Nautica Voyage

For $15-$20, there is no reason that this fragrance shouldn't be in everyone's collection. Even as a fragrance snob, in my opinion, Nautica Voyage does exactly what it sets out to do which is be a perfectly pleasant aquatic scent that absolutely no one could possibly dislike, and it does it better than most. People talk about reformulations all the time, but the bottle I just picked up a few days ago smells stronger than what I remember, and the atomizer is surprisingly beastly as well. I sprayed it on my shirt this morning. Changed into my work clothes. Came home after work and put on the same shirt. It still smells like I just sprayed it. Does it smell the most natural? No. It's pretty synthetic, but smelling synthetic doesn't mean it smells bad. Most candy bars you buy at a gas station are filled with synthetic ingredients, but that doesn't mean they don't taste amazing. In terms of notes, what I pick up is a really juicy, almost candied watermelon/kiwi/green apple type of accord that dominates the overall scent profile, but in the background are soft watery florals, slightly salty mineralic notes, and clean musk. There is not a single situation that you can't use this for. Sure, there are probably better options for colder weather, but it's not like you can't wear a freshie during winter. It's perfect for casual use, but you can definitely dress it up. No one will ever complain that you smell like a fresh sea breeze no matter the occasion. You can pay 10x more for ADG, but at the end of the day, if you're just looking for a really pleasant aquatic scent, you can't go wrong with Nautica Voyage. And no, it's not just great for the price. It's great in general. I don't know how Nautica was able to create such a timeless classic, but I really don't care. I just love wearing it. Also, because it's so cheap, you can overspray to you heart's content without hurting your wallet, and you won't feel bad using it as a room spray either. Overall Rating: 10/10 This deserves to be in the fragrance Hall of Fame if there was one. True masterpiece that should stand the test of time. Don't act like you're too advanced for designer scents. Just buy this and enjoy!

Nautica. Voyage. Yes, it's about the sea, and yes, it's a voyage. An olfactory journey that transports you to summer, to sunshine, to a stay by the coast, where a gentle salty breeze mingles with floral and fruity notes drifting in from a nearby garden. The apple is there. The green freshness is there. The florals are definitely there, all tied together by a subtle salty undertone. When you first spray it, it can seem to disappear almost immediately, as if it were barely detectable beyond the skin. But that's deceptive. Give it a little time, and before long you'll realize it's still there. No, it's not a beast mode fragrance—that much is clear. Nor is it a huge projector. But it performs considerably better than it initially makes you think. Does it have a slightly alcoholic opening? Yes. But... do you really mind waiting ten seconds for that initial volatility to fade away? Synthetic? Well, do you honestly believe that the overwhelming majority of designer fragrances—and even many niche ones—aren't built around a large number of synthetic aroma molecules? If by "synthetic" you mean "cheap," then, strictly speaking, yes—it cost me just €12 for a 100 ml bottle at Primor. But there's absolutely nothing cheap or vulgar about the way it smells. This is an outstanding fragrance: beautifully balanced, effortlessly pleasant, free of any harsh edges, utterly charming, and incredibly versatile. That said, I think it truly shines in the summer and with a casual style. Surprisingly good. Wonderfully enjoyable. And ridiculously inexpensive.

Nautica Voyage, my beloved. I am thankful to have this perfume in my collection and equally thankful that it just exists in the first place. To descibe this scent in an image, you are eating salted cucumbers fresh out of the fridge, seaside or perhaps on the water. This is a very fresh-smelling perfume which is pleasant and totally inoffensive except for the few that don't like musk. For me, first comes the cucumber, then comes the musk, with aquatic/marine notes in the background and the drydown just being pure musk. Projection isn't notable for this fragrance. The freshness of this perfume is what I love the most about it, even taking a sniff of the cap feels like taking a sip of ice water, I'm not even joshin ya. Pricewise this is a no-brainer. $20 CAD from a discounter, are we in Heaven? Everyone should have a bottle, and I would say this is a safe blind buy. To the few that hate this, I understand that for some people it is a complete miss, but please purge yourself of hate. Visit your church, or maybe just try to keep an open mind. Do not forget that a low-tier apparel brand that sells quarter-zips for $20 took a shot in the dark with this perfume that ended up rocking the fragrance scene for a lot of people. 7.8/10 I love it, but it could do with better longevity and performance. PS the atomizer is TRASH. Always gets perfume oil on my hands when I use this!

Nautica Voyage in 2026. It's a summer morning, you woke up early enough before all the noise. It's too early to have your morning coffee so you go for a quick walk in the local trail with your bottle of water, you took the route which leads to an open field as opposed to through the woods. You stopped by the field and sit down for a moment, you can smell the fresh breeze as it comes by, rustling the grass and cooling you off from the piercing sun. The breeze also picked up something fresh in the distance, and in that moment, it's quiet. This is where Nautica Voyage takes me; to a summer morning in a field, calming, nothing loud about this fragrance. It takes me back to simpler times. Aquatic green freshness, like you're sitting in a soft windy field. This is safe to overspray, as you'll only smell fresher the more you wear it. Is it synthetic? Arguably so, but not too synthetic to the point where it's headache-inducing for me. I have a vintage formulation of this which I have been holding onto for years now. I love this fragrance, probably the only $20 scent that I love. In its category, I give this a 9.2/10

In my collection, like most of us, I have the Chanels, the Dior's, the Versace's, the Creed's, the 'D&G's'& the 'Amouage's' etc etc.. but out of all that I own, nothing in my collection really beats Nautica Voyage for the Compliments/low price/performance factor. This really is a masterpiece of a 'cheap' cologne. It is fresh, clean, masculine and very long lasting (I can still smell it after 10 hours of the first spray!). It's a super summer Watermelon/citris type scent that my girlfriend just couldn't (and still can't), get enough of whenever I wear it around her. Both Nautica Voyage and Mont Blanc's 'Legend' are the 2 most complimented colognes that I own. They are also 2 of the cheapest. Ironic that isn't it. P.s.. don't listen to the negative reviews on here.. these are the people that have spent lots of dollars/pounds on expensive summer colognes, only to find that they have been outdone by Maurice Roucel's brillance that is Nautica Voyage.. for the cheapest price. 10/10. No questions.

First of all: this is a FANTASTIC starter scent for people getting into fragrances (like myself). This is also my first. Voyage starts off with.... yeah about that: I've read all of these fancy ass reviews about how it smells like a breeze on a sailboat in Italy. I sprayed it. 5 minutes. I smelled my wrist. My brain? Absolute emptiness. No memories or deep emotions. And to be honest? That is exactly what makes this fragrance so amazing! It's just super fresh, clean and totally uncomplicated. There's no story: it just smells like you stepped out of the shower - fresh. For me as a beginner, it's the perfect daily fragrance for summer. It performs decently and it's almost impossible to overspray this thing - and if you somehow do it and think "Oh no! I just wasted so much of an expensive perfume!" Well, you didn't. This is probably a fragrance with one of the best price values you'll see. I'm giving Nautica Voyage Eau de Toilette by Maurice Roucel a solid 7 out of 10. Cheers!

Not sure how to explain this, but it smells synthetic in a GOOD way. I blind bought this and was kind of underwhelmed at first, but it grew on me and surprisingly gets me some compliments. This fragrance leans male, but a girl can pull this off more often than not. I register green apple, cucumber, and aquatic notes all the way down. The scent is not so much just fresh as it is *refreshing.* I feel cooled off every time I smell it. Performance is on the weaker side, it shrinks to a skin scent after a couple of hours. Not a bad thing for this scent, just know what to expect. I find myself dumb reaching for this, but strictly for casual outings. Voyage is not very suitable for formal settings imo. It *can* work in the office, but you probably have better if you own a few frags. TLDR: great as a casual dumb reach freshie. Reputation precedes it -- should be on the bucket list of every frag enthusiast.

ABSOLUTE CHEAPIE HALL OF FAME FRAG! This fragrance is just amazing, especially considering the price point. It's fresh...it's cheap...it's strong...it's green...it's clean...it's summer frag perfection! Absolutely perfect and refreshing for a hot summer day. I'm someone who tends to have a heavy hand when spraying my fragrances. And for any of you out there that are the same way...this is a must-use-caution-type of fragrance as it is VERY strong and VERY easy to overuse making it WAY too strong. Even me (and believe me, I'm a chronic over-sprayer)...I even use only 4 sprays MAX! It'll last you 7-8 hours and the projection is monstrous. Easily 6 feet if not more. Compliments galore if used properly! Scent Itself - 9/10 Projection - 10/10 Easily 6-8 feet. Longevity - 7-8 hours and lasts 12-24 hours on certain clothing. Overall Rating - 9/10 I absolutely voted above with a "love."

(Reading the above reviews about this particular fragrance from the Fume Snobs is very amusing.) This is one of the best cheapy-but-goodies out there. You just can't go wrong. What you're going to get when you spray this is a terrific apple-cucumber cleansing scent. Just so fresh and unassuming. I think the problem the Snobs are having is that it's not very sophisticated. The thing is it's not trying to be. Yeah, it isn't sophisticated but it's balanced and well made. Just perfect for after the gym or a beach excursion. And what's more it's great for MEN and WOMEN. A woman (who is into unisex scents) can totally rock this. Decent sillage and longevity and what's great is since it's so inexpensive (15-20 bucks for a 3.4 EDT) you can be more liberal with your application. Awesome!

I think this is one of the first fragrances I bought when I started dabbling in the fragrance world and didn’t know much. I saw a video of Jeremy Fragrance recommending it. I love the scent profile. It’s very fresh, clean, and I’ve received compliments when compliments mattered. Now all I care about is my fiancé, and I don’t wear it as much because I have other options I like wearing and she likes smelling - better. It gets a lot of hate online, but who cares what anyone says if you like it. Wear what you like and smells good for you and those closest to you. You can’t beat the price here and this really is a pleasant/fresh scent. I would recommend and this can be a life saver if you’re on a budget or in a pinch because it’s sold everywhere.

Amazing scent. Bought for 13 bucks. It's an EDT, but I'm not complaining for the price. I can afford to bring little decants and respray because of the price. When I think ocean, I think this. Inoffensive smell. A scent that doesn't go heavy on citrus like many other Summer fragrances. Sometimes I just want to let my nose rest from the citrus I constantly smell. My girlfriend and I rate it very high over other designer fragrances. I still reach for this as the default summer fragrance if I'm indecisive with what I want for the day. Must-have for starting off with fragrances for the hot weather.

I think It makes you cool to hate on inexpensive fragrances. How can this fresh and inoffensive scent make you have headache??? Come on it's not a heavy oud scent! Of course this is synthetic, It's an inexpensive Nautica fragrance not a F..cing 400$ Ultra niche perfume. You just give what you pay for. And This fragrance fantastic for the price. It's a timeless Classic that doesn't smell old and dated, It still works like magic. It's beautiful, Fresh, sexy. It performs decent for a freshie (Better than most of the Louis Vuitton fragrances which cost 10 times more).

I've been using this perfume for over 10 years, and this is the third bottle I've bought... it's truly amazing because of its refreshing scent of water and lotus flowers. Where I live, it's very hot, around 35-36°C, and this perfume gives me a pleasant feeling, like being in a forest by a cool stream. The only drawback is that it only lasts on the skin for 3 to 4 hours, but that's okay because it's so cheap at only $22, so I'm sure I'll use it for many more years.

Fantastic fragrance for casual spring and summer days. It’s top notes are listed as leaves and green apple but I smell strong cucumber and melon, which has a deliciously sweet and refreshing effect. Performance is surprisingly good for such a light, summery fragrance, with 3-4 hours of peak performance, then tailing off for a couple more hours. Overall, this is a great fragrance for summers days at the beach, the golf course or for mimosas on the patio.

I’m getting some nuttiness. I love the open. I love the dry down. It’s the plain white t-shirt of fragrances. I could wear this everyday. Forget how much it costs. Just get it. Don’t compare it a fine dining experience. Compare it to In-N-Out Burger. Buy it. Keep it handy. Take it on vacation. Create memories with it. The scent is current and relevant.

It's Nautica Voyage. People love it, it's dirt cheap and perfect for spring/summer. I personally get more Green Apple off the top than Cucumber, but I definitely smell both. It has a powdery smell after about 4 hours that I am not as big on, but it still smells great. Buy it on Amazon for 20 bucks and gift it if you dont like it, can't go wrong.

O Nautica Voyage é um daqueles perfumes difíceis de desagradar. Tem uma fragrância fresca, versátil e perfeita para o dia a dia, especialmente em dias quentes. Comprei às cegas pelo preço e posso dizer que, se você fizer o mesmo, há grandes chances de gostar. A fixação é razoável e a projeção é mais discreta, sem deixar um rastro muito marcante.

Aquatic and refreshing. Suitable for daily wear. Lasts around 5-6 hours for me, turns into skin scent after that. Projection is good for the first three hours. Best to respray in the afternoon as it dries down fast due to the hot weather. For a cheap fragrance, this is really good and recommended to try if you want to smell fresh and clean.

For me this is the Greatest Fragrance of all time, a true masterpiece. It starts off with a salty sea like scent, after sometime it becomes woody. But this fragrance is extremely easy to like and is blind-buy worthy as it is extremely cheap. For anyone starting out, this is a no brainer. Truly outstanding cologne

unbeatable for its price, also one of my most complimented. i overspray and never have performance issues (8-10 sprays) i put this in a easy to wear everywhere category, especially in school/work/gym settings. no one will hate on it. smells like fresh, clean and salty green sea. 9/10 with all things considered.
