Zaad Mondo

Projeta muito bem nos primeiros 30 minutos depois fica bem rente à pele. Eu amo como eh uma fragrância bem fresca, ele abre MUITO bem, eu sinto muito as notas aquáticas e cítricas. Depois que ele seca dá pra sentir melhor as notas mais amadeiradas. É uma fragrância q vai te viciar, o problema é que dura muito pouco. Pelo menos na minha pele e na roupa nunca passou das 5 horas, e de novo, a projeção cai muito. Isso desvaloriza muito o perfume, ainda mais que é um EDP e o preço é mais elevado entre os da boticario.

Zaad Mondo is a typically masculine shower-gel, fresh-out-of-the-shower type of scent. It’s aromatic, slightly sweet, with fresh aquatic notes. It opens fresh and aquatic, then becomes noticeably sweeter over time and moves more into a fruity shower-gel direction with an apple accord. Masculine, clean, fresh, and well-dressed. A pleasant office and everyday fragrance that can always be worn and won’t bother anyone at all. You smell clean and fresh. However, you can’t really pick out individual notes in it—you simply smell fresh out of the shower: a masculine shower-gel scent with an apple accord—aromatic, fresh, aquatic. It always works and never offends. Unfortunately, I have to say the sillage and longevity aren’t good, because the projection drops significantly after just a few minutes. In some cases, Zaad Mondo as an EDP is noticeably weaker than other fresh-aquatic O Boticário fragrances in EDT concentration (Quasar). The scent reminds me a bit of YSL Y EDT, just with much weaker sillage and longevity. Overall, it’s a very nice fresh-sweet fragrance, but unfortunately with poor performance. If the performance were significantly better, I could easily recommend it as a cheaper alternative to YSL Y EDT. Everyone will like it, and it’s absolutely blind-buy safe if you’re looking for a solid office or everyday scent. Very nice scent—just not good performance.

#1255 in my "Tour de Frgarance" This is my first O Boticario "Zaad" EDP, and I'd call it a "Bleu de Chanel" near miss, very much like Afnan's "Historic Olmeda." Both this and the Afnan scent would be right on the money if they added incense. I admit I don't understand intentionally making a 90% dupe, but even though Alhambra's "Bleu de Chance/Maitre de Blue" is more of a match on the notes, it actually doesn't smell as close as this does to BDC. This is good enough that I'll proceed to order and try out the other Zaad scents, after which I'll do the Botica 214s. This scent is a moderate performer, like most blues, and at $65 I'd say it's not wildly overpriced, but it's not a bargain. Though it's a better blue than "Blue de Chance/Maitre de Blue" it's not a better scent than Afnan "Historic Olmeda", which I got for $28, and which despite the low price lists actual "Calabrian bergamot" which we rarely see, even in a scent priced much higher. So my recommendation is if you have BDC or the Afnan, don't bother with this, and if you have neither, get the Afnan. Nice bottle. Magnetic cap. Car pool, elevator and small office safe. Solid business wear. Warm weather. Like with all blues, you'll reapply every 4-5 hours.

Good Fragrance would a signature scent of someone, start off with a citrus-aromatic feel that reminds me to a more woody version of Vers Pour Homme but when it become to evolve you feel the Dylan Blue vibe again more woody, but the dna still there, you can feeling in the air, and will be difficult to differentiate and the poor performance of Dylan blue convert this in a good alternative. Is a daily office scent that you could use in all seasons, a bit mature for that wood base but easy to wear. Projection: 2 hours Duration: 6+ hours Use: Office (Warm weather) Age: 25+ Tpi: Mid age man in everyday work. Alternatives: Is a better option than Dylan Blue for 20 USD in my opinion. However, if u want smell more clean and less woody for 3hrs less of performance go for Dylan Blue. *tpi - type of person i imagine wearing it.

A refreshing and strong composition akin to D&G Light Blue Pour Homme. Good projection at first, but becoming harder to detect at the 2 hour mark. Agree with the green apple note. I can’t stop sniffing my wrist! Mondo should suit any season, as it has a great blend of bright, clean topnotes and rich mids. Perfect for a date at a restaurant. A slightly formal scent - perhaps too involved for day-to-day wear, but a great way to elevate your office life every now and then. Highly recommended if you like the idea of a “green apple” take on Light Blue.
