Bamboo & Jasmine

Beautiful white floral fragrance with the bamboo base in the background. For me, there's not really any powder here and it's also not listed in the notes (which is a deal breaker: I hate powder). I just get the pure, clean jasmine and the bamboo that rounds it out. Fantastic for clean laundry, a bedtime scent, or whenever you just want to smell gently clean. If you overspray I suppose you could achieve a good amount of sillage but I prefer this as it is: a close-to-skin, intimate scent for those days when I don't want to wear anything too strong. I love to wear this as a palette cleanser when I get a bit sick of all the rich, dark frags I usually go for.

Annie is right-- this is almost exactly the same as Kate Spade's Truly Gracious, which I only recently discovered as a new favorite, and it has been discontinued. I'm so excited to have found this as I was about to start buying backup bottles on eBay. The Nest line also has lotion, body wash, etc., which should help the longevity. It's a beautiful green, fresh, watery scent with some floral in the background. I think the Nest has a slightly stronger jasmine note than the Kate Spade. Between the two, I do like Kate Spade slightly better. I think the KS is blended a bit more smoothly, but they are extremely close.

I really really like this one! For me, it's nearly a dup for Kate Spade's TrulyGracious, which is another love. Bright green zesty opening that continues almost through the drydown which surprised me since it's a body mist. It's fragrant! This scent smells soooo real, soooo authentically of the most fresh & green outdoors I could imagine!

I went for a hike in a bamboo forest a few days after I tested this perfume, and it made me pause for a moment because I could have sworn I was smelling this perfume. Also a dead ringer for the much more expensive Bamboo Harmony for Killian. Great scent and safe for most locations and occasions as long as it's sprayed in moderation. It's easy to like, not particularly challenging, so it's unlikely to offend.

Just found a sample vial of this laying around and it’s already discontinued. It’s just a body mist. I don’t know what bamboo smells like but I can definitely smell the jasmine. Maybe in combination with some sort of clear fizzy drink. I like it. Smells fresh and accessible, like sth Gap or Coach might put out. Omw to find more bamboo fragrances

While I personally think the scent is just ok, this is an excellent product. It's noticeable without being overpowering. I wish it was a little more long lasting, but it's good for a short event or a night out where you can reapply every now and then. It's a nice, fresh scent. There's nothing particularly unique or groundbreaking about it, but sometimes that's not what you need. Just a very clean scent with the smallest hint of citrus. The floral notes give it a touch of elegance. It'll never be a daily scent for me, but I could see myself using it when I want something simple but classy.

Initially I was thinking this might react like the advertised body spray it is, but Bamboo & Jasmine is super persistent and behaves more like an Eau de Toilette. I sprayed three hours ago and it’s still going strong. A floral dry powder scent, you get a lot for your money. Would be a good bedtime scent.

UPDATE: This perfume is actually strong enough to give me a headache when I wear it. I still like it overall, but I rarely use it now because of this. It's VERY headache inducing :-(
