Emanuel New York isn’t just “another sweet scent.” Crafted in collaboration with the Emmanuel boutique and developed by Master Perfumer Bertrand Duchaufour. Its opening is punchy with Madagascan black & pink pepper, giving it an immediate urban spice that feels alive and sharp. As it evolves, maple syrup and vanilla anchor the composition with a gourmand warmth, supported by chocolate, amber, and Madagascan vanilla that dry down into something cozy yet polished. Spicy at first, then deep and comforting. The sweetness here has depth because of its spicy and amber backbone, giving it a magnetic, more “grown-up” gourmand character. Great for evening, cooler months, or when you want a signature that feels memorable and bold. Sweet NYC-style fragrances are excellent for daytime, casual outings, or anyone who gravitates toward polished but uncomplicated gourmand scents.

For the first time ever, do I really regret buying a Navitus release (I have loved every release and own a few). This fragrance is a bit confusing, the black pepper is reigning supreme then comes the pink pepper mixed with the amber (that's it, nothing else) ..... the vibe you get is the warm breath of someone who just had a very spicy meal. Absolutely gutted with this blind buy. Resemble nothing I own or even smelt before. Letting this sit for now, hopefully it changes somehow.

Received a sample a few weeks back with my order of Raised Spirits. A fragrance that promised “sophisticated Manhattan nightlife” but instead showed up smelling like Times Square’s dessert cart at 2 am. It’s loud, then tired. Sweet, then sweeter. And despite the New York branding, it smells like someone spilled Mrs. Butterworth on a West 4th Street subway turnstile during the dog days of August.

This smells so bad and cheap! Like a cheap clone house produced this. Kmt such a dissapointing blind buy
