Infinito

Wow! Spicey, wood and very green. I perhaps have slightly masculine taste in fragrance but I think this is unisex. I get the cypress, woods, incense, vetiver and oakmoss. The geranium accents all these notes. It underlines and enhances. I dont really get many notes really coming to the fore along most of the timeline. The opening is definitely cypress and wood dominant and then with time the incense intensifies but those are the only changes on my skin. I'm happy to share with the oh. Good longevity and moderate spillage in this cool environment. I suspect it would be quite intense in the generally warm Italian climate.

I didn’t like the first 10 minutes, which can best be described as a soapy, wooded forest. Then Infinito turns less masculine, when bergamot and geranium soften the composition. I still feel like I’m outdoors—with a campfire burning off in the distance (incense note?)—but I’m clean and the surrounding air has a dry, aromatic quality. I think the interesting note here is the addition of incense, which makes this forest scent feel meditative. There’s no denying Infinito leans masculine, but I still like it. More natural than synthetic, with above average performance. If I could only talk my husband into wearing scent.

Classic Fougère fragrance, bitter and formal. Very stylish, fragrant and lovely, suitable for four seasons. Top notes of pine, oak moss, incense and cedar wood. Somewhat similar to the legendary Floris 1962 but with less soapiness for me.

This one might be marketed as unisex but, in my opinion, is predominantly male. Deliciously green, Infinito is an aromatic-fougère, in which the concept of infinite clashes with the artists, writers, etc. A true philosophical voyage! According to the manufacturer, the official notes are bergamot, incense, and Ginger, on top; Cedar, Tuscany Cypress, geranium, and oakmoss, in the middle; Sandalwood, patchouli, white musk, and vetiver, at the base. The result is intense and classic. Makes our mind identifies with another classic of the perfumery, before having suffered some reformulations: Azzaro Pour Homme. The style is similar since they share several notes in their compositions. Now, imagine this in Eau de Parfum concentration? Infinito is, as the name says, a classic without limits.

I ordered a sample from this by looking at the ingredient list and the rate (4.29 out of 25 votes) and it was a complete disappointment.None of the listed ingredients are there.Not a single one of them. It's slightly differentiating from grand daddy's 100 year old 100% pure lemon cologne to daddy's 50 year old 100%pure lemon cologne.Through the drydown (1 hour tops on skin, may be 2 hours on textile) some very faint powderish hazes are added from distance and that's it. I swear that's all there is.Extremeley poor in longevity and zero sillage. This cannot make it to a niche parfum at all, nott even to a simple designer fragrance, could perhaps be compared to a simple make up flavour.Absolute shame
