When I tried Noteworthy, I was expecting that my favorite scents would be gourmand or vanilla-oriented. However, this was by far my favorite in the sample pack and I pulled the trigger to buy the full size. This perfume smells so fresh and very classy. To me, I smell the citrus the strongest and it reminds me of a fresh tangerine or clementine. It's strong, but not overpowering. This is a great scent for those wanting something more gender-neutral; if you prefer traditionally feminine scents, it may not be for you. I also think this fragrance works particularly well as a Spring scent, so I haven't worn it much in fall/winter.

Earthy, Aromatic Woods, Fresh Smells like walking through a mountain forest, while holding a bouquet of fresh herbs, as you approach a lake lined by lavender. This scent makes me feel cozy yet adventurous, like a cabin dweller. I put this on as my daily go to or when it matches my cozy yet adventurous mood for the day. The sillage and stay power is about average for me, about 8 hours.

Got this one out of my noteworthy sampler and loved it. It's unisex and fairly strong, noticeable at arm's length after a couple hours. Quickly bought a full bottle as my every day scent. Very wearable and pleasant.

Noteworthy has a special place in my heart as their sampler was my introduction into the world of fragrance, over a year ago now. From my sample pack, this was my favorite and I got the travel spray pairing. The fragrance from spray smells totally different applied directly to skin. I personally prefer it directly to skin, so I decanted it into a roll on and the description that follows is my impression of it applied directly to skin. To my nose, a warm fruity blood orange opening that blends with bright and smoky pink pepper and dries into almost dusty and spicy lavender and woods. The citrus lasts basically throughout when applied in this way, and as the juicy blood orange is my favorite part I prefer this. Atomized through a spray, the opening becomes a lot less warm, more of a cool citrus and the citrus dies off MUCH sooner. It is also sharper, muskier, and more marine. It definitely is stronger with better sillage when sprayed, but only for the first hour or so and its pretty overpowering at first before dying back somewhat abruptly. In terms of longevity, I generally get around 4 or 5 hours regardless of delivery method. For the price, admittedly not great. Will I repurchase when I run out? Not yet sure! I have yet to find a similar scent that I like well enough to replace it with, I just wish it lasted longer. Maybe for nostalgia's sake!

Green. Marine and fresh notes, though not present in those listed, shimmer; and the lavender and patchouli play nice. The geranium is soft and this does indeed smell like aftershave. It leans masculine on the unisex spectrum. But it's fresh and vibrant, not heavy or musky. A beautiful balance, and would be a great anytime fragrance. On my skin, the aftershave freshness quickly gives way to popping orange and vibrant lavender. Strangely, the citrusy elements linger longest on me. It wears smooth and bright. Even the patchouli, a note I have a love/hate relationship with, doesn't offend. But a bit strong for me, and not quite the natural citrus pop I prefer.

I don’t mind a more masculine scent but this reminded me of aftershave or something I would picture a mature man (40/50s+) wearing. This pulled very citrus forward on my skin to the point where I would have to really concentrate to find the lavender and patchouli notes which I really liked in this and wished they were stronger. This would be a really nice daytime scent that’s light and refreshing but I didn’t find it to be groundbreaking or especially unique. It lasted quite a long time on my skin though (I showered, did two sprays on my wrist and let it dry down without rubbing it, and went to bed and when I woke up 8+ hours later is was still fairly strong).

I like this the same way I like an old aftershave. Warmly spiced, aquatic, fresh, vaguely woody with a sprinkle of herby florals. Don't have much to say about this one. It's very well blended. Sharp and clean. For a perfume with a weighty price tag I'm not sure I get the appeal. There are a dozen aftershaves or classic deodorants that have a nearly identical profile and that'll surely last longer. It's very pleasant don't get me wrong. But a full bottle buy? Not sure it's worthy.

First impression: Clean, yes to the shaving cream comparison others brought up. Shaving cream And, though. The oranges and lavender add a little something. However, Noteworthy has me stuck at the office- you want to smell nice, but not catch attention. Unassuming. If you're into that, check it out, but also check out the hundreds of other perfumes that smell equally as nice (or better) that are not $120+...

This scent is decidedly unisex with the patch / sandalwood / cedarwood backbone giving a masculine-leaning backbone. The citrus and lavender are clean and not very sweet. Herbs and geranium play backup. Sadly, this disappears on my skin quite quickly. What lingers is pleasant, but isn't quite unique enough to make me desire a full bottle.

Smells a lot like classic shaving cream in a can! A general masculine cologne scent that is well-blended and not at all "cheap" smelling. Familiar, fresh, and well-rounded without sharp edges. It pulls just a hair juicy and sweet from the orange citrus notes.
