Kiss My Ass BaseNotes

I purchased a sample of this and I am really enjoying it. Aside from the title's hilarious play on words, this fragrance has no base notes. At all. Only Heart and Top notes are in this fragrance. While wearing Basenotes KMA, I smell green herbs as well as spices, with a slight floral note. Fresh, warm and spicy is the best way that I can describe this. Unless you live in a really hot area, this could be worn year round. I wore this to the office and received quite a few compliments. Angelo Orazio Pregoni did a fantastic job at pulling this one off. 9/10

Spicy Animal Beast... This is my favorite from the Kiss my Ass line, and it is the only one I do own (bottle 7/32). This has been macerating in my shelf for about a year now, and this has evolved quite nicely since I first bought it. I have to say, that to my nose, this is not fresh, by any means. This is a worm aromatic perfume. Herbs and spices (savory, like the ones you may find in Indian food) together with an animalic undertone, are the main players to me. I wouldn’t be surprised if this had real dear-musk... (I got a video of my dog getting completely crazy first time I spayed this on... very funny) Some kind of smoke and a leathery accord can also be found here. Flowers, but not white flowers, it's more like chamapaca or even osmanthus, do compensate somehow the other darker notes. This is full on flavor, complex, with a very natural feeling. You can smell the top quality natural materials used by Angelo in this composition. This is not for everyday wear, but more when you are in the mood to enjoy a more artistic, smelling experience. Presentation is sick. Thick glass bottle, magnetic cup, beautiful methacrylate box, artisan pouch, and a different picture of an ass in the back of every bottle. Originality: very high Scent: 8/10 Performance: high Would I buy it: Yes (check if there are still some bottles left...)

Spices Spices Spices.. First 15 min reminds me of shopping form a spice dealer , and then a floral and woody note slowly takes over given your nose some comfort ( or mine at least ) and the smell becomes smoother . I do appreciate the smell but not something that I would buy, I like the name tho . Would be nice as gift for close friend if it was 50% cheaper. IMO , I'd say this is a winter/fall maybe spring but not a summer fragrance and can be worn day or night. # Tested on skin in cool weather.

Thanks to VMaster and Q80 below for the descriptions. I really do want to sample this because you both make it seem perfect for summer. But I imagine awkward moments: "That's a nice fragrance you're wearing. What's it called?" "Kiss My Ass BaseNotes." "Well same to you b*tch! Sorry I asked."

Sparkling lemon grass juice with some dew and summertime breeze. A mild spicy with more of greens and citrus. That was my impression on a plotter, let's see later when applied on my skin.
