Tobacco Absolute Eau de Parfum

Absolutely gorgeous tobacco scent !! Fresh, spicy with tobacco gives an out of this world feel. It is different from other tobacco scents as there is no usual vanilla or amber dominance along with tobacco, rather its citrusy and spicy. 10/10 scent in terms of fragrance, longevity and silage.

Molton brown have a great range of edps this one is one of the best in my opinion gorgeous scent very unisex ,worth the money , just as good as tom ford tobacco Vanille.

Beautiful and elegant perfume. Complex and not vulgar. Perfume for mature individuals. One of my top favourites.

A masculine tobacco scent. Performance is not that great. But, I received 3 compliments from ladies in 1 day!

A wonderful fragrance for when you want to smell like a toasty little cinnamon bun, but in a sophisticated way... somehow. Good performance and very cosy.

While I am not excited about this one, I appreciate how the pronounced tobacco accord is not accompanied by vanilla or tonka bean, a rather common combination for a success story. As a result, there is lack of sweetness, rendering the composition dry, somewhat powdery and almost dusty. This is an interesting take on tobacco and I could see many mature and classy men appreciating this fragrance, but it is does not suit me personally. 6.5/10

A subtle, fresh tobacco that sits close to the skin. It’s undoubtedly a lovely scent, but a bit to reminiscent of a room fragrance you might find at Pier 1 Imports. I would be inclined to give it a higher rating if it projected more and if the opening went in a different direction; the ginger and bergamot notes are too out-of-step with a tobacco accord, which should be even more prominent. Just OK.

Although not listed, I get a strong cumin note. Interesting, but I'm not a fan lol. 3.2/10 imo

December 2020 I smell tobacco and patch. The patch smells like unwashed armpits. So . . . tobacco and body odor. Smells NOTHING like TF TV. The EDT version supposedly has leather while the EDP does not but I swear I could smell leather in the opening and mid. That patch tho! Woof!

This is such an intersting fragrance,very unique. You see a lot of tobacco fragrances go down the path of being deep, dark and sultry, this is not that. This could be worth sampling for those looking for a fresher take on tobacco. The tobacco is the star of the show but there is also a subtle touch of citrus that helps give it a brightness. The orris and violet also help to give it a delicate touch. Really intersting notes you wouldnt expect to see together but they work so well together, I reckon the perfume creator would have had alot of fun playing around until they got it right with this one. UPDATE: Although everything I've said above is true, I have to say there is something just a bit off about this. At some point during the wear this develops into having a dirty body ouder undertone that makes me feel like I need to jump into the shower immediately.

This is essentially a honeysuckle, ruined by an overbearing cloud of black pepper and basil, tempered only by a slight "ginger" camphor-like effect for ventilation. Tobacco absolute is generally not something perfumers can work with due to the nicotine factor (a drug absorbed through skin), so reconstructions are sadly necessary. In this case pipe tobacco was the predictable goal, and this fragrance was meant to reproduce it using sweet flowers and kitchen spices. People in England pay real money for this?

@SalivatingSoul-stice No it is not. I smelt both in the Molton Brown store. The salesperson explained that the EDP contains a tobacco accord absent in the EDT. The EDP is stronger and earthier with a very prominent (and dominant) tobacco note. The EDT is lighter and comes across as spicy with a touch of tobacco. The scent from the EDP was still detectable on the spray card the next day while the EDT was pretty much gone.

Such a lovely fragrance! Nice clean bit of citrus, then spicy and kind of nutty and wonderful tobacco leaf. Patchoulli keeps it warm and delicious. Love this fragrance, completely gender neutral and great for everybody. I love the Molton Brown packaging and the bottle feels nice in the hand. Very happy :-)

Very very nice (after a blast of pencil shavings) recommended for anyone missing aramis tobacco reserve. Gorgeous after an hour and lasts, worth the money. Obviously has a similarity to TF tobacco vanille but doesn't turn my stomach as much as that one.

There is Definately a cumin note which with the violets creates a fantastic combination. Sillage and strength excellent. Got few compliments from male friends

Cero good performance, cero projection.. This is not a EDP concentration...totally disappointed. Beautiful bottle, just that, beautiful presentation..

something like cumin, tobacco leaves (not a cigarette), unwashed coochie. earthy, spicy.
