Narciso Rodriguez For Her Forever

This is my favourite Narciso Rodriguez yet! I got a 10ml of the original For Her EDT 2 years ago, and while I loved the scent, I found it sometimes somewhat headache inducing and a little too 'sharp' on my nose at times. I think that was the overload of white musk. However, the scent itself was so good, that I'd suffer through the musk to get to enjoy it once in a while, when I was in the right mood. I never did buy a full bottle, though. Here, they took the best part of For her EDT and dialed down the musk wayyyyy down. It's SO much better now!!! I'm a true believer in 'less is more' with perfumes, and this is perfect. Delicate, this perfume whispers instead of shouting. I think it just makes you smell GOOD, like you just took a shower and washed your hair, and put nice lotion on, versus smelling like perfume, if that makes sense. I got a 100ml, I'm glad I held out for the right version of this perfume for me!

Reading so many reviews beofre this officially launched in HK, people compare a lot with the OG EDT which I can never get along with... looking all the notes from the OG edt I thought I’d love it... But this version is different!! I’m not sure which notes that I can’t stand from the OG edt maybe it smells too creamy and sharp white floral? The opening for this is clean instead of creamy, I can detect jasmine (which gives the clean fresh vibe) gardenia (creamy soft white floral) and a little bit frangipani!! It does smell similar to the edt on the dry down~this version smells stronger on patchouli and less powdery and less creamy I do agree with some reviews below said this is a mixture of EDT & EDP!! Judging from the bottle I think it gave some hints with black and light pink colored bottle hahaha If you didn’t like the EDT black bottle I’d suggest you to try this on! Hope this is not a limited edition.

A beautiful white floral/clean musk scent with hints of exotic flowers and patchouli. The resemblance with the rest of For Her line is undeniable but the frangipani and osmanthus give it an edge over the classic For Her EDT. I’d say more of a summer scent because of that heavy floral tone plus some tropical nuances but I see this Forever fitting quite well with spring season as well. I got my bottle for half off so I’m quite happy with it. I am collecting from the beginning the entire Narciso For Her line, so I am happy to add now this 20 years anniversary edition in my collection. Will update regarding the performance after a few wears. Performance is quite underwhelming. Sadly, it’s not as strong or long lasting as the original For Her. As I said initially, better suited for summer weather.

I got my Narciso Rodriguez For Her Forever the other day, a blind buy. It didn't disappoint me, my hopes came true, thank goodness! It's wonderful in every way, the opening is floral and fresh and with a hint of spice. It develops nicely and keeps its "freshness" when it dries down. Unfortunately, the scent disappears after about 3 hours on me and that's sad for such a nice scent, you want to enjoy it for a long time. I tried it right when I got it home and the day after, so for 2 days. Maybe it needs more time now that I've opened and sprayed it, it'll have to rest for a while to see if it changes in longevity. I get the feeling that it might come into its own more in cooler temperatures, such as autumn, winter and early spring!

I loved this scent from the first sniff. Osmanthus floral scent is very beautiful, elegant and smooth. I usually don't like Narciso's house because the Musk is too strong, but here everything is just right, I'm sure this is the most luxurious and best fragrance of Narciso currently. The girl wearing this perfume must be a graceful and seductive girl that makes men unable to take their eyes off her. If you love Mugler Alien and luxurious White Floral perfumes, you will definitely love this fragrance. What's even better is that Narciso For Her Forever can be used all year round, for every occasion. Rating: 8.5/10

29. August 2023 I agree with everyone who says that this smells like original EDT, so if you own thst one, there is no need in purchasing this version. The opening is somewhat bit more flowery-fruity, but it quickly fades away and stays true to the beautiful NR edt that lot of us love. I truly think they just wanted us to remind, how beautiful and legendary original NR is, but since they release now so many flankers, the oriiginal one was some kind of forgotten. I call it just a new advertising campaign to keep original one alive. Love this one as much as i love the black botlle edt.

Such a nice everyday scent, love the musk that gives it a grown up vibe, all of the white flowers gives the scent a fresh touch. I’m usually not a big jasmine lover, but blended with the musk it becomes kind of creamy. Smells a bit like a nice lotion you put on after a shower. When i was making my bed i threw on a blanket that had sat right next to my perfume cabinet. I must have accidentally sprayed this perfume on it and omg it smells amazing. The drydown is SO GOOD, smells like fresh laundry in a non soapy way. Can’t wait to get my original For Her Edp to see if it is as good!

I feel you have to like Patchouli, Musk, Gardenia and frangipani in general, to like this fragrance once Jasmine, Osmanthus, Tuberose and African Orange Flower, are added to the mix. I find it a clean scent and not to powdery. Longetivity 7hrs on my skin. Sillage moderate distance. I find it interesting when I wear this fragrance, I get asked, what is it you are wearing it smells great, where 2 of the other Narciso Rodriguerz fragrances I wear often, nothing is ever said, which does not bother me. I enjoy wearing this fragrance as I do, Pure Musc for her & Musc Noir Rose for her.

If you're one of those who generally like the For Her perfumes but find For Her EDT to be perhaps too dense/deep or you would even use the word "mature" with an negative connotation, try this. I'd say that this is more "feminine" leaning than the For Her EDT. Just like the other For Hers (the ones I've tried anyway, which is most of them except the limited editions/long discontinued ones) it's a versatile perfume for any time of day and almost any weather. I personally prefer the original EDT for both smell, longevity, and projection.

Honeyed musk. Candied musk. Delicious musk. Sensual musk. Beautiful musk. A bit spicier and more nuanced than EDT for her ( black bottle) but still is very Narciso Rodriguez indeed. One of the best late releases of the House. Addictive. I crave it constantly. Signatureworthy. It's very reminiscent of Narciso Rodriguez Silver for her Limited Edition, which is very difficult if not impossible to find on the market nowadays. I'll treasure it till the last drop, buy it, pile it, PayPal it to the grave concern of my husband. Love Forever!

Are we talking about the same fragrance here? It performs so well on me. In fact, I keep a light hand wearing it, otherwise it wears me. The performance is almost veering into Quinten Bisch territory. And people around me smell it even on me after 7 hours, while outside, with my jacket on! And yes it's an original. Bought at Sephora. Even got a backup a week after that. It's a perfect clean office soapy with a little frangipani. Maybe some on here never heard of noseblindness? Yeah yeah, downvote your heart out.

Picked this up at Nordstrom on a shopping spree today. I had at least 3 other fragrances on but when I smelled this I literally swooned! Damn near fainted! The opening is fresh cut flower bouquet blend. I can't pick the flowers apart they are so well blended. Then musk...mild patchouli which I can't usually stand. Because I love beachy scents the Frangipani makes this amazing for me! No old lady here! This is my summer signature! I picked this up over Sunsplosion. Almost wondering if I should combine them.

One of the best by Narciso. Very clean scent, soapy and milky, but not without excitement. The flowers are rich and jasmine is very tasteful, elegant and sensual top. The musk base with patchouli has a decent woody shape, appeallative and solid, though not heavy. Still it is comfy, but free-spirited fragrance. This perfume is feminine without effort. It simply is; pure charm and balanced confidence. Moderate sillage, longevity very nice: almost 7 hours, on clothes much longer. Spring-summer season.

Love at first sniff! I have had many of the Narciso musks, including the EDT, Poudree, Ambree, Narciso (white cube), etc. and I really like them. However, THIS is THE one I have been searching for! Its perfect! It’s almost like they took the best parts of the EDT (black bottle) and combined with the best parts of the EDP (pink bottle) to create the absolute perfect musk! I am so incredibly happy with this purchase, as I blind bought it and was a little nervous. One of my new absoute favorites! ❤️

It’s soooo gorgeous and I’ll be extremely sad if it gets discontinued:( Somehow it does not really seem to me that it follows the vibe of the original For Her edt too closely; I’d say it’s somewhere along the lines of it, but not really the same thing? Also, surprisingly, once it’d settled and lost some of its initial slight sharpness, it reminded me of Van Cleef’s Gardenia Petale, so ig it reads as quite gardenia- and jasmine-dominant to me, which I’m really happy about!

Wow this one is truly beautiful. This is much better than the black and pink bottle. The patchouli was toned down! Thankfully and they added a lot of musk. It’s perfect. If you are like me and you prefer less patchouli then this is the one. This perfume also last all day and beyond. I could smell the musky dry down the next day on my body even after showering. I’m glad this perfume is under hyped . More for me!!!

As an avid fan of everything NR comes with, I loved this one. The signature For Her line is very recognizable here, although it’s definitely more rounded and on a people-pleasing/sweeter side (maybe that’s frangipane, although I don’t feel it’s too prominent). Patchouli and musk - sure. Jasmine - almost definitely.

This is more or less EDP version but less Rose and reminiscent of the EDT but a more subtle and less in your face. It is beautiful, feminine and over all a love for me. I don't mind having this and having another bottle of the EDP. I have a feeling this is a limited edition so I'll try to save it as much as I can.

Beautiful, heavy on gardenia and not so much jasmine. It was a bit overwhelming at first spray, but after it settled it was a lovely clean scent with lush white flowers. So easily wearable, I see this being perfect for a summer night or winter morning. 🤍❄️

I have a 5 ml decant of this and am leaning toward buying a full bottle once I've used it up. It is long lasting, but not very powerful; it is soothing, very pleasant, creamy and well blended. I've been enjoying every drop of this decant!

Perfection! Narciso perfection. Yes this is similar to the edt but this is better. It's more heady with beautiful florals and creamier. This is feminine, creamy and musky. A beautiful elegant lady wears this.

Sooo good scent! One of my favorites. Too bad it causes me allergic skin reaction so I can't wear it on my skin, but it smells great on clothes as well. It gives off this business-woman-vibe.

Finally got this one, it was a blind buy, but it's not disappointed. It's a white floral version of the original one. More airy. Nothing ground breaking but it's a good one. I quite like it.

This is stunning perfume! I have the original and the white version but this one is so unique on the dry down. I believe it is Osmantus flower that makes it so special. So glad I have it 😊

This is perfect to me, I loved it. I feel like this is a fresh and lighter version of Bvlgari Jasmin Noir. The problem is this is not lasting enough for me to enjoy and buy again 😕

Its more beautiful on skin than on a paper. Rich white floral scent without being overwhelming. Its fully feminine and mind blowing. This is one of my favorites.

Perfect, a more wearable version of the original EDT which I also like very much. Just a very beautiful sweet floral scent with a very good performance.

If you like crystal noir edt, you’ll most likely like this one. The dry down is GORGEOUS. However I wish it lasted longer on skin

I find For Her Forever's Powdery musk scent to smell somewhat clearer compared to the For Her EDP which is cloudy

It’s decent. Nothing to swoon over. On me it’s 60% For Her EDT and 40% the EDP without either of their longevity or projection. This is very much a gentler, softer version of both combined. It doesn’t open loud like its forebears. I get the dna of the EDT and a toned down scent of rose found in the EDP. Which is kind of disappointing because I was looking forward to the promise of all those delicious white and yellow flowers. Gardenia and frangipani especially. I love both those flowers. I do get a touch of jasmine, I will give it that. But it’s like all the top flower notes kind of amalgamate into a non-descript floral scent with the dna of For Her EDP, as its bedrock and the middle Osmanthus & African orange flower notes being from the familiar fragrance in the EDT anyway. I’m surprised more of the usually dominant tuberose note, doesn’t come through more. I wish it would project more of the gardenia & frangipani but the middle notes rush to overpower them before they can get into their stride. For Her Forever is a nice, subtle scent that I could see having purpose in spring/summer or if the wearer prefers lighter, intimate scents. On me it dries down quickly as a sort of skin lotion scent but as it percolates on my skin, the florals lift more and gently hums as a pretty, floral musk skin scent. I get something smelling like honeysuckle there. I do have to put my nose to it to catch it properly. I may revisit this after a few months because I’ve noticed with some of Narciso’s musks, they need time to sit and come into full fruition. At this point it lacks the energy of either For Her EDT or EDP. Probably by design - each to their own. I prefer this more than the EDP because that pungent peach-olde rose accord is toned all the way down and I can celebrate that, as someone who didn’t get along with it. However, this is miles behind the brilliance of the EDT in terms of scent, projection and endurance. Whereas the og EDT opens loud & then calms to an intimate but strong scent bubble. This never announces itself on me (unless you count the blast of initial aldehydes ) and has a mild, delicate ambiance. It is pretty, not dense, so it’s light to wear. I don’t get overdone patchouli either, it’s well balanced. A nice musk to wear in warmer weather. I can’t see this doing much for me in autumn/winter. UPDATE: After many months of maceration this has improved in longevity & deepening of scent. Forever is now living up to its name. I can smell the musk into the following day and I like layering this, depending on what note I want to accentuate. Currently wearing in outset of Autumn and enjoying the scent development through the day. The musk in the drydown is the best part for me. If you don’t gel with Forever at first spray. Try letting it sit for a few months before trying again.

Soapy and clean. Signature Narciso musk. Honestly when I smelled it I thought it had rose in it but I guess I was mistaken judging by the notes. Pleasant and inoffensive, workplace appropriate, as all Narciso fragrances are. I'm not a fan of the EDT (black bottle) because the opening is too harsh on my nose. I've been trying to chase down the EDP tester but all of their store testers were empty. I really wanna try that one because I hear it's softer and has rose added to it. For Her Forever is kind of between those two for me. It's not as harsh as the EDT but also not as soft as what I imagine the forever elusive EDP would smell like. I kinda expected more from For Her Forever. This just smells like the Pure Musc but with a tad bit more character. Or like a less harsh EDT version. I just feel like as a flanker it should have more to it than just "softer and weaker EDT". And I expected more projection and longevity too, but it's not there as much as it should be for the price point. Honestly just try the EDT and EDP and and see if they work for you, they last longer than this and you can probably find them discounted for cheaper, unlike this fancy new one.

I got a sample of this, but can't say I'm a fan. It isn't a bad scent, it just isn't for me. If I smelled this on someone else I'm sure I'd like it on them. Something in this smells a bit too sharp for me, the sweetness and florals are very nice though. I wouldn't get a full-sized bottle of this. edit 10/7/24 - Revisiting this fragrance, I like it a lot more. Smells like a freshly bloomed gardenia, and they're my favorite flowers. I didn't give it a full review honestly because I never put it to my skin. There is a bush of honeysuckles next to my pool that grows flowers in the summertime and honestly this reminds me of that as well. I still probably wouldn't get a full sized bottle but if you like the smell of honeysuckles and gardenias, get this. This fragrance is good for any season in my opinion, and any time of day.

3 sprays of Guerlain Idylle + 2 sprays of For Her EDT, VOILA! You get NR For Her Forever. Idylle is basically %80 equals for her edp so we can say edp and edt combined too. They smoothened the sharp musks in other versions, this is much more wearable for those who dont enjoy the classic NR muscs. Also i find this one a tad bit creamier, lotiony. I get along perfectly with all NR fragrances, it sits amazingly on my skin. Osmanthus notes are delightful and you can feel it in this one too. 4 season and all occasions appropriate scent, very elegant, very lady like.

I agree with bblblvblb below that it gives Van Cleef & Arpels vibe. However, to me it's more California Reverie - a bit more musky and less cloying version - than Gardenia Petale. When compared to La Parfum by Elie Saab, La Parfum is definitely more jasmine-oriented, dense and cloying whereas Narciso Rodriguez keeps sharp and fresh all the way long. What's worth mentioning, I absolutely hated this fragrance the first time I sprayed it (same for original For Her) but it changed a lot in a few weeks. Give it some time before final verdict and you won't regret it.

Loved it at first, very clean and sophisticated. Creamy and sensual but in time I just dont wear it often anymore, smells mature and boring. The projection is good, after several hours this smells like you had a shower with a nice shampoo and with wind the smell of this clean floral shampoo is coming through. I dont see it on stores anymore maybe its discontinued? Well, its not a scent that a person has to have it, there are better alternatives.

Oh oh this is so nice! It is decidedly feminine, the white florals which can sometimes go flat and banal are supported by a helping of yellows. The opening is definitely more tropical and cerebral, but the tuberose is still there into the dry down giving a boost of creaminess. The only thing missing for me is the signature NR musk, which I didn't pick up on.

This smells exactly like my witchy great aunt who has long silver hair down to her waist and lives in a beautiful wooden house in the woods. It’s a delicate and soft white floral scent sitting on a bed of mesmerizing patchouli. This is by no means a patchouli bomb or dominated scent, it’s just a light background buzz for added warmth. Beautiful!

Classy white floral. To me, it smells like jasmine and musk predominately. Closing my eyes, I can imagine it on a bride, just a beautiful simple and luminous white bouquet. The musk is handled perfectly as with any Narciso fragrance. But overall, nothing I didn't expect. I prefer the classic "for her" over this one.

Bought after testing it a few times and I'm shocked. In store it was very quiet. A rich skin scent, airy amd bright. What I got is a heavy, dense, almost bleeding floral with an enormous lasting power. Did not expect that. Not sure I even like it. 😰

This is beautiful! It smells really similar to the others from this line, but this one is a white floral bomb and i love it! It’s sensual and feminine, perfect for summer. It’s mature but not old school. Lovely fragrance.

Similar to the edt but more polished and (white) floral. Also a touch more creamy than the OG which is more powdery. Musk is as lovely as always. It's nice but I prefer the OG which has an edge this version lacks.

To me this smells almost exactly like the original EDT so there's not really a point in owning both? But I have to admit, this is lighter and just a little bit sweeter florals than the original.

Totally redundant if you have the original. Which I do. Oops.
