Lost + Found

Uhhh... yeah, wow, I REALLY think a few scent profile bars here are upside down. Despite what the profile says here, do not be expecting a sweet frag! This ain’t that! Being quite solidly unisex (imo), it’s curious to me that fragrantica lists “sweet” as the most prominent bar in the fragrance profile. It should be right above the vanilla.“Sweet” is most definitely NOT prominent here, and it is not the first note you’ll notice. This is a very tart/peppery/woodsy/resinous fragrance with a HINT of sweetness. It’s the lemon, pink pepper, and rhubarb that hit first, quickly followed by the raspberry, jasmine, cedar and amber. The sugar is one of the last scents to float up, but it remains folded snugly within the woodsy resin of the base notes. So... sure, ok, yeah, there is some sweetness (pink sugar), but you have to wait until the latter stages of the dry down before it’s noticeable. And when it finally is, it’s subtle. This is why the profile given here doesn’t make much sense within the context of what I’m smelling. To me, this smells like sitting in front of a wood stove snuggled up in a soft blanket that’s been stored in a cedar chest all summer, waiting for the first frost of autumn. I bury my nose in it, and underneath the spice and resin of cedar I smell the vague remains of a citric scent I was wearing the last time I slept in it. Lost And Found is the very soul of the word “cozy”, but the pepper and fruit give it a warm sparkle. It’s coziness...but with a touch of anticipation. It’s an olfactory portrait of a cabin in a serene autumn alpine woods sparked by fiery aspens. It takes me back to my youth in the high desert mountains of the American southwest. It’s September 22nd, the autumn equinox in Northern New Mexico, the end of the Aztec calendar year. Old Man Gloom burns to his death, taking with him all our troubles of the previous year...it’s warm right now, but the spice of roasting green chilies tingles my nose upon a slightly cooler breeze that promises a future dusting of the season’s first dry and crystalline snow. This is autumn magic in a bottle for me. —But for the price of it ($85 for 50ml), I SO wish it lasted longer! It only lasts on my skin for about 3 hours, and that’s with applying a fragrance fixative before spraying. Edit: they finally offer a solid in all of their scents now, and I’m thrilled to report that wearing the solid with the juice, I now smell great for almost 6 hours!

I love love love it. First lemon/citrus/sweet/aquatic scent I love 💕 I bought the discovery set and then I went back the next day to buy the full size do this one so far. It’s a bit masculine and feminine!! Love it! Almost gives me Versace bright crystal and Versace yellow diamond had a baby, this is it. Oh god nothing my collection that smells like this. So far it’s a wonderful summer scent! And it does last on my skin for 4 hours + sir far and even more. Doing the overnight test so I will update! UPDATE: Yup, long lasting skin scent, some that will have people who have access to your neck or hugs obsessed and crave this scent. I love it. 10/10. It’s sweet, salty, peppery, almost floral but fruity scent. Oh god I love it. Pairs VERY VERY WELL with Cthe new Citrus Nody care line from B&BW!! That’s my summer scent at the moment!! Very citrusy, fresh, light, long lasting and different!! Tbh as I’m writing this I smell like I have a really fancy gel/hairspray on. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS COMBO!!

This is such an interesting scent. I tried the solid perfume version on in the store. When I first smelled it, it was very woody and citrusy, but after about 15 minutes, this sweet, warm amber smell came out. I loved it and immediately circled back to the shelf to grab a bottle. When I got it home and tried out the spray version, the initial sprayed scent was the same - aromatic, woody, citrusy, but in the dry down, all of a sudden this sweet, bright raspberry note came out! And it was much less ambery than the solid version had been. Still lovely though, more refreshing and bright. Good for a really hot day spent outdoors, and awesome longevity. I think I want to get the solid perfume version and layer the solid with the EDP. Yum. Edit: after several wears, I feel like the opening gives almost a fresh sandalwood vibe, even though there’s no sandalwood note. The combo of citrus, rhubarb, and cedar, maybe.

Love this perfume its so unique to me and on my skin personally. I get so many compliments on this one and people always tell me they smell it before i enter the room. I honestly get an ambroxan smell from this perfume (even though there is no note for ambroxan so it may or may not have ambroxan in it) which might just be a combination of smells but i love it and I love to layer it with ambroxan. I honestly don't understand the hate its super good and individual and a great price point for the largest size. It is a little reminiscent of angel nova but i think it leans more unisex. I work at a bar and this is my favorite perfume to wear to work because of the citrus notes. great casual daytime perfume.

When I first picked this up I thought it was okay, but I quickly became near addicted to smelling this! Now I wear it in my regular rotation. I certainly find it a very sweet and fresh woodsy scent, the lemon and rhubarb tang are prominent but play nicely! Me love

Weird that nobody is mentioning a pickle effect. In Thank You Next? Pickles. In Santal 33? Pickles. Apparently power of suggestion just needs time to trend before people review honestly 🙄 Maybe I'll be the spark that ignites the internet, kickstarting the next hot echo chamber. Well, I'm probably not influential enough. But damn, the opening is pickles. Don't agree? Dill with it. But it gets better, it truly does. As it settles it almost takes on that certain niche-y (yes, I know, people hate "niche" as an adjective, but it fits) papery dryness. The fruit aromachemicals used give off a tartness, closer to rhubarb than anything else, but not exactly so. It's interesting, and I'm actually quite into it. It's very unisex...a tomboyishly appealing characteristic. It smells...sassy. Ultimately it's the push-pull of dry, papers woods and fruity musks that almost smell addictive to the nose. It lasts quite well actually, and these bottles are pretty cool, so I think it's close to worthy of it's price tag (I would wait to purchase until it lowers a little, and some of the novelty hype dissapates). This brand is great, all things considered, and it's nice to try things that don't smell redundant.

Opens bright and sour, then it’s permanently sweet to me. Immediately there’s rhubarb and lemon (and I can catch a bit of the pink pepper, too) but the raspberry and sugar notes almost take over right away. From there, the fragrance is mostly a sort of red fruit smash. Something like muddled raspberries and sliced rhubarb at the bottom of a tall glass, waiting to be topped with soda water and prettied up with a lemon wheel. It’s not quite pink lemonade, but it’s something fruity and pleasant enough for summer. I appreciate that the amber is much more subtle than the sugar in the dry down, it supports the cedar nicely and neither overtake the fragrance. I find it’s fruity and sugary right to the end. While I hesitate to tie it to one particular age group, this smells similar to a lot of the fragrances I remember from high school. It’s a sweet, inoffensive fruity fragrance—nothing too challenging, and probably fine for the workplace or classroom setting.

Upon initial spray it comes across quite sharp, hard to discern the notes right away. You need to give it a minute or so to dry down. Once dried down I get mostly cedar wood, pink pepper, amber, and very lightly lemon. I don’t get any juicy notes with the raspberry, maybe some of the rhubarb if I focus on it. I wouldn’t call this fragrance sweet. It’s definitely unisex. I also think this is better suited for nighttime and cooler weather, not summery at all. The fragrance stays for about 4 hours when I tested it. Overall I like it and would consider using it in a travel spray on occasion during cooler weather, but it’s not special or unique enough to warrant buying a full size.

This review will be my first impressions as I smell this on a test strip for the first time. I do have high hopes for this one because I love fruity scents and I love a rhubarb note. Immediately I get hit with a slightly spicy lemon, with a background of cedar. I don't yet smell jasmine but I can smell the rhubarb slowly coming through. I think the sugar note adds much needed sweetness to combat the tart rhubarb. Based on this opening I have high hopes for the drydown. It seems a little feminine leaning but I prefer fragrances like that. It doesn't wow me though. I think I'll enjoy my sample, but doubt this will end up with a full bottle purchase.

Got a sample in a discovery set. My first time with this house. I really like this one and it's pretty far from my usual world of fragrance. Nice and fresh, but unique and mature. The sweetness is well balanced and the citrus is not sharp. I haven't looked into price on this, but if it's reasonable I'd grab a bottle for a great summer wear. Even reminds me a bit of my summer go to, Encre Noire Sport. Not a ton, but a bit, in that it carries a very accessible nature but still complex and unique at the same time. And I agree with the androgyny of the juice completely. Could see this on anyone.

Appreciated the difference wearing this versus my typical summer Polo Blue style frags. Jasmine on the top, a little feminine but not so much that a man couldn't wear it - subtle and nice. Quickly dried down to a pleasant and subtle cedarwood. Sillage is very weak - I could barely smell it on myself even with xtra sprays. Disappointing for a very nice frag to be so weak.

Remarkably subtle and complex at the same time. I love this as an everyday kind of wear. Very office friendly. It reminds me a lot of the Pomegranate & Red Berries hair and Body spray by The Body Shop, but with slightly more depth up close. I get kind of an incense or saltiness when I try to get a good whiff.

Not bad, smells nice but leans more feminine in my opinion. Longevity is really good, however I ended up giving it to my wife because it seemed more her vibe.

The dry down makes this perfume worth it the wait.

Angel Nova’s sister but with more zest.

Didn’t find any sweetness here. Jasmine, Amber and sugar mentioned in the pyramid didn’t show up. Composition starts with a blast of rhubarb and chemical sour woody note that irritates a lot. Thanks God that note disappears in 15 minutes leaving space for sour raspberry mixed with oud or akigalawood like in Angel Nova. The difference between AN and this perfume is that Lost+found doesn’t sound dirty. Woody note sounds more like pack of fresh printing paper here. And after a while only that paper scent left on the skin. Longevity on my skin is approximately 2-3 hours.

This fragrance has solid projection and sillage. I really enjoy the way the woods blend with the lemon, it smells fresh. It’s definitely a “clean girl” scent, with a nice balance of masculine and feminine elements from the woody and floral notes. That said, I’m sensitive to synthetic base notes, and on my skin it eventually turns screechy and gives me a headache. If you don’t have that sensitivity and love clean, fresh perfumes, this one is worth trying.

It is unique. On skin - I'm getting dry cracked pepper and sun baked dry cracked camping log. Someone mentioned celery stick and I get that. I'm guessing it's from the rhubarb. So basically it's a bloody Mary before adding V8. I had to try hard to find anything sweet. I could see layering fragrances on top of this for sure. For 85 bucks ... Almost maybe worth it? A tea scent might be epic as a layer.

Sweet, floral, fruity, far more feminine than the unisex label would have you believe. Reminiscent (although not as good, imo) as Juicy Couture. It does have a wonderful amber, woody, vanilla dry-down that makes it far more wearable (at least for me), but the top and heart notes especially are a bit too strongly “candied.” 3/5.

A little too much rhubarb for me. It gives it this green / vegetal smell that I don’t like. It’s not sweet at all, I get no raspberry or sugar. Its citrusy peppery rhubarb with a little jasmine. My boyfriend hates it lol. It’s not my favorite from Noyz. 5/10
