First of all, the listed notes are wrong. From de official website: Top notes: - aldehyde, sandalwood, tobacco, incense, saffron, spicy, woody, apple, ginger, agarwood, fruity, oriental Middle notes: - floral, rose, geranium, rosewood, honey, jasmine, herbal, green, mossy, oudh Base notes: - cinnamon, powdery, musk, earthy, amber, sweet, sandal, guaiacwood, leather Sounds complex? Well, it is... AF. A sweet rose with a very pungent and leathery oud (like real oud, not fake like occidental attempts). There is a notorious note of saffron and amber; some herbal nuances, some florals and spices and black musk. This fragrance evolves a lot through its existence and after 2 hours it softens enough to be more wearable but it's definitely a daring scent for western noses. It's niche even for eastern noses probably. I would say that Shahrezad is more for a personal enjoyment. You have to be into middle eastern fragrances to appreciate this complex proposition. At the end, I think it's a beautiful fragrance. Good quality ingredients with a nuclear performance. The only downside is the versatility. Otherwise it would be a 10/10 for me. PS: I hope someone adds the other 3 from the Vintage Collection. PS2: It's seems like Shahrezad has been discontinued.

Nice, in the same vein as Mukhallat Dahn Al Oudh Moattaq Ajmal, maybe a bit better blended but overall you get the same vibe. Maybe the musk is not so animalistic as the Ajmal. I was not able to follow the complexity, as it is summer and I feel like you might get a better effect in colder weather...on second thought maybe it is not warm enough for the notes to unfold, being about 20 Celsius. Previous reviews mention that it is pretty niche also for Arabian folks, I think not. For those of us that are familiar with oriental perfumery, this is totally up my alley. When I first sprayed it on, I got a big smile on my face as it is very reminiscent of the Zoologist creations, Camel came in to mind even though they are not similar. Also the smoke is reminiscent of T-rex. Good stuff, if you are into niche and oriental perfumery, consider testing it. someone said it is discontinued, such a shame.

Extremely beautiful and heavy , forever lasting and very complex geranium oud bomb without any pretense. Spirit of Dubai scents are not attainable to me at current prices so it makes me happy that Nabeel released such beauty in more affordable edition. (around $70 or so) When I wear it , I’m the king. Enough said. Absolutely unisex but far from safe buy for someone unfamiliar with scents of South Western Asia (True and not Eurocentric designation deliberately used)

I haven't tried this yet - the only source I can find is direct from Nabeel and I can't really justify a blind buy costing £125. If anyone has a decant they wouldn't mind selling or swapping (UK only) I'd really appreciate it.
