L'Air du Temps À Paris Chez Antoinette Poisson Edition Limitee 2022

I am new to the fragrance world and will admit to blind buying this one just because I loved the bottle and I am overjoyed I did. It’s the perfect scent for me and I needed this one in my collection. It reminds me soooo much of my grandmother. That is high praise. My grandmother was the classiest lady ever, who dressed and presented herself with grace, charm and put together panache, always. I aspire to her level of elegance, and this is that—a lovely, feminine, slightly vintage, fresh and utterly beautiful fragrance. I never thought I’d find one that smelled like her, but this one definitely elicits a visceral response and brings her back. ❤️

06. April 2022 Yesterday by chance i discovered last year edition (yellow one) in one of the stores at discount shelf and was mesmerized by it ́s beauty, so today i went and bought all of the remaining bottles. At the same time i have discovered that the new edition (blue pattern) is already available in stores as well. The bottle is just as amazingly beautiful as the yellow one (in general the original LADT bottle is one of the most beautiful ones out there). The scent has again nothing to do with my beloved original classic, but i also do not mind it. I would never have guessed looking at the notes that this one smells like a linden tree, when it is in a full bloom and smells like a bitter honey. AMAZING! I was instantly transferred into summer, even though the winter has not gone here yet and we have snow and night freeze but this scent is just amazing. It reminded me of a much more intense version of Jo Malone ́s "French lime blossom" or even more honeyed version of "Tilleuil" by D ́orsay which i also love very much. Nina Ricci smells amazing and sillage is nice as well as lasting power (about 5 hrs on my skin). Now i need this one as well. Just amazing!

Just tried this today and it's a beautiful fragrance, albeit quite different to the original l'air du temps. While the top notes are citrusy in a "holiday in Northern Italy" kind of way it develops into something far more sweet, you definitely get those base notes of honey and tonka bean (at least on my skin). The honey-ish notes remind me of the "Honey I Washed the Kids" soap by Lush, only less sweet and more subtle. There is also a very subtle muskiness which gives the perfume a very pleasant powdery quality. It reminds me of something my rich aunt would definitely wear with cashmere beige loungewear and a glass of dry white wine in her hand. One can dream...

It won’t shock anyone to learn that I searched this perfume out, and paid up, just for the bottle. (It’s not for sale in the country where I live, so I bought this from someone who brought it back with them from France.) The scent is lovely too; a creamy and sweet citrus blend that falls far short of cloying. There is a green top note that hangs on into the dry-down; however, this is definitely a gourmand. I find it a bit light and fleeting for Winter, but the fresh orange lifts my mood, so I’m wearing it layered with Nest’s Seville Orange perfume oil. I will update my review once the warmer weather reaches my home.

Yeyy I found a 50ml of this second hand. Still in the plastic wrap. I am super happy I got my hands on it! I always wanted to have the iconic l'air du temps bottle for historical sace and this limited edition is SO pretty to look at I woulden't minde the scent much. But its actualy realy beautyfull! Miles away from the OG, but creamy yellow flowers with neroli. Love it!

This version is better than the original, but I still find it average. (To be honest, I really dislike the original). It is an old fashioned sweet floral. Like a sweet little old lady; nothing sexy or fresh.

Very pretty, VERY musky floral. If clean white musks aren't your thing, I'd stay far away from this one. I can barely detect any citrus in it, on my skin this is straight up white musk over indistinct florals. It's elegant, classy and, while not really what I'd call retro, it's certainly not trendy as it reminds me of the clean musky florals that were all the rage in the nineties. Suitable for springtime and office friendly, as long as you don't overspray. The bottle is quite nice, but I think it looks a bit better in pictures than IRL.

I have never once bought a bottle of perfume for its beautiful bottle... I may make an exception now. I mean look at that ?! It looks like an expensive ornament ! I don’t care at all what the perfume smells like (haven’t tested yet!). I know and love the original but, I may get this just for the ornamental packaging...

The bottle looks fantastic - I think I will buy one - just for the bottle - so original - there's a bottle in the new collection of Dries van Noten which has a similar Delft Blue motiv ( I think that one will be a tick more expensive than this wonderful bottle )

If I ever NEEDED a fragrance I NEED this one! I love L'air du Temps, and have worn it for many years. The notes in this new fragrance, are all the notes I love and seek out in perfumes and here they all are in one beautiful bottle. I WILL have this!

Question...I live in the USA. Where can I find this to purchase? I've Googled it everywhere and I can't find it. I went to the official Nina Ricci website and it said their products weren't available to the US on that site. I NEED that bottle!!

Can you please say a little more about it? I'd very much like to know what it feels like. I know the original, of course, which I love, but not this one.

Does anyone know how to get hands on this beautiful bottle in the USA?
