Seduction

This is a love for me. I have Armani Code, and they are similar but not identical. I actually love this perfume more than Code. On me, it's stronger and I can't get enough of this unique beautiful scent. Had to buy a second bottle. For this low price, it's a hit, especially now that Code is discontinued.

This is a fragrance which lives up to the expectation of smelling roughly like Armani Code. I do not have the original, but it does call to mind the approximate scent - at least 90%. What horrified me, however, was that on arrival it was weaker than the weakest body spray I own. I could spray 40 sprays and create sillage for perhaps 10 minutes maximum, and that was on fabric. I asked family as well, who - as they pressed a curious nose into my sleeve- were puzzled at smelling.... not much of anything. Oh my. Had I made a mistaken purchase? Six to Nine months of sitting in the sunlight in a warm room has done a bit of transformation. While still clearly an EDC, Seduction now has a presence lasting about 2 hours on cloth after a mere three or four sprays. Improvement! I only wish I'd not used as much during the initial vanishing act period, because this is a charming scent. For the tiny amount spent, I am well pleased. Just don't expect long lasting with this brand. I will continue to check performance as the months progress. For now, Happy!

Update to my previous review: Seduction is a light but enjoyable scent for those who want an easy floral/musk with citrus. :I smell predominantly lemon/jasmine/orange blossom/musk - uncomplicated, breezy, and friendly. :) I don't think it will perform to its full potential in the heat. It's more of a moderate weather friend. As I ultimately prefer something stronger, I'd recommend this bargain to those seeking a budget friendly gift for themselves or others in the 'safe and soft' category. Just let it sit 6 months or more after the first few sprays for best behavior! I shall be gifting my bottle to a dear one who often gets enthusiastic with the sprayer..... This one is overdose-proof! :)
