NARCISO RODRIGUEZ 🤍 Narciso Poudrée 🤍 Aurelien Guichard 2016 ❤️ Narciso Rouge ❤️ Nadege le Garlantezec and Sonia Constant 2018 I fell in love totally with these cubes (Narciso line) - brands cozy, soft and subtle yet rich perfumes with NR’s signature musk, like the delicate and more simple clean musk scents as well from “for her” line. Both of these two are very feminine. These minimalistic bottles are simply beautiful. 🤍 Poudrée opens up with a powdery opulent floral bouquet of white Jasmine and Bulgarian Rose and it’s velvety smooth musky heart makes it so fluffy. It’s creamy, mellow, sensual and it’s clean and cozy in the same time. Poudrée is not fresh and airy like perfumes in “for her” line. It feels that it’s close to the skin but after smelling the clothes next day you notice that the scent it’s persistent and long lasting. The scent has woody base with Vetiver and Cedar. You can’t separate Vetiver here anyway. ❤️ Unfortunately discontinued Rouge is a little bit more powerful and Iris brings a different kind of powdery feeling to it. It’s deeper, lipsticky like, even a little bit plasticy, yet Bulgarian Rose keeps it still very soft, feminine and warm. The concoction is still smooth, fluffy and creamy yet the overall feeling is woodier. The colours of the bottles indicate perfectly the character of the scent. ➡️ These scents are not like “Rosy”, “White floral” or “Iris” scents like you may think. Both are pretty scents, I like them a lot but the flowers are not like I have used to experience them - in natural way. Scents can be as well cloying especially in hot weather. I have noticed that it’s better not to spray them straight away under the nose or sniff them close to the skin, the moderate sillage lingering in the air is very attractive and indulgent though. Imo Rouge and Poudrée are the most gorgeous on clothes. The smell is irresistible and addictive. People seem to find Vanilla accord from Rouge but I don’t agree. I’m just a normal guy who notices how ladies smell, because it matters more than folk let on. I like this scent when I smell it on a woman. It’s good, sometimes dead good, but it’s not perfect and it’s not for everybody. When it works, it’s pure magic. I’ve clocked ladies wearing something like this in restaurants, cold nights; places where you can get close and the scent unfolds nice and slow. It suits confidence and sexiness; it hints at depth without trying too hard. Who probably shouldn't bother: ○ Younger ladies (late teens to mid-20s) that still want something fun or dead simple. This smells mature, sometimes too mature. (Can make a 21-year-old seem like she’s lifted her big sister’s bottle.) ○ Ladies who love sweet, gourmand, candy stuff (heavy vanilla, caramel, all that). ○ Anyone who’s into ultra-clean, washing-powder fresh or aquatic vibes. ○ Folk with sensitive noses or that work in places where scents are banned. Times when I would say reach for something else: ○ Roasting summer days or humid weather. ○ Casual daytime running about or the gym. ○ First job interviews or conservative offices where any smell might get you funny looks. ○ When you want to stand out and turn every head. (This is refined and understated, not a big statement.) Bottom line: it’s a strong, classy performer that I personally find attractive on the right lady in the right situation. But attraction’s subjective, and this one needs the personality, age, season, and occasion to all line up. If they do, it’s spot on. If not, there are better picks out there. 8.5/10. Decent, sometimes pure memorable, but not the one I would tell everyone to buy blind.

Now that I found out that Narciso in the white cube was discontinued due to BS IFRA regulations, I'm still furious, but at least I know that it wasn't the fault of the manufacturer. If they can document one person who died because of wearing this fragrance with the banned chemicals, I would think that even though it would be statistically irrelevant, at least there was a reason for concern. It would be great to get my hands on the results of their research. Anyway, now that it is gone for good, I decided to wear Poudree today to see if it comes even close to the original. I haven't worn it for quite some time, so I wanted to compare. It doesn't come close. Not that this is a bad perfume by any stretch of the imagination. If you enjoy powdery scents, then you will likely find this very one hits all the good spots for you. I definitely think of it as a cold weather scent, as it has that cashmere blanket effect, which brings forth all the romantic imagery of being snowed in on a cold day, with a fire burning in the fire place and drinking cocoa under said cashmere blanket with your partner. I'll leave the rest to your imagination. I've tried and owned a few of the early flankers in addition to this one, but nothing comes close to capturing the magic of the original. As much as I miss it (I have a backup bottle), I have to say that I applaud them for retiring it rather than attempt to make changes to the formula and market it as if nothing was different. In the meantime, I'll enjoy Poudree, but I honestly can't say I'd purchase a new bottle once mine is gone.

I've been on the hunt recently for a perfume that smells like a bald cabbage patch doll head from the 80's (what better comfort scent could there be?!). THIS is IT!! I've smelled this in passing through airports here and there and was always deeply enchanted by how warm, comforting, and beautifully cocooning Poudree is - if ever there were a hug in a bottle - this is it. I enjoy the Narciso line (though I've only owned one from the line so far), but this, along with the original For Her edt are my unrivaled favorites. Poudree to me smells like a lovely, maternal hug - something the kindest human you know would wear - it's musky, powdery, lightly floral, and lingers and lasts impressively. I was thrilled when I found out the nose behind this is Aurelien Guichard - he's long been one of my favorite perfumers! I went on a a little perfume field trip yesterday to check out some of the latest releases (Emporio Armani's Power of You, Rabanne's Fame in Love, etc.) and had my arms scented with all varieties of this and that -- when I saw my old love: Poudree. I sprayed it on one of the last unscented spots on my arm, and you know that? This knocked all the new releases out of the park; It was Poudree which projected the most, lingered the longest and the one that kept me asking "which one is that smelling so good? Ahhhhh, yes...." This is a serious banger!

I love vetiver, cedar, tonka, musk and jasmine. But as we all know, loving a perfume's ingredients does not necessarily mean you will love the scent itself. In fact, I find that I am pretty picky and I mostly feel disappointed with scents I try. This one is a big, surprising, joyful, sexy hit. I loved the original Narciso EDP, as did my husband. It was unusual, radiant, enticing but not overwhelming, and I received many compliments. This poudrée version has a stronger floral emphasis and I clearly detect jasmine (whereas I found the original's florals very abstract and difficult to pull apart) and it is a jasmine that stays pretty true, without disintegrating past the top note into a synthetic mess, which I found a problem with the orange blossom in the For Her EDP. It is more delicate, more floral and more feminine than the original. However, they both have that incredible radiant effect - you think you have some polite, everyday pefume and then the next thing you know, everyone in the room has dilated pupils and everyone's temperature has just gone up - everyone's except the cool customer wearing the scent that's gently crawling up everyone's skin. I liked the analogy that this is part cashmere jumper and part leather trousers. The longevity and sillage are excellent.

While I like most scents from Narciso, I find them too strong and heavy. Poudree is the only exception. I sprayed it for the first time in an airport and hated it immediately. When my flight arrived in Naples, it became a soft, fluffy, feminine, and clean scent, and I began to like it. As the names indicates, it's very powdery, reminds me of the compact powder in a yellow plastic packaging (the brand was 'mermaid') that my mom had when I was a child. The bottle and package are so pretty. Good performance. It smells like cosmetics and is slightly vintage. It reminds me of actresses in the 1950's, classic, sexy, elegant, tender, and with a strong mind. I can imagine smelling it from a woman who went through a lot of toughness and still choose to believe in life. I saw people commented that it is like Irresistible Nude Velvet, and I can sense the similarity. They both smell like makeup and have something feminine, comforting, and vintage. In my opinion, Poudree is dryer and cleaner; Nude Velvet is much sweeter has more pachouli. They do share the same vibe. Poudree like comfort in a bottle for me. I like to wear it to bed, and I especially like to wear it when I have some difficult work to do during the day. Smelling it gives me instant comfort and energy.

The opening of this smells exactly like hubba bubba/bublicious bubble gum.. The kind of gum you probably chewed as a kid. Then, the dry down smells like a baby doll head. Somehow, I absolutely LOVE this perfume lol. You definitely have to like powdery and musk fragrances to enjoy it. Perfect for everyday or signature scent. Very subtle, pleasant, clean and elegant fragrance. The projection is lacking a bit. 9/10 for me, almost perfect. UPDATE- This has been my signature fragrance for months now. I usually get sick of wearing the same perfume, but this one just does it for me. Such an easy reach for any occasion. I’ve repurchased it and can’t see myself moving onto another signature scent any time soon! This is the only perfume my dad has ever complimented me on lol. My bf buries his face in my neck constantly saying how good I smell. I hugged my cousin a couple of weeks ago and he texted me asking what I was wearing and that I smelled amazing. I don’t see how anyone could dislike this.

Narciso Poudree by Narciso Rodriguez is a sweet, fluffy floral with a soft powdery sillage. I liked the scent well enough but would often hesitate to wear it because of a faint astringent note which seemed to hover in the background. I almost decluttered my bottle until I tried layering it with another fragrance. And this is where Narciso’s Poudree shines! I’ve found layering it with a citrus or fruit scent, from Byredo’s Sundazed to KayAli’s Yum Boujee Marshmallow, adds an extra fluffy, pillowy powdered sugar-like aspect. Sweet, but not overly so. Poudree’s jasmine and orange blossom notes become more pronounced when paired with citrus, while the amber and vetiver base anchors fruity scents beautifully, preventing them from becoming too cloying or juvenile. For anyone who finds Poudree pleasant but not quite perfect on its own, I’d recommend experimenting with layering before decluttering.

There are perfumes you learn to love. And then there are the rare ones that steal your heart before you even have a chance to think. Narciso Poudrée was that fragrance for me. From the very first breath, it felt effortlessly beautiful- soft as cashmere, delicate as powdered skin, yet quietly unforgettable. It never needed to be loud to make me feel elegant. Wearing it feels like wrapping myself in confidence and tenderness at the same time. It doesn't transform me into someone else. It simply reminds me of the woman I want to be. There was one moment I'll never forget. My husband walked into the room, paused, smiled and simply said, "That's a beautiful perfume." Sometimes the most meaningful compliments are the ones that come without being asked. Some fragrances slowly earn a place in your heart. This one walked straight in and never left.

This perfume is my darling, my sweetheart, my cutie! It reminds me of that floral-scented powder from my childhood. Its a blind buy and at first, I thought I had made a mistake. But after a few days, it grew on me. It's lovely and charming, giving off cozy vibes without being overpowering. As the scent settles, it becomes even more enchanting, offering a perfect balance between floral and musky undertones. It’s a fragrance that makes you feel beautiful and at ease, perfect for anyone who appreciates the subtle charm of a powdery floral scent.

This is VERY VERY powdery. So powdery I thought I can’t wear it out. But ever since I got a sample I wore it everyday until I finished it. I thought I already have the new pure Musc blanc, more sophisticated fit going out & has that clean girl powdery’ness to it that I love. But I just can’t seem to get over it & stop thinking about it. I don’t think the accords translates the scent accurately. It’s not woody, not aromatic & no rose that I can smell, even tho I’m very sensitive & hate rose so I’d realize it hit I don’t. Here it’s simply just powder! I know this purchase might only be worn at home because I don’t want to shock people like a talc walking between them, but I’m itching to get it! At least a small bottle. I have multiple powdery in my collection but none as this strong & straight up powder! I love it!🤍🤍🤍

Classy and versatile, it avoids synthetic sharpness on most skins. Lasts 6-8 hours with moderate, intimate sillage — ideal for office days, cooler seasons, or anytime seeking subtle compliments and cozy chic.

I love this and am sad that my 100ml is now empty (or is it? That silvering on the inside makes it pretty hard to actually know... 🤷). This to me is someone in a soft, fluffy, pink jumper. It's like an aunt with powdery makeup and a hug. It's enveloping. If someone asked me to describe this in one word, I'd choose soft. So it's mainly powdery but with a soft pink rose and some white florals, mainly a soft jasmine in the background, but there's also a sweetness, which is a soft tonka, smelling like a little spiced vanilla and sweet on top of a soft powdery musk. Before I finished this, I debated whether to rebuy it. I decided no and got Ambrée instead. That was a mistake. I don't love Ambrée, nor do I love Rouge. This is the one for me.

This smells like dusting your shoulders with a finely milled body powder and a white puff. Rather than compact powder this smells like soft, loose powder. It almost smells slightly starchy to me on skin. I really like rice perfumes and while this doesn’t have rice as a note, the powderiness of this on the skin almost mimics the dry starchiness of rice notes you would smell in D’Anaam White Rice or Diptyque L’Eau Papier (please note that Poudré does NOT smell like rice, but has similarities imo). This perfume is like adding the finishing touches to your persona. Don’t overspray though because it will annoy others. A couple of light sprays on the back of the neck and under the shirt is enough for this one.

I am still completely obsessed with her. When I tell you, the first time I smelled this, it was one of those rare 'oh my god' moments in perfumery - the kind where your eyes roll back, and you feel like your soul has been captured. Poudrée is the perfect blend of cosy, powdery goodness and skin-like musk. It feels incredibly intimate and luxurious. It may be linear to some, but for me, it NEVER gets boring. A quick word of advice, though (for particularly people who are not use to powdery fragrances): I think many people tend to overspray this, and that is when it shifts from being a beautiful scent to something cloying or suffocating. Used with a light hand, it is absolute perfection.

I had tested a bunch of Narciso Rodriguez perfumes, and this is the one that I ended up purchasing. I’m not a “signature scent” person but I can see myself reaching for this a lot! It is beautiful and I’d love to smell like this often. Elevated powdery musk! Delicious but not gourmand, just a hint of sweetness. It’s a little powdery as the name suggests but it doesn’t smell like my other powdery scents. I love how the other notes enhance that gorgeous musk. I’m guess not for those who dislike powdery scents (I’m not one of those people) but since it smells different from my other powder scents, it may still be worth a try. A favorite!

Clean, powdery, delectable. It's sophisticated and arousing. Poudree doesn't seem to develop or change, and what I pick up is jasmine, a bit of musk, and a creamy, vanilla-esque coumarin. The powderiness doesn't come off like talc, rather a luxury compact - something more glamorous. It is a tad simple, but I find it absolutely entrancing. I swear I'm not self-obsessed, but frankly, I feel like bending myself over when I'm wearing this fragrance. On the skin, the longevity and projection is disappointing. It's worth getting a bit on your clothes, and then it will have impact. Price? Scored a large bottle for ~£50, can't complain.

i feel more like myself wearing this than any other fragrance. it says love me from afar, admire me and adore me, but the veil of roses and powder halo around me is not yours to enter. the rose and musk are the longest lasting notes on my skin, the other florals are loud at first but fade away on me leaving the rose to speak for itself alongside the powdery note which is right in between quiet and bold. i thought maybe i would layer this with something lactonic for added oomph but narciso says it all on its own. an instant fave and i see myself always having this in my collection.

Love! This is my signature scent. I love musky smell and this is my most favorite of Narciso's. It smells like a friendly comfortable woman. It is clean and powdery but not like laundry, warm but far from cloying even in hot humid surrounding, it's acceptable for office work, but it has slight sweetness to make it feminine enough to be worn on a date. It smells sort of elevated. I feel prettier when i wear this. :) After a few hours i cannot smell it on my skin, but it lingers on my shirt. People notice it within personal distance or when you walk pass them by.

It became my go-to perfume from day one. I love it! It is powdery, yes, but it has a unique powderiness that I have never smelled before. It is very sensual I would say and very much woody. It has the classic musk of NR and the floral is there, mostly the white floral, but it is definitely not the main scent. The smell that lingers on my skin after some hours is so good, it is sweet vanilla with musk and a very slight woodiness. A friend of mine described it as mom and milf at the same time and to this day I think it is the best description.

Someone somewhere said this smells like Avon Far Away and now I can’t un-smell it. But in comparison, Poudree is more modern and clean. Far Away has a smokiness that sometimes comes off as a dirtiness, but this doesn't have that at all. This is fresher, smells like a soft powder and mildly sweet vanilla. Not a super makeup-y powder, but a clean powder. And it’s not as powdery as I was expecting. To my nose, the creamy vanilla kinda outweighs that. I can easily see someone wearing it as an every day scent and it has great longevity.

Initially it reminds me of a beautiful antique shop with perfumed candles and incenses among other rare artefacts on the shelves, it has a mild vintage vibe about it. But shortly after it becomes this light and fluffy powdery scent, effortlessly feminine, slightly bubble gummy and soft spicy, super pretty, big love for me. I ordered a back up bottle on sale. The only problem is the lasting power and projection - not that great, could have been better. I feel it fades away too quickly and needs reapplying after a few hours.

It has been years that no one has ever been able to top this powdery masterpiece. The best BEST powdery perfume and DNA on the MARKET. Ever! Smells like warm milky musky baby powder but in the most feminine modest magical way. I will never stop using this ever. Please keep selling this. Smells like an angel just walked pass you. Smells like innocence and feminity in a bottle. The best ugh I truly forgot how much I loved this one. So glad I got it on black Friday. Most similar perfume to this is Valentina poudre.

Narciso Poudree is the shield from the outer world, like a white magic, that protects its wearer and cuddles her. If I need to wake up at 5 am and drive a long distance in a chilly autumn day - I would wear only this fragrance. While some scents can trigger your anxiety levels, this soft yet persistant powdery, rosey musc is an adult comfort blanket. It brings you feeling of safety, confidence, realization that you will be alright. To me it is more than just a beautiful powder, but a must-have soul-healer.

This is well crafted workmanship! I have recently dabbed my toe into musks scent. I have (2) other NR musks (Nude and Noir), Lataffa Poudree, KA musk 12, etc. Lataffa poudree is similar but extremely extremely dense in comparison. KA is very light and doesn’t have much longevity. I think NR poudree (cube) is THE best! It is elegant, not stifling, long lasting. It feels whimsical and romantic. Oh this is a forever keeper!!! This will be the benchmark I compare other Musks! My second fav is Musc Nude by NR.

A perfect fall scent, cozy, spiced, makes you want to curl up with it and read a book, drink pumpkin spice, cashmere, blankets, candles, a little bit like stale sheets, or a dirty wool sweater, slightly plasticy like a fresh box of crayons. Disclaimer: many musks smell of plastic to me. This perfume also has a good bit of powder (it's in the name), which is beautiful and helps make the perfume what it is. Sometimes I want my room to smell like this, but I don't think I could wear it. I love this scent.

"Narciso Rodriguez Poudree is distinguished by a highly synthetic scent. It lasts from 3 to 4 hours with moderate projection. I don't recommend using it with other perfumes because it becomes nauseating. Unfortunately, all Narciso Rodriguez perfumes I purchased had packaging issues, with the bottles leaking perfume. The bottle itself is uncomfortable to use. The perfume is linear and doesn't change. I don't think it's worth the price; it's a waste of money, unfortunately."

Based purely on Fragrantica reviews and notes,I took a gamble and won. Scent: Soft, musky, creamy, and incredibly comforting (?). It reminds me a bit of Johnson’s baby powder, but with a gorgeous floral twist. Performance: Don't let the typical Narciso projection reputation fool you. I wore this to the office in a tropical climate and got complimented three times. It lasts all day on skin and clothes. I kept catching beautiful whiffs of it until the end of the day. 10/10!

Such a beautiful, powdery, creamy and sweet scent. This actually reminds me of Hypnôse (you know, the one with the twisted bottle) from Lancome, but more powdery and less ”in your face”. But there’s definitely a similar note in there that i can’t place, something that smells a little mysterious and almost otherworldly, yet so familiar. Overall it’s a beautiful scent that i love to wear to work etc. as it’s inoffensive yet special. Good projection and longevity.

I love this! I blind bought this one. I checked the accords, notes and reviews (good and bad), and I still wanted to buy it. When I received it, it smells really like makeup powder. It's powdery floral. My fiance loves it on me as well. He said it smells very feminine, like a reserved woman going to church. It flourishes when it's cold. When wearing it in humid places, it becomes creamy on me, which is okay but I prefer to wear it on cold places/weather.

Lovely musky floral with some vanilla and powdery feel to it. This is a true clean scent but for grown woman/men. It is not a light, fluffy scent. Not a safe blind buy, test few times before purchase. Not a powder bomb, more of a floral that gives powdery vibes. Bottle is stunning, looks how the scent feels. If you generally like the Narciso cube line you will enjoy this one. Great for office, dates, church...

This is like the winter edition of Narciso’s cubes! I love them all, but this is the one that I think can be too much in the heat of summer - it then becomes too strong, sweet and almost cloying. But on an evening like this (or day), when there comes smoke from the neighbours chimney, in dark and cold november, it is just right. So cozy to put on after a hot bath - smells like lotion and childhood safety.

Surprised I didn't leave a review for this yet as I've been going through it for a while, but long story short I love it. I think it's one of the best - of not the best - scent that NR has produced as it's both a traditional musk composition with a dated start which then transforms into a modern and sensual, fresh drydown on skin. As far as musks being "sexy" goes, this fragrance does it for me.

I usually hate fruity soft perfumes - much more of a green spicy girl. Sprayed this for the first time from a small tester and tossed it in a drawer but found myself sniffing my wrists constantly all day - it’s the warmest, cleanest most comforting scent - familiar yet quite unique. Musky but fresh. I often drench my pillows in this before bedtime. Will be in my collection forevs

Heaven in a bottle. I could wear this everywhere. Like a fuzzy blanket out of the dryer covering me. I can over apply this and STILL enjoy it, which speaks to how nice I find the scent. Good all-year round, I surprisingly love in hot weather. 9/10, one of the most comforting yet elegant powder-musks on the market currently. No notes.

I wear this quite frequently, it's a pretty, powdery scent with class. I'm not a fan of rose but the rose now in this is not strong enough to entirely ruin the scent for me, unfortunately it's strong enough that I can't call this one of my favorite perfumes. It's quite strong too, you don't need many sprays to have good silage.

Clouds, clouds... it feels like a soft, warm cloud of powder. It reminds me of the scent of the Barbie dolls I had as a child, but in a good way. This is the perfume I’ve finished and repurchased the most in my life. If you don’t enjoy gourmand or spicy scents but still want something warm, this is definitely worth trying.

Update. The most frequent comment I get when wearing this is: “You smell something very expensive!”... I wrote before that this scent reminds me of a high end make- up set or very luxurious spa or skincare line. That s it, it s how expensive or high quality smells for most people. But not overpowering, though. Enjoy!

I would like to start by saying that I am not the biggest fan of this house, many times I find their perfumes offensive, sharp and overwhelming. This is different, absolutely lovely🥰 It is very reminiscent of a good quality compact powder scent since it is a bit creamy not just powdery.💕longevity not the best though

What can I say...sigh...this is just breathtakingly beautiful! Rich velvety jasmine, loads of creamy musk (very clean), a bit of rose and some wood all enveloped in luxurious cosmetic powder. Very classy and highly addictive! This is my first Narciso Rodriguez fragrance and I am madly in love with it ♡.

Very pretty, feminine and comforting. I smell white flowers paired with rose on a most beautiful, feminine musky base. It’s not aggressive at all, but it has a character and is sexy in its own, unique way. I imagine a woman with a dreamer personality would love it. It has a fairy tale vibe 💖

i am literally in love with this perfume. the cleanliness and femininity and the deliciousness of the powder, the white flowers, aahhh, and the touch of musk that make you wanna sniff yourself aaallll day like crazy. only complain is the lack of longevity and sillage. literally 0. very sad.

I have been trying the Narciso Rodríguez line one at a time. I finally got to this beauty and wow. Sweet and powdery and dries down to the most creamy powder musk. Maybe it’s the coumarin on my skin, but wow the most intoxicating creamy dry down for me.

This is very powdery and feminine. A strong musky fragrance with prominent florals, mostly rose. The musk has a slight animalic edge to it, to my nose. It feels like cozy cotton wool balls. Perfect for cooler weather. A go-to winter bedtime scent.

It smells like the smoke that would come off of an angels cigarette. As if the concept of smoke was somehow innocent. The very powdery, neutral woods and musk are perfect for turning other fragrances into powder by softening unsavory edges.

Sweet and cozy powdery musk that disappeared so fast on my skin. I would adore this if it stuck around. I expected the opposite, but for some reason, the flankers in the "for her" line last ages on me. Might revisit down the road.

Deliciously soft powdery musky scent. Makes you want to smell it over and over again. Cozy, smooth, understated and beautiful. Can't recommend it enough. I bought a 30ml and for sure will repurchase a bigger bottle. Love it
