to be worn during the day. I believe this to be a safe blind buy. I can't imagine it offending anyone.

If you like bdc you will love this. This is 90% similar to it but lasts longer for me and has similar projection but better sillage. The performance is amazing, compared to other blue fragrances, at around 8.5 hours with strong projection for the first 4 hours and then around an arm length projection after that. The only differences to me is this has more ginger in the opening than bdc and is slightly more soapy which allows it to stand as it’s own fragrance rather than a clone. Will definitely let this macerate for a month or 2 until spring/summer comes around and see if there are any changes. For the price you cannot go wrong, however, hype from reviewers bumped the price on this up slightly as its now around £45 whereas before it was £25. Still an excellent price and definitely worth it imo, blind buy safe and works in any situation or weather. You may need a few extra sprays in winter though so it can perform better. The magnetic cap and heavy bottle is a nice extra and a good atomiser too. Smell: 9/10 Longevity: 7/10 Price: 9/10

This smells more expensive than it actually is. Kinda shocked you can get this for less than 50 bucks. A really pleasing and fresh scent. Super versatile signature scent material. This can be used on a date, going out, or just grabbing some groceries, it really can be worn all occasions and people will love it. Haven't encountered a single girl that says they don't think this smells good, all reactions have been very positive. Projection and longevity seem to lean more towards average to slightly above average. Obviously very similar DNA and vibe to Bleu de Chanel EDT but not the same. I would say this is around half the way there to BDC but this does enough of it's own thing to where I wouldn't outright say it's a clone but if you like BDC but think it's too common or just citrusy woody fragrances that can be worn day or night, give this a try. Also, extra points for the cool cap.

This is a perfume that proves "a perfume can be really good without being expensive" my friends. I have never smelled BDC, so i can't say anything about the similarity. But the batch i have from 2021, has a label that says "Volume %77"( %77 alcohol, %23 essence). You know what that means? This is nearly around "Le Parfum" concentration in the market. The funny thing is, this perfume %50-60 cheaper then Le Parfums. It may require moderate application on skin/clothes, when i wear this perfume, people generally thinks i own a luxury brand perfume. Also this perfume is getting noticed easily. For the longevity, i can smell it all day as a skin scent. But the projective longevity is not that good, i assume it is 2-3 hours. And also, projection distance is moderate.

This somehow smells like a very straight up “men’s cologne” scent and yet not boring and not basic. To my nose it just smells awesome. This is the girlfriend’s favorite, and it’s also the one frag I have that I might just consider my “signature scent”. It’s just classy. Very well-rounded. It could be mature and sophisticated or it could be bright and playful. An any situation fragrance, and at this price a certified dumb reach. I don’t have BdC edt but I recently smelled it at a store and it did smell familiar because I have the Missoni. The gf also recognized it as smelling like the Missoni. I don’t think it smells a ton like the BdC edp. I get pretty good projection and longevity with this one. It sticks to clothing forever.

Wow. This fragrance is absolutely amazing. By far my favorite reach in my collection when I want something vibrant yet casual and appealing. Super juicy and sweet citrus with the perfect amount of lavender and woods. While they definitely have the same sort of vibe, I don't really consider this a 1:1 clone of BDC as there's a lot of uniqueness in this. Missoni Pour Homme has a richer and sweeter fruitiness than BDC, and I like the deep woody notes in this better. You can wear this literally any time for almost any occasion, this has been my go-to scent for work for a while now. Performance is also very good. The bottle itself is nice looking and high quality with a magnetic cap. I would totally recommend this for anyone.

Pleasantly surprised at this cologne. It is very masculine with the woody and plant based aspect. I think the ginger and lavender combined with faint citrus tones on the initial spray could be possibly irritating to some people but I think it's fresh and nice. The undertone of woods, the musk, and the faint patchouli add that sensual zing that will get women going if you know what I mean. It reminds me of a distinguished, freshly showered/groomed man looking his best, ready to conquer the world. It doesn't necessarily smell rich, but it smells well put together and in control. I will consider this scent for my boyfriend as I did quite like it and it seems like it will have good longevity.

love LOVE LOOOOVEEEE, honestly I haven't smelled BDC to say it smells the same but if you're looking for a nice started cologne or just a daily cheapie, cannot go wrong with this one, my girlfriend says this was her favorite scent on me and i don't argue with that because it smells amazing to me, over all it is a spring and summer daytime fragrance but honestly you can wear this 24/7 365 even if the notes indicate otherwise, sure everyone says this is a 75% copy of BDC but to me the woody and musky notes trump most "fresh" smelling cheapies. cannot stress enough how well this scent is as a daily, please go to your nearest macys or jcp and give this scent a try.

Not a BDC clone by any means, but is one out of a plethora of generic fresh fragrances out in the market. However this is one of those "safe reaches" fresh, pleasant smelling and adequate performance. If you are looking for a fresh, citrus, ginger, fragrance, this here is your boi. All seasonal scent? Safe reach for the whole year, personally I wouldn't go for it in winters Unisex? A masculine scent Blind buy worthy? Yes, if you are into BDC and its long list of replicates Performance? Longevity is easily 6 to 7 hours with decent projection, the wifey liked it for sure and strangely she didn't comment on BDC EDP at all .... :-/ Price? Cheap buy at 30 to 35 USD

Me encanta, sirve para cualquier estación. Mas bien para el dia que para la noche. El aroma me gusta bastante la verdad, se siente presente mientras dura. La veo ideal para trabajar, no va a molestar y tiene una buena duración aunque no es proyectona. No entro a valorar si se parece a talmo cual perfume porque no creo.en los clones pero puede tener un aire a BDC pero más suave Missoni. La compraba en Notino y ya está descontinuado por parte de Missoni. Una pena la verdad. Al igual ocurre con su hermana Wave. Espero que Missoni saque un nuevo perfume en esta linea que muchos se lo vamos a agradecer. Mi nota en relación calidad precio es un 8.5. Saludos.

Smells more like Loewe 7 Cobalt than BDC but I can see similarities in each This is a fantastic scent. The opening is very strong. Slightly muddled in the first few minutes and nose on skin is a very clean lavender soapy scent but the dry down and aromatics are where it shines. You can really begin to separate the ingredients. Spicy citrus aromatic with a deep lavender. After 10 minutes the base notes reveal themselves. Birch is present first then it settles with the deeper wood notes and patchouli. It gets better with time both in the bottle and on the skin. Safe bling buy for a good value. Any time any season fragrance.

Found a coffret yesterday for a ridiculously cheap price. Almost giving this stuff away, so I was a bit dubious. Missoni EDP is one of those scents you either love or dislike from the first spray. Fairly linear. The grapefruit, apple, ginger and woods make this so easy to wear. Fortunately, this works really well with my DNA. Definitely a strong connection with BdC. I also get shades of Armaf’s Marjan Silver (slight metallic tinge), but this lasts way longer. Fantastic projection off four sprays. Lasts around 6-7 hours. A cracking summer scent. Projects better with heat. So glad I picked this up.

This is a unique fragrance that is more fougere-style in its evolution as this is definitely not a linear scent. A lot of people make commentary about how it's close to BDC EDP or not. If you divide the top notes, heart notes, and base notes into thirds, Missoni Parfum Pour Homme is 33% (1/3) similar to BDC EDP because of it's opening and top notes, that being citrusy with a grapefruit emphasis. However, after some time, Missoni moves in ITS OWN direction, so it is different thereafter. A great well-rounded fragrance that can generally be worn all year round.

So first of all, I feel it's very different from BDC. They are not twins so to speak..but they are from the same family. Whenever I grow sick of BDC, then I start wearing this one for a while. A great fragrance at a very good price. I personally don't care about the Missoni Wave. This one in my opinion is way, way better (though very different). If only its performance was a bit better. So in a way I compare it to D&G The One: great fragrance x moderate performance = still reccommended.

It smells like a step somewhere between Bleu De Chanel and Bleu De Chanel Eau de Parfum. Really, really pleasant smelling and a perfect dumb reach fragrance for every day use. I just got a low partial tester for $15 and couldn't resist spraying it on as my scent of the evening. I'm not a huge fan of BdC but I can see why this would be an excellent alternative for anyone wanting something that smells so similar. Best magnetic cap ever. Worth it at the price I paid alone.

This is a truly great fragrence, especially for the price. It's fresh but not shower gel fresh. Woody without smelling heavy. This is a perfect all season fragrence, it can definitely work in winter. I've never smelled Bleu De Channel so I have no frame of reference on that front. For like $40 you're getting a great fragrence with great presentation. If you could only get 1 fragrence and you don't want to spend lots of money, this is your scent.

BDC profile ( same neighborhood different street ), EDP performance, and middle eastern fragrance prices. This and Wave are fragrance no trainers for anyone getting into the fragrance game. They are versatile, mass appealing, and you can spray as much as you want because the price is truly amazing. Add to that nice presentation and a magnetic cap and this is legendary Profile 7.5 , performance 8 , and price/ value 10 ....

Very nice blue fragrance along the lines of Coach for Men or Jimmy Choo Man or even BDC. I prefer Bleu De Chanel, but I do like this a lot. If I didn't already own so many blue frags, I'd add this to my collection. It has a bit more citrus, less florals than JC Man which I like. Performance is nice for anyone not interested in annoying others with an overpowering cologne. Versatile for all year round.

smells great... I sprayed it twice on the body and once on the arms. I sprayed it twice on my t-shirt. The first half hour silage was strong. then decreased and completely disappeared after 2 hours. After 3 hours, there is still a slight odor on the t-shirt. nothing left on my skin. It has a better performance than many fragrances sold in fragrance stores. I think it gives your money's worth.

This is a great fragrance as a daily wear. It smells close parfum in the dry down. I agree it's quite linear but it's longer lasting than both EDT and EDP. The only negative is that the opening isn't as natural and fresh for the first few minutes. CDNIM has a better opening in that sense as it smells quite natural. I much prefer the dry down, bottle and price of Missoni though.

Take Bleu de Chanel tone down the incense amp up the lavender and you have Missoni Parfum. It's actually really nice smells high quality, lasts over 8 hours ( I shower too often to tell if it lasts longer) and is different enough for it to be its own fragrance. I think the bad reviews come from ppl who expect a true clone of bdc. Overall this is a solid 8.5 out of 10.

WOAH !! This stuff smalls AMAZING ! Spicy,woody, sweet classy, and masculine. I cant believe people compare this Bleu De Chanel. Its sweeter and frankly an insane steal at the price it sells for. I would buy a 6.7 if they made it. It smells like BDC on the dry down only and on paper more than skin. BLIND BUY SAFE

About a year ago, I got a decant of Missoni Parfum Pour Homme, and I honestly wasn't impressed. It smelled too generic.But yesterday I sprayed it on again and it completely blew me away how amazing it smells. I immediately ordered two 100 ml bottles. It also has excellent longevity and projection. 10/10

Notes describe this one pretty accurately; citrusy, gingery, woody, and quite masculine. The people complaining about longevity may have genuinely lost their minds. Easily lasts through my 10 hours shifts, and if you spray this on clothes it will stick to them for some time even after being washed.

Ok, first, great magnetic cap and a real nice atomizer. Quality cap and bottle. The juice: Blu de Chanel inspired but is different enough to be its own thing. Performance is above average and smells more on the niche side. This can be worn all year and just about any event. Blind buy, for most yes.

Superb fragrance. Has depth, has quality, has performance. It's fresh and aromatic in the start and dries down to something a bit more...dark, sofisticated, mature, but still a freshie. It does have tendancy to smell a bit like expensive hotel soap. But with a lot of depth to it. It's really good.

Totally disagree with the below comment saying it smells artificial etc. Fairly natural lemon blended with nuances of ginger, lavender, patchouli make this a very refined citrus aromatic fragrance. Nothing more and nothing less. High quality design and very good performance. Very happy with it.

Ginger, lavender and grapefruit are the primary notes I get from this. It's mass appealing but with that I think more people will like it than love it. It's not the greatest scent of all time, but for the blue BDC-esque scent it encapsulates, I must say that it does it well.

This does not smell like bleu de chanel! Is it a similar profile? Yes! In my opinion it smells better as well as preforms better. This is literally one of THE best men's fragrances that money can buy. This will always be in my collection and will also always be at the top!

Don't know about the longevity yet, but it smells so good! Been wearing it to work everyday.. I think Armaf Iconic is a stronger version of BDC but I like the Missoni twist, great blind buy and nice heavy bottle and cap. I'm a sucker for magnetic caps too! 😁.. 8/10

This is a modern fragrance which isn't anything original but it smells clean. It's a safe scent and sometimes that's all you want. This is one to use when you just don't know what else to wear and this one is versatile and fits every season and occasion.

Smells a great deal like Legasi Homme by Armaf though slightly fruitier in the mid. Only powerful for the first few minutes. The aforementioned is a clone of Channel’s Egoiste Platinum. It is ok. I prefer the Armaf which is longer lasting.

its great, does smell like bdc parfum but i find it smoother on my skin lt lasts 9 hours with good projection its good for every season, day and night it is my singniture scent smell:9 performence: 9 hours good projection price: fantastic

Super smooth blue/fresh fragrance. Yes! they are all similar but this is far different than BDC. Not better or worse just different. Best $40 spent on a fragrance. EVERYONE will enjoy this, even the pickiest ones. I will be buying more!

Very nice blue fragrance, it feels more expensive that what it actually is, the qualityis superb. I wouldn't say it's a BDC clone, same dna but different style, this one feels a bit fresher, more easy going. Perfect everyday scent

Smells good, but there is something off-putting. You can clearly tell its trying to be BDC but it kinda fails at that. still a decent fragrance if you can get it for cheap. Ended up giving it away to my brother

Perfume fresco, versátil, que me recuerda al olor de gel de baño. Presentación magnífica con tapón imantado. De los perfumes azules que he tenido este me parece el más azul si es que tiene sentido esto.

This is a Bleu de Chanel EDP clone. Just like Missoni Wave is a Allure Homme Sport Clone. A very good clone though but doesn't smell like Bleu de Chanel EDT and even less like Bleu de Chanel Parfum.

I love this on my husband, it’s so sexy! Fresh, aromatic, clean, masculine. It lasts a fair while but could be longer, maybe 6 hours. Highly recommend. It’s not an ‘old man’ scent at all, no way!

Smells similar to BDC definately but BDC is still the much better. this is a dull version of BDC take that as you may. decent for the price tho. gave it away to my brother after getting BDC

Just received a decant... as someone who has smelled 200+ fragrances I was actually impressed by Missoni Parfum. Smells like a clean man. I’d wear it, probably in the summer.

@Bear Claws It's funny that Missoni came 7 years after the 'old' BDC and not the other way around. I think BDC is the one with the older scent profile, not the opposite.

A very clean, fresh and pleasant scent. Ideal as an office fragrance or day time fragrance in general. With the price around €30 it's a no brainer.
