Busker Nuit

This one is leather, leather, LEATHER. I like the leather note in perfume. In autumn and winter I wear a lot of Cuir Cannage, Roja Dove Fetish, sometimes Bandit or Cuir de Russie. But this is very in your face suede leather with a touch of cassis and blueberry in the opening. Which is a nice touch, don't get me wrong. But I don't get violet or jasmine or vanilla or amber. I do get oakmoss, but the leather is front, center, and in charge. I don't have Bleecker Street, but people describe that one as more of a chypre - more oakmoss heavy than leather heavy. This is a dark S&M gothic leather whip of a scent. So I somehow doubt this is a dupe. Big sillage, strong scent.

This stuff is nasty. Smells like burnt leather. Nothing like bleeker st.

OK I loved Bleecker Street & like RL Purple label. I agree with TatorTaj, out of the box I sprayed 4 times on my wrist, and it smelled like BURNT RUBBER, I felt like I had wasted my money on this Cologne. BUT, 6 mins later the burnt smell was completely gone & all the signs RL purple label hit my nose!!! This does smell like Bleecker street, it is way softer in projection. Making it closer to RL Purple Label. Bleecker fills the room, while this makes a soft bubble. Hopefully it gets stronger over time. There is also a green note in this fragrance that is stronger the green note in Bleecker & Purple Label. I kind of find the green note a little cloying. I would call this a little darker version of Purple label. Edit: its the Thyne that is the strongest note to my nose, giving the green plant vibe.
