Latte Pistachio

The Reminds Me of section is basically WRONG. With the exception of Obvious Une Pistache. And even then this one is sp much better than that. What I get... it starts off with a gourmand pistachio, with a freshness from the citrus, and also a greeness as well (that adds to the freshness). But it is still gourmand enough to keep me around, a little creamy, a little spiced - just a bit*... and then in the mid it loses some of that citrus & green, but is still gourmandy feeling... and then as it dries down it loses the gourmand and the sandalwood takes over more. Personally I love every phase of this fragrance. This is a beautiful spring/summer gourmand, with the fresh opening. But still cozy in the dry down. Well done New Notes. I'm typically not into green or fresh fragrances but this is just enough and with the other aspects to temper it - I'm really enjoying this. I think if you are expecting a straight gourmand you may be disappointed but for those who can enjoy a semi-gourmand, or a smooth woody fragrance - give it a try.

This is a very very good take on the note of pistachio. What I love about this fragrance is that it reminds me a lot of a pistachio ice cream, I'm Italian and this brings back plenty of good memories. It is a wow, and the fact that is not overly sweet Is a plus. Very good creamy sandalwood only down sized is that it gets a bit boring with time and sometimes I feel like it's a bit synthetic. Still this is very much worth the money if you can get It for cheap get it. 8.2/10

I've been trying this out for a while now. The orange-pistachio duo hit me, although the orange is more powerful. I'm a sucker for citrus fragrances, so it was love at first sniff. The salty pistachio softens the tingly sensation, but the first phase dries down very quickly to aromatics - which I adore! Too bad it doesn't last long on my skin. On fabric on the other hand...

Becoming a New Notes Addict this is my 3rd. I’m getting so many Compliments for it, when I tested it, the first Whiff I got was a little bit of the 1995 Le Male from Gaultier, that passes quickly! It is perfekt for this Season right now ☀️🍦🌴🍊 warm, nutty, creamy, kinda green orangey, light - I love it💚 Don’t blind buy it!

This is the second time I'm reviewing it. Today I layered this with Theodoros Kalotinis Pistachio Latte and the pistachio note is emphasised when layering both. One is more green and fresh while the other is more cozy but, together, they work really well. At least on my skin they do 😂

The first spray is way too green but then the magic happens and this turns into the most realistic pistachio ice-cream goodness. The type of cool, icy and sweet pistachio / orange ice-cream

So very addicting. It's a very good try and the pistachio doesn't bother and is balanced. Sweetens at the dry down and lasts very long. Def try!

Well, I received my bottle and have been wearing this fragrance on my wrist for over an hour. Let me clarify right away that I have warm skin, so fragrances often unfold differently on me compared to my friends with cool skin. On me, the opening revealed a spiciness from the spices, but it was very soft, with coriander being the most prominent. About 10 minutes later, I started to pick up on a milky note, almost creamy, with soft woody undertones and hints of nuts. This scent reminds me of nothing other than a chai latte with gentle spices. The only difference is that chai latte is usually quite sweet, whereas the sweetness in this composition is very delicate. The fragrance is rather airy, and I definitely wouldn't classify it as an edible gourmand. I can easily imagine wearing it on a daily basis, as it is very pleasant and unobtrusive, sitting on the skin like a soft cloud.

The pistachio wears off after 15-20 minutes, the drydown is sweet and milky, with a hint of pistachio. I got this almost half off online. Would not reccomend buying near retail price

this is a very airy, fresh version of a pistachio perfume. it doesnt smell like dessert, it doesnt smell soapy. it smells very unique but for me something is missing

A milky green perfume , something to wear in a summer night . A very interesting combination of green notes with warm tone .

Lasts mere moments on my skin. Would love it if it stayed around longer, but for that price it's way too fleeting!

This fragrance is a little pronounced on the nut in the opening than « Une pistache of Obvious » which I already owned. But 1h later it became very simple sandalwood. Very disappointing for the price. I love better « Une pistache » more interesting and long lasting, and it is the half of the price of the new notes version. It a hard past for me.

So much drama in the comments. Since I couldn't care less about anything other than the juice, here comes the actual review of the actual scent. Realistic pistachio - yes, BUT more like the pistachio spread from the jar. The opening is very pistachio heavy but later the pistachio scent is overtaken by amber and musk (I also sense vanilla, but it is not listed). I was a bit disappointed how quickly the pistachio accord faded, since I was in it just just for the nut. While the opening is really unique, after some time it turns into a more generic-smelling fragrance, which a big let-down for me. Since pistachio was THE deal in this fragrance, its quick fading makes this scent like any other in this family. On paper I noticed the pistachio scent remains more prominent, but on the skin the perfume stays as a vanilla-cream-amber-musk-standard composition. Not something I would invest in. It also for some reason does not smell "expensive", as much as I hate using this connotation. It gives a little Victoria Secret spray vibe. Although I also noticed shortly after spraying (about 30 minutes in) more grassy vibe, which really resembled Philosykos Diptyque. But that too was eventually overtaken with the generic-sounding accords. I asked myself a quesiton - when would I wear this? And I could only think of two occasions, and these are very contradictory - Christmas and summer vacation. This is not an office scent for professional individuals, neither can I imagine this perfume in my daily wear routine. Give it a try if you come across this scent, but be sure to wear it for a full day before investing in the bottle.

Not what I was expecting it to be. It is very nutty in the opening with a salted pistachio note and then an ice cream note shows up— unfortunately not for long. The dry down consists of a fade pistachio struggling to be in there with a lot of powdered sandalwood. I recently made up my mind and purchased a bottle, but I am returning it asap because for the price tag I was really expecting more creativity, more presence (sillage) and definitely more Latte de Pistachio. Not a safe blind buy! Save your pennies if you can. 5/10

That’s the level of objectivity that people on this website have. This is why I don’t trust Fragrantica anymore. I have said it before and I will reaffirm it now: there should be a filter for reviews. If you happen to hate the fragrance company or the influencer behind the product, you can bash all you want, rate it 2 out of 5, and make people believe what you like... and apparently it is fully OK. Well, I will tell you what: it is NOT OKAY!! You can not play around with people’s work and efforts like that.

Amber, musk and HEAVY ROSE! Jasmine also and like 10-15% pistacchio flashes during initial half an hour but it is synthetic bright green icecream pistacchio. Then it fades to million times over soapy rose. Why? What does rose do in pistacchio latte? Dont ask me. Not interesting, do not blind buy. Sorry.

Im quite shocked that people think this fragrance is natural smelling... even when I smelled it on other people. It’s really synthetic and sickly sweet. I tried it in store and did a wear test on it. Initially I fell in love as I was quite attracted to the vanilla/milky freshness of it (yes fresh due to the citrus notes). And it does dry down on my skin to a vanilla pistachio latte however it reminds me of those fake matcha powders that tastes nothing like matcha. When I smelled it on other people it was also radiating a cheap synthetic smell. I really wanted to like this perfume as the idea of wearing pistachio latte was amazing but the price of the bottle with the synthetic smell just wasn’t justifiable for me. Even though I really didn’t care of the price tag I do feel like this is very overpriced and overhyped. But I’m glad if anyone can indeed enjoy this perfume.

Well was a bit taken back by the comments. So angry 😂. Anyway I get people who find the AI trivial and not understanding those upset at AI but saying berating then and turning a blind eye at their plight against AI is worse. You/we should be thankful people are anti-AI. It’s not about “change” and not accepting it. It’s about accepting a change that will not make our lives better but worse. It only makes the elite and companies save on money and everyone else in society are affected. So yes I commend people who go after companies using AI. It’s the same as how the new generation have been fully affected with smart phones and older generations notice the younger generations attitudes and ignorance significantly declining compared to theirs and The same as stores using technology and machines to replace working Americans just to save a bit which propel society to be more dependent on machines, technology and have less interaction and less job availability. The same as apps and computers being able to alter images and edit videos and everything being easily manipulated and nothing realistic or surprises us anymore. We will soon see all movies ridden with AI and no talent and real actors and not know what’s real or not. So people upset about anti AI folk need to reassess their thinking and enlighten themselves.

I went to a perfume store which has the luxury brands. I really wanted a perfume with the wow factor. There's a lot of designer Perfumes that are lovable or ok, but I want to be wowed. In the beginning it was a struggle, the nice woman lead me to some average perfumes, not bad, but not what I was looking for. Then I started to tell her about the few niche perfumes I had and what notes I really love. So I told her about my love for vanilla, my favorite Blanche Bête and that I loved the scent of Pistachio in perfume so much. She said, I think I have something for you (now knowing that I'm willing to pay when I truly love something 😂). I never heard about this brand, but the first spray was a love immediately. Pistachio, ice cream, milk 😍. In the dry down it calms down a bit, but it's so comforting. It may not before everyone, for me it really belongs in the gourmand profile (not necessarily something that I always love), but this will for sure be my Christmas present 😁

I actually do get a lot of sandalwood. And that sandalwood is a bit green and has that typical pickle scent. I kind of like that type of sandalwood. At first I thought that the smell is going to be overly sweet, but it's not, it's kind of leaning more to that green pickl sandalwood side and gets creamy aspects. Milky pickles. It sounds gross, but it actually strangely works. Not my cup of tea, but it's interesting. The pistachio note is not that prominent as you would think from the name. I don't know... everyone here seems to get the pistachio a lot and somehow it is in the background for me.

To all the intellectually challenged people lacking common sense that downvoted the fragrance before they even tried it: Don't kill the messenger before you read the message. This fragrance tastes exactly like pistachio ice cream. Exactly the same. The milk, the chilling factor of ice, the slightly artifical pistachio, which is very fitting because it simulates the ice cream most of us know and that doesn't taste authentic either. All in all a realistic fragrance, you get what's written on the bottle. Not something I would wear on a daily basis in a formal setting, but something great to own.

I have 4 academic degrees and I also compete with AI in my job, so no one cares about your uni credentials. And now, I can also see who suggested the gaudy eyesores of Britney perfumes! I don't think anyone on this page has actually smelled this perfume but the smell itself is probably 100x better than a trashy $10 celebrity flanker.

this trolling needs to stop. this fragrance has nothing to do with any of Britney Spears fragrances. if there would be one line of her frags listed, fine, but almost all of them? really? fragrantica should clean this mess up. there are obvious haters of the brand who are doing everything to make the brand look miserable. grow up! And I don't even like this one myself. It goes pickly on me. But the brand is decent, bottles are gorgeous, price is not the worst either.

New Notes has a whole line of “Latte” Fragrances that has been around for a while since 2023 well before TK released his Pistachio frag in December 2024. This brand is not copying anyone as a bunch of recent releases by lots of brands have been pistachio centered. It’s part of a general fragrance trend. Also New Notes has a lot more quality than the cheap synthetic funk you get with TK.

It is natural smelling. Like smelling a pistachio spread cream with tons of pistachio little fragments. It is not sweet, so you might want to layer it with a sweeter scent. It has a milky feeling, very calm, very soft. I like it very much. It doesn't project too much, it is linear. It is not a "sexy" scent, just a photorealistic pistachio scent... I don't know if I will get a full bottle, but this is definitely a very nice scent.

Upon initial spray the pistachio is dominant. Afterwards that fades, and I get a lot of sandalwood (not in a dill pickle way for me). It’s fresh and really pleasant. Only tested this on a test strip though.

I tried this once and fell in love instantly, the smell remained on a t-shirt for weeks even after a few washes. It might not be something crazy, but it's really cozy. Planning to buy a full 50 ml soon.

This is very spicy and green in the opening but settles to a beautiful nutty gourmand. It's more photorealistic and natural smelling than other pistachio scents like Theodoros Kalotinis' one.

You can do not believe me, but right now in Primark there is Pro perfume intense with cardamom, iris and sandal and sounds like this pistachio, lol🤣🤣. Run, this is finished almost... 8 pound

Seconding the last reply, AI just makes the product look cheap, and cheap is definitely not what I'd be going for after I paid 160 euros for a fragrance. Hard pass.

This is a very generic woody aquatic citrus scent with the faintest hint of milk and pistachio. It’s nothing special and doesn’t wear very nicely on my skin.
