Parfum d'Elle 2

This one is interesting. I got baby powder/lotion smell in the beginning phase that lasted for quite a while (30-45 minutes). Powdery iris and aldehydes, that’s all i got, nothing special at all until it slowly turned into warm musky and soapy scents. Then i was able to detect berries and peach, flowers later, and finally all the notes settled in a creamy sandalwood heaven. I really love the final drydown, it’s so pretty, velvety soft, a bit powdery, woody, and more soapy (classy one). And yes, this fragrance has 90s vibes. 6.5/10 - lemon sherbert after maturing with sunscreen vibes. Inoffensive cheapy but wouldn't recommend because ordinary and average

Awesome bottle, as is with most Claude Montana bottles though. In the beginning, you smell a couple things alongside each other. At first I got this powdery sweetness, almost alike a hard candy in that bowl of candies at your grandma's that hasn't been touched since you were in diapers. Then, there's a slight bit of rose that peeks through the aldehydic mist. Alongside these, there's the smell of sunscreen. As it dries down, the hard candy aspect disappears, leaving room for the rose to get much stronger, and a bit soapier. The sunscreen then becomes more of this talc-ish baby powder smell, but it really reminds me of the smell of castor oil, which I really like. As it dies, it gets dryer and dryer, and fades away in the form of this sweet-ish vetiver musk. This exceeded my expectations, it's definitely not as simple as you'd think. I mean, I love ylang ylang, so take this with a grain of salt if you don't. Lasts a good 8 hours, nothing crazy, projects well though.

Classic 80s scent. fresh and floral. On skin it becomes very soft. I had it in my young 20's. Liked it then

Layer this with invictus. It's strangely an amazing combo, though I'd rarely wear invictus on its own.
