Respiro

Oh, the myrrh! Respiro is a bit softer in its approach than some of the other fragrances in the Monom collection, but it's no less lovely. If you're a myrrh lover, this is a beautiful example of it. The Florentine iris is pretty, too, casting a cool shadow on the scent without being overly rooty. Vanilla and amber give a slightly sweet and spicy tone to the fragrance. It's a very traditional scent firmly rooted in the Oriental genre, in my opinion. What sets it apart are the top drawer ingredients and the seamless blending of all its powerhouse notes into something balanced, subtle and very wearable. Unisex, suitable for daytime/office with a light application but sexy and mysterious enough with an extra drop or two for evening and winter wear. As I have observed with all the Monom perfume oils, sillage is arm's length and the longevity is amazing, 12+ hours or more. A true beauty. Thank you to Monom for the opportunity to try it.
