Kepler-51D

I picked this up at ScentXplore '24 in Nashville much earlier in the year. Upon first spray I was hooked by the passionfruit note. It reeled me in and the cotton candy gave it a fluffiness and the heliotrope provides the powdery effect that I adore. I don't get specific peach or pineapple notes, rather just a general fruitiness about the fragrance. I don't get leather either, but the caramel, while sweet, provides some grounding to it. I waited around until the final hours of the last day of expo to buy the tester bottle (it was still new and not in distribution yet at the time). So glad I did. I really like this house. At the NY expo a few weeks ago I also picked up Venus. And it's also fantastic to my nose!

Strong leather a very strong leather with fruit a fruitpunch to say it right, also femenine leaning and cotton candy like. 🍬 it you into all that then this is for you. I my self pass in this because of how fem it does lean. Great for spring and fall.

This was one of my favorites from ScentXplore '24 and it does remind me quite a bit of ROJA Aoud Extraordinaire, which I am tested right now side by side with Kepler. They do share a lot of notes. Roja comes off more (smooth) fruity-forward. Where Kepler has that leather note that keeps this from being completely gourmand/fruity-floral feeling. You have to be ok with a leather note, but over all it is pretty smooth - cotton candy leather. Interesting, but I don't think it's FBW for me and my collection. Btw the passion fruit is not too much for me at all and I typically have a difficult time with that note. But here it is blended well with the other notes and doesn't jump out at me.

Nice fragrance just not for me. I smell a lot of passion fruit which is a note I struggle with but if you enjoy it then you’ll like this fragrance. I smell the cotton candy here as well. This is strong, only needs a few sprays. Unisex leaning fem.
