Secret Lagoon

Oakcha Secret Lagoon So I had never heard of this brand when one of my close friends (who knows a lot about fragrances), showed me what this brand has to offer. So, I decided to buy this fragrance and another fragrance titled "Gypsy Beats". Going into the unboxing, I just thought they would be ok fragrances, and nothing that really stands out in my collection, but I was kinda proven wrong. First of all, who the hell made this atomizer, because I just feel like it will make the fragrance run out in a short matter of time with how strong it is. Secondly, this fragrance is actually solid. It starts off with an extremely intense lime and bergamot opening, before switching up into a very sweet coconut floral note, before finishing soapy. Very soapy. Overall, not too bad for a black family owned business startup from Austin. I just wish that it would project for a little longer after the extremely citrusy opening. Not too bad, Oakcha, Not Bad. (Side note: The cologne lasts longer on fabric than skin, and the coconut and lime are actually better than Gypsy Beats. Underrated gem.) 8.4/10

Oh my this stuff is great. It smells like lime and coconut absolutely yummy. Summer vacation vibes. I haven’t tested dry down but the top notes are amazing. Edit: dry down is amazing as well. Honestly for 45$ u can’t go wrong just blind buy and see for yourself. This is gonna be abused in the summer Only issue is projection and longevity. Genuinely a fart lasts longer this would be a 10/10 but the Longevity genuinely makes it a 5

A strong sweet lime scent with a hint of coconut! I love it! For me it seems too sweet to be considered unisex but that's my opinion. Besides men can smell sweet and fruity if they want too. Anyway this seems like a very linear tropical lime fragrance like a margarita but with sugar on the rim instead of salt.

Citrus blast on the opening that has a candied undertone. I can detect tiny hints of coconut and florals. The citrus accord carries so strong, that it overtakes other notes. Scent does not develop much over time other than the citrus notes fading. This immediately reminded me of taking Irish Spring soap to a tropical holiday. I also get effervescent lime soda. A soap or product having a scent does not invalidate the scent's legitimacy. It just means that the profile is popular, and has become associated with the product. I cannot attest to the scent match to VIW. I bought this out of curiosity as a way to assess this brand's product quality in terms of performance. While this isn't for me, I am impressed that 3 sprays stayed on me after showering and 10 hours. This is something worth having if the right Oakcha fragrance is sampled beforehand. I will be buying Oakcha again, if they can match the performance. They are usd $40 - $50 on average, so this is a great value for the quality.

I've never smelled VIW so I can't speak to the accuracy of this dupe but it's a great high heat option that is playful, beachy and refreshing. The lime note is perfect....not overly sweet...but definitely still reminiscent of a mojoti or some other citrus forward summer cocktail. Projection and Longevity could be better.

It's an okay dupe and it lasts longer than Creed's VIW. However, they don't smell similar. The lime note is very prominent and does not go away. If VIW smells like a blissful coconut rum cocktail, Secret Lagoon is a happy hour pre-mixed margarita.

Sprayed it on hub. I had to be actually smelling his jacket to catch this fragrance. Doesn't project much. It's nice.
