Ambrée Authentique

Best bubble gum amber ever. Fresh and sweet. Hints of slightly burned salty caramel popcorn, although referencing is not the point here. Brings memories the way very few fragrances can. Comes in a handy 500ml splash bottle. If you see it, don't miss it. Or, at least have the soap bar.

A lovely splash. I'll definitely buy again next time I'm in France. Hard d to get in the uk. Great to slosh in the bath too. More interesting than usual EDC supermarket splashes.

This I eagerly anticipated to arrive with the post. In my young years I had a deodorant from this brand and I somehow was hoping this is at least similar. And it actually isn`t far from what I`ve remembered. Citrusy, boozy and a bit spicy, almost as if you were smelling a winter concoction made with tea, aniseed and maybe brandy+a slice of citrus fruit. Amber is just about there - I`d say this is the kind of amber that was almost invented to suit summertime just as well as cold because of the citruses! Pleasant, but unfortunately doesn`t last for even half an hour, and I`m not kidding! There`s barely any drydown even. So I think I`ll be probably just pouring it all over myself..Or put some into a spray bottle and spray it all day, top to toe, and hope it lasts longer on fabrics..

Nice peppery amber, I wish it could stay more than 10 min on my skin.

Egg nog and Bazooka bubble gum.

It's a delightful citrusy spicy amber that unfortunately barely projects or lasts. Maybe decanting and spritzing on hair would help with that. It is a beauty otherwise, like a Christmassy bay rum, but almost undetectable. No idea how much one is supposed to splash to enjoy it properly, but there is a lot to enjoy, the whole procession and change of the scent is really sniff-worthy, and the drydown is amazing.

It's very nice and cheap. But... Surprise surprise.. Tell you what- for thous who love Amber.. Try French cheapest cologne from corner store - deli- Casino, called: eau cologne ambree. It's coming in 250 ml bottles and cost only 3 euros. My God!!!!!! It's best Amber ever smelled in my entire life.. Forgot expensive Ambers for 300£,$ a bottle!!! This one is stoner!!!!

Amber colognes like these (and there are many others easy to find in our supermarkets) I love them. They are a little -a very little bit- masculine, and I see them as a kind replacement father, by wearing them I feel completely clean, protected and safe, particularly with this beautiful one.
