I love this so much, but its a shame it doesn't last very long, so I need to reapply. For the price that's not great, I was hoping for more lasting power with that price tag. However, I love the smell so much, it ́s so addictive. Tip: spraying in hair does make it last hours longer. Upon first spray I do get the Moroccanoil treatment OG scent right away. It ́s slightly more citrusy in the opening, and more powder for the first hour, such a beautiful clean and radiating powder, and then it goes full on OG treatment scent again. If you love the OG Moroccanoil scent, this is a safe, no brainer, blind buy. I ́m a fruity, floral fresh perfume wearer, and have a hard time finding good winter perfumes, because I usually find them nauseating, cloying and icky, but this gives off the right amount of woody warmth to be my perfect autumn winter scent. It ́s just so cozy and warm without being suffocating. Update: in the heat it ́s a no go for me, as I did try to see if this could be my all seasons scent, but then it ́s just a sandalwood and powder bomb. This scent truly shines in autumn winter, so that ́s where it needs to stay for me, cannot wait for autumn now.

An absolute dream come true. I don’t care for the hair care at all. The body wash is not moisturizing, just smells good for a moment... the body lotion is wonderful though. But the body serum is trash. Wonder what it would be like layered with this though. I purchased the travel size because i dnt plan on switching my entire personality around just for this new scent. I’m a diptyque girly. But I’ve always wanted this fragrance in perfume form. I would LOVE an oil perfume, like how byredo did with some of their cult favorites. I’ve been wearing one spray on my wrist now for 4 hours and it’s very close to the skin. It’s powdery but sexy. I think of golden hour at the beach with soft white sand between my toes. Clearly there’s nothing salty here but you know what I’m saying. Definitely golden hour, tropical but not fruity or beachy. I love Lilly of the valley, smells so beautiful yet the plant/flower is highly poisonous. I think that’s just so cool. I love white florals. Baby’s have baby powder. Sexy adults have this.

I never write anything as detailed or eloquent as most of the reviewers here, but I will try to advise. I fell in love with BBW Aromatherapy line called Radiating Sun, orange flower and sandalwood, 2023 release date. So that came and went incredibly fast which was also very like BBW. Anyways so I scoured the internet for weeks for a dupe and many people suggested this along with Curve Crush (purple, y2k, if you remember), and Estee Lauder, Sensuous. I bought them all. Curve Crush is much more warm milk with some cinnamon spice. Estée Lauder Sensuous leans more towards bar soap, specifically Dove maybe? Then one day while showering, it occurred to me, the scent I was looking for in Radiating Sun was the same scent type as my Suave Moroccan Oil Infusion Shampoo that I used and OGX Moroccan Oil hair serum afterwards. So I then stumbled upon THIS and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I personally love it and feel at home while wearing it. If you like anything Moroccan Oil, this is your girl.

the initial spray definitely comes across a bit sharp and citrusy... like a strong alcohol-y lemon scent. but after a few minutes, this screechiness fades from my skin and leaves behind a gorgeous, soft, and almost creamy floral amber scent that smells very similar to the hair products. mind you, this is a perfume so i think they tried to create more depth with the notes than with their original hair care line, but it still bears a strong resemblance. as for longevity, this fragrance does tend to fade after a few hours but it continues to sit close to the skin for around 7-8 hours after application. i think this is more suited for the warm weather when the humidity can help the scent linger. this feels elevated, sophisticated, clean, and mature (but not like an old lady). it reminds me of a hair appointment on a sunday afternoon while the sun is shining and there's a slight breeze in the air. this will be my new signature spring and summer scent!

This fragrance is a refreshing and perfectly unisex floral scent, ideal for summer. It settles beautifully into a "skin scent" feel, where a clean white floral note is delicately sweetened by vanilla. I wore this on one of the hottest, most humid days in the Southeast, and it performed comfortably without ever becoming cloying. While it shares some similarities with Vacation's Grand Cuvée, the distinct violet note in Moroccanoil sets it apart, adding a unique facet. From a man's perspective, if you appreciate white florals and desire a refreshingly summery perfume, this is an excellent choice. Women will likely adore it too, especially when paired with confident, casual styling like linen and light-colored clothing.

This stuff is one of the best smelling perfumes I’ve ever smelled. And I have TONS of bottles. It was an instant love and it’s such an easy reach. Sprayed it on for the first time in a store, walked across the street to my nail salon and instantly got a compliment from a lady. She said it was so amazing because it didn’t smell like typical perfume and I totally agree. It’s just a clean, warm, SEXY smell. I don’t understand when people say this doesn’t last. I smell it on me strongly for the whole day and I consider myself to be extremely critical when it comes to lasting power of perfumes. It gives me that fresh, (but warm) clean feeling. Goes with any occasion, any outfit, and weather, and bonus points because my husband looooves this stuff. It’s 🔥!!! Absolutely love the Moroccan Oil brand. They make amazing stuff in general but this perfume is freaking next level. SO GOOD!

Like many of you, I fell in love with this scent through the brand's hair products. I started with the body mist, which is lovely, but as expected, it lacks longevity. I hoped the perfume would offer better staying power, but unfortunately, it performs the same as the mist. It is truly a gorgeous fragrance. I can also see why people rank this as unisex; it leans that way in the first few seconds, but to my nose, it is definitely feminine leaning once it settles. The scent is soft and powdery, yet manages to maintain a beautiful freshness. It has a soapy quality that never becomes that "harsh soap bar" smell I usually dislike and avoid. It’s a very comforting fragrance, which is why I felt I needed it in my collection. However, since the perfume is 99% identical to the mist and offers me no extra longevity, I can't justify the price. I'll be sticking with the mist. 8/10 💞

This is just my first impression after eltesting it at a store. I just tried it on skin today, opening is very alcohol-medicinal (I noticed the same about many fragrances that primarily have white musk), but you gotta be patient. I didn't expect to like it as much as I do. Sooo goood, powdery and comfy in a self-indulgent way after it dries down. This is what you would wear for yourself, it kinda smells a bit old-school, probably because of the make-up-like nuances. Pressed powder make-up, mama's make-up bag. It kinda makes me sentimental. After nine and a half hours and three hand washes,I can still smell the two sprays to the back of my hand on my barely moisturised skin. It's a skin scent now, but we're clearly detectable, it also still has some minimal sillage left (no putting nose directly on skin necessary).

Beautiful ! I don't understand most of the other reviews, this perfume is beautiful. it reminds me of the Nuxe EDP. It smells exactly like the original oil, warm and appropriate for a warm summers day but I could wear this in winter too. I have the 10ml but I will certainly be purchasing the full size! EDIT ! so this is a few days later and I LOVE this perfume but my god, it lasts all of 10 seconds. I blasted myself with it as well as the hair and body mist for the office the other day just before I walked in and no one could smell it :( what a shame and what a waste as this is my favorite by far.

I have spent years trying to find a signature scent and once I smelled this I knew I had to buy it. It smells fresh for everyday and out the shower, but still sweet and feminine enough to where it makes a lasting impression. My husband wants to eat me when I wear it! The citrus and powder smells at first spritz is nice, but after the fragrance sits is when I truly begin to love it. It turns warm and sweet while still not too overwhelmingly vanilla or amber to where it’s a more winter scent. Definitely strictly a day time scent. This fragrance is definitely my little secret!

I blind bought a full sized bottle so naturally I was worried it wouldn’t smell like the oil, but thankfully, it sure does. The initial lemony note rapidly dissipates, and settles down into a rich, ambery-sweet, musky scent which lingers on skin for at least 4-6 hours - clothing, way longer. That said, I mostly wear this as my after shower/bath nighttime cozy scent; perfect to fall asleep in. It’s also a wonderful workout scent. I’m glad I wasn’t misled by all of the negative reviews. You simply cannot go wrong if you love their original hair products. Beautiful scent.

Liquid gold. Heaven in a bottle. I wasted a lot of time & money looking for dupes or similar ones because I’ve never speny $140+ on a bottle of perfume (I’m a cheapskate lol) but I finally caved & bought the largest bottle of the real thing. Let me tell you: It’s worth every penny. It has the perfect balance of freshness & warmth. It smells like pure luxury. If they ever discontinue it, I will be devastated because it’s got all of my other favorites collecting dust now. For me, it causes an immediate dopamine spike & momentarily transports me to a mini paradise.

It's reminds me of Philosophy's Baby Grace but with nowhere near the oompfh [another loved perfume that was swiftly discontinued] - I think it's the white florals. It's a beautiful fragrance, just like the hair product, unfortunately it has zero 'oomph' so a waste of money really. I will wear it to bed, perfectly suited for that as it's so fresh and clean. It is really rather lovely - shame. Edit: This has grown on me, have worn it on warmer days and the fragrance does get noticed. I really like this one, it's something a bit different.

This perfume smells exactly like the hair care—spot on! The projection is moderate, and after a while, it dries down to a soft skin scent, which is typical for clean fragrances. The best way to describe it is a ‘Mediterranean clean girl’ scent with a strong powdery touch, but in the best way possible followed with a ambery / white musk/ light floral scent. It’s fresh, elegant, and perfect for summer or even as a year-round signature scent. 10/10 recommend, and it layers beautifully with other perfumes

I love this -it has a sophisticated skin-like quality without the artificial Cetalox/ Ambroxan notes that so many “your skin but better” perfumes use. This achieves that profile using light florals, musk, sandalwood, and vanilla all grounded with a base of sophisticated amber that really sets it apart. If you like the scent of their hair oil, you will enjoy this. And, if you want people to think you naturally smell gorgeous instead of thinking you have a nice perfume on, this is the one to try.

Fell in love with this perfume when I first bought a lotion for curly hair by moroccanoil. I've been obsessed with the smell ever since. Recently bought the fragrance itself and OH MY GOD IT SMELLS AMAZING, and it lasts hours and hours, I sprayed it 3 times on my arm and I smell the perfume everywhere I go on myself as if i jusy sprayed it and even when im not thinking about it, I can smell it. LOVE IT. Bought the 60ml bottle but will definitely buy the 100ml bottle once i finish this one!!!

This stuff is SO good. It’s about as perfect of a daily wear scent as you can get. I think people are quick to judge based off the initial spray because after a few minutes it becomes so warm and sexy. Perfect! And I’m very impressed by the lasting power. It’s so inoffensive and I got a compliment on it the very first time I wore it in public. I love it cause it doesn’t smell like a perfume...just like you smell warm and clean naturally. It’s truly amazing!

I’ve been wearing this for a few days and despite the fact that I didn’t want to like it, I do. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on it, and it’s just sexy and kind of comforting. It’s similar to the hair oil, but I find it less cloying. It’s quite a bit less expensive than my signature scent, so it’s definitely going in the rotation, at least for now.

While initially it smelled of fresh citrus, after an hour or two, it smelled musty/earthy., like a cellar. At first I was ok with this earthy scent, but then it started to bother me. I am a bit confused by this scent. I keep on sniffing my arm, but all I get is this musty smell, and I wonder if I really do want to smell like an old basement.

YES IT SMELLS LIKE A CLEANING PRODUCT AT FIRST. Straight Pine-Sol. But the dry down is exactly what you get from the hair products and the longevity is exactly what you get from the hair products. Delicious and warm, ambery, woody, sweet without feeling generic or cloying. Definitely signature-scent worthy (and a fun one to layer.)

Got my nose on this; @Laurel.macchiato's review is accurate, very much your skin but better with musky florals and an almondy baby oil aspect lingering. Gets more powdery as it settles, you get whiffs of it as you move about. Warm and hot weather is best for this, needs some external heat.

I am very good about respecting people’s different taste... but I genuinely don’t understand how anyone could dislike this scent. I usually try to describe it in my reviews but this is really all I have to say. It’s simply gorgeous.

I got this as a gift from a friend and I’m so happy. I LOVE their products and how I feel when I use them. So this perfume just adds it on to my day. Carry the scent with me. It’s clean modern and unique in my opinion. I enjoy it!

Absolutely divine! Perfect summer scent that does not smell like coconut or sunblock. Very fresh, holds up well in the heat. I usually don't like powdery scents but this one is amazing!

I have no preconceived notion of this scent since I have not used hair products by the brand, today I tested the fragrance and am in love with it. Beautiful demure fantasy white floral.

I personally love this & will absolutely consider buying the full sized. On my skin, it smells incredibly similar to the hair products. Great, safe, non-offensive scent!

The best way I can describe this is sexy powder. The violet and citrus notes are distinguishable, a hint of vanilla, warm but fresh. Truly a unique one and I love it!

Perfect smell, same like hair oil

Citrusy, fresh, bright, softly sweet, floral, woody, warm, powdery, musky, sensual, classy On me this opens with bright, citrusy lemon that does give off a lemon cleaner vibe at first, but fortunately settles and changes after about 10 minutes. The dry down is where this fragrance really starts to shine, and becomes really beautiful. I still get a bit of the citrusy lemon, but it’s lost its cleaner scent, and is now more pleasant, fresh, and bright. I also pick up on the powdery violet, a hint of camellia, delicate and sweet Lily-of-the-valley, warm and sensual vanilla, and comforting woodsy notes. As it gets even further into the dry down the vanilla and woody notes become more prominent, and it gains some warmth from the amber. I also get a soft touch of powdery musk. Overall, the notes that are the most prominent on me are the citrus, Lily-of-the-valley, vanilla, woody notes, and amber. I had never tried any of the Moroccanoil products before, so this perfume has been my first experience with their scents. I got a super cute mini bottle with some points from Sephora. I do have a sampler set that I’d gotten from a previous Sephora order that I’m really looking forward to trying though, especially now. It has samples of their body wash and lotion in 2 different scents, as well as a mini body scrub and mini body soufflé in the original scent. I get ok performance with L’Originale. The longevity is decent, it lasts about 6-7 hours on me. The projection is soft, it’s somewhere between being a skin scent and an arm’s length.

I blind bought a travel spray of this today one of the last 2 they had. Very popular according to the Sephora rep I talked to today. I find this to have a spicy amber blanched sandalwood rose/camellia/sharp violet smell to it. The citruses and vanilla are subtle. For me this leans female but a man could wear it if so inclined. It has a powdery woodiness that makes it a little more unisex. It reminds me a bit of fragrances like J Scent wood flake or their sumo wrestler but more floral. My husband wears both of those and I love them. This one is a good compliment. Personally I don't think anyone could be offended by this perfume. It just smells lovely, clean and slightly powdery, floral and woody. Edit I've had decants of Prada Candy Kiss. Candy Kiss is a lot sweeter than this, the only floral is orange blossom and it is much muskier. Edit:3/15/25 wore this all day today while helping a friend move lots of people there and children as well and this was a HUGE hit. I was giving everyone sprays. I need a FB and it will make an excellent gift for several of my friends. Edit again. Even though I like this fragrance a lot I've decided against a FB. My collection is getting to large. I need to be more selective.

I find this intriguing for some reason. It's for sure powdery, but it's almost as least powdery as a powder scent can be. We often call powders "mature" or even "dowdy", but this doesn't feel that way at all to me. The amber, musk, vanilla, and wood notes give it warmth and the florals make it firmly feminine and somehow soft and youthful. I don't really smell citrus at all (which is hard to believe given the other reviews here), but I think it would be a nice touch to brighten it up. I have their dry body oil as well and they smell nearly identical. I like it, but I don't know that I need a full bottle; I have a mini bottle from Sephora and I think that is the perfect size for me. 7/10.

I really like this scent. I even got the lotion and oil but even with all three on, I can barely smell it. It started to disappear nearly immediately on me. Still it's a pretty clean floral scent I do really like. I only got a travel of the perfume and probably won't spend the $ on a FB just due to the weak performance. Guess I'll just respray for now which I don't mind if it even lasted a couple hours. I also got hair products and am totally looking forward to trying them. I don't know, as I sit here and just caught a hint of the scent I maybe just need to really really overspray. ;)

My new signature for a while. A warm, slightly musky, your-skin-but-better scent that I think would suit any season—probably better suited to everyday wear rather than a nighttime perfume. The violet and other floral notes are also soft and gentle, and blend really well with the amber. Also gives soft marshmallow vibes without being overly sweet or cloying. I bought the travel size, but I think I’ll need to buy the full size fairly soon! Only downsides are that it doesn’t have crazy sillage, but I can look past this !! Hit me up if you have a full size you’re wanting to get rid of :-)

Got this for my birthday. Baffled by the floral/citrus top notes, as it comes across very saltwater and marine, even masculine to begin with. Strong, fluffy musk in the background that gets more intense with time. Then I went to bed, and I woke up to strong, beautiful sandalwood. So longevity is more than 12 hours. Projection is good, my husband could smell it about two meters away. Overall I like it, but in my opinion the aquatic, sour opening does not suit the rest of the composition. Maybe it will grow on me?

I have only had this for one day. It smells so dang good, but I was not expecting how fast this settles and disappears. I hope they made this really light version so that they can later make an “intense” version. I’d love a really condensed and lasting concentration of this scent! This type of scent profile usually isn’t this light, so it’s a bit confusing, but oh so beautiful.

I don’t know to feel about the camellia(?) and the citrus in the opening because it started out slightly astringent but then the violet and woods came in and it turned out very nice, especially with the underlying note of what was like putting on expensive lotion in a fancy hotel. If you got the money, this is a decent option of a clean skin scent.

The opening is misleading and not sure what to make of it. Haven’t smelled too many things like it. After it dries down it smells like the oil to me! I really like it once it gets to gets to this stage. Might project well in the summer. Makes me want to pick up a travel of the oil. I purchased a travel size for nostalgia and I do not regret

Ohh this smells good! It definitely smells exactly like the hair products maybe a little softer and more rounded . I would say if you’re a fan of Cashmere Mist by Donna Karan you might like this . I would describe it as slightly powdery (not baby powder) like a sexy lotion smell with the amber/sandalwood base . Very beautiful.

This smells like fresh, clean laundry. This is a super light fragrance that I can see holding up incredibly well in the heat. But despite that, it still has lasting power. Definitely heavily violet/ citrus forward, but the amber in the base prevents it from going into "baby wipe" or "Lysol" territory for me.

If this perfume lasted longer, I’d love it. It smells so lovely, like Morrocanoil if it were a powder. Soft and sweet and not at all cloying, just so wonderful. That being said, it lasted like a millisecond for me. Don’t know what the issue is.

A scent that's very nice for a spa or one of those fancy bathrooms in expensive hotels but might be headache inducing on the body after a while, vibe kinda reminds me of The Ritual of Karma DNA.

Nice one! IMO it's not that feminine and it reminds me of Le Male Good for everyday and running errands.

I thought I liked this when I first bought it, but the more I wear it...... it’s not for me. It’s wayy too powdery & once it sits on my skin it smells like plastic. Sweet, powdery plastic. Aside from that this is so overpriced for what you’re getting. This smells like something you could get from the drugstore & it’s not that strong or long lasting. The weird thing is I have the Moroccan Oil lotion & I like that, I find the scent refreshing but something about how the perfume mixes with my skin makes it turn into a powder bomb with a very synthetic undertone.

Got a (very cute) mini with my Sephora points. The opening here ...OOFF! It’s bad. The lemon truly is household cleaner reminiscent. Though once it settles, it’s pretty close to the hair oil scent. Warm and clean. Amber, musk and LOV are standout notes to me, with some violets floating around. I am picking up orange blossom but don’t see it listed. Again...thank goodness that lemon note fades quickly. I am not blown away, but it’s a pretty scent to wear after a shower. Doesn’t seem to have much throw or staying power.
