while simplistic - i find this to be very enjoyable. You can clearly see the connection between this scent - and louis vuitton offerings. This - at the most basic level - is a bright, summer citrus. The opening has intrigued me since i first sniffed it. It reminds me of a hot tamale mixed with bright citrus. After about 10 minutes, it becomes a woody-citrus and doubles down on the mass appeal. While i wouldn't qualify this as being unique, i would say it has been my go-to for over a week now - which is something. I think it's probably more traditionally masculine. After quite a few massive disappointments from my blind buying escapades, this was a very nice surprise. Love it! 7/10

This is a summer banger that gets no love. Fresh, citrus, clean in the same vein as LV Imagination at a fraction of the cost. The bonus with Solution No. 2 compared to Imagination is that I don’t smell like everyone else. The projection, sillage, and longevity are on par with Imagination. Worth the hunt to find this underrated gem.

This is so good! It seems like everyone is sleeping on this perfume! It is not super complicated, but just smells really nice! It is definitely a freshie! To me, it smells like Afternoon Swim by Louis Vuitton and Greenly by PDM had a baby! I bought this for my husband and he will be wearing it in the high heat all summer long!!

This reminds me a lot of Tangerine Boy (same perfumer). Juicy, loud citrus. Very orange-y. I love it. Would be great in the heat.

Zingy Tangerine Jelly, lasts and projects surprisingly well for a citrus. Simple, mass appealing and a great summer dumb reach.

Reminiscent of 90’s Calvin Kline ads, structure, androgynous, black and white, artistic, gritty yet refined. A spring day in Boston on Newberry street, refined and hip 30 something’s carelessly sip prosecco, dressed in sharp spring casual that is more hip and academic than stuffy. Nothing is loud or colorful but refined and interesting. Small garden pots line the streets fragrant with flowers. Initially- Parsley, lemon verbena, Meyer lemon zest and bergamot with an interesting slight concrete undertone. Upon hitting the skin - high end dish soap, ISO-E, white floral, and linen. Changes with skin Sits on skin slight soap, lemon verbena, musk, light amber, jasmine and a slight tint of powder and faint background of raspberry, soil, geranium and steel. These accords blend nicely to form that, Citrus, green... pleasing I don’t know smell Unisex, clean, hip but sophisticated. I got this as a travel size. Cynically some might find this akin to Ms. Mayers lemon verbena hand soap or a high end hotel room after a cleaning. Definitely a warm weather fragrance or a hip going out fragrance. Suitable for daily wear. Citrus forward. I’ll be wearing this on days I want to be fresh, clean and slightly mysterious. Would not blind buy. Cool bottle. 7/10

I purchased Solution No.2 after seeing a sample a Neimans. The scent I get the most of is the orange blossom. It's the one scent that I feel dominates the fragrance. It reminds me of walking through the mall and smelling the burning oils at The Body Shop (Tuberose & Orange Blossom). For the price point I think it's a "good buy" 3.3oz is a good amount for that price too. I will admit the biggest selling point FOR ME is the bottle and packaging. It is a HEAVY bottle and the details on the bottle and packaging are great. It's the most "safe" fragrance for sure if you want to purchase any of the 4 scents.

Point by point, heavy bottle, heavy cap. Great presentation. Very much smells like a generic but good, much like a more cost effective tom ford blue or afternoon swim. Compared in price, just as good brand-wise and very pleasing. If it were a bit cheaper, I would recommend for summer. Not bad at all.

If you like the louis vuitton perfumes like afternoon swim pacific chill and on the beach youll love this as it is half the price and smells just like them ofcourse you sacrifice performance and longevity but it is not a major difference

Very pretty fragrance, white floral, citrusy and fresh. Similar to many other perfumes. This scent profile is a well tested recipe for success, albeit there is an evident lack of originality. Still, super pleasant. 8/10

Lovely citrus amber combo. Alas it only lasted about an hour on my skin. Used it at the gym and it certainly stood out amongst the BCR540 others were wearing.

Both this, and Tangerine Boy by Phlur, were created by the same perfumer, and they smell *almost* identical, but they’re aiming for different demographics and purposes using the same scent profile. Tangerine Boy is as close to a tangerine juice scent as you can get. It’s very sweet, syrupy, and lively in a way that is youthful and energetic. It was popular for a moment, but I think whatever hype it had went away quite quickly after the novelty of wearing a realistic tangerine juice as a fragrance wore off. Very tangerine, and then through the mid and dry down, very ambery. I can imagine bees and wasps clinging to you in the summer, that’s how much like spilled tangerine soda it wears like. Solution No. 2 smells almost exactly the same, except instead of aiming for tangerine juice, this is more of a soapy tangerine body wash. This isn’t a freshie - it’s dense, thick, and retains a lot of the ambery and juicy nature of Tangerine Boy, but the added petitgrain, orange blossom and jasmine give it a floral, clean, soapy touch that is completely absent from the Phlur fragrance. So yes, it is a bright, spring and summer fragrance, but it doesn’t have a watery, diffuse, airy vibe of the cooling freshies that dominate the market. Both are thick, heavy, and dominating fragrances. Not in terms of strength (neither are beastly projectors), but in terms of presence - they want you and those around you to know they’re there, and they wear heavy in a way that many won’t like. Like the review below said, this was and is available for a remarkable discount (I believe all Off White items in several categories are slashed in price because the company is in financial trouble) and that’s the only reason I have it. At full retail, this is not worth the price. At all. And even at the discounted price, it still isn’t great. This didn’t feel like I got it for a steal and I’ll buy a backup, it felt more like I got a chance to try it for a great price and I might as well just keep it. And the bottle/presentation is really, really great. Maybe the main reason, after the price, for keeping it. Overall, it lacks refinement and a soft touch. If somebody took this exact scent and found a way to make it sparkly, fizzy or watery, instead of dense and fog-like in the way this is, it might actually be pretty good. But in their current states, both this and Tangerine Boy are just “OK”. Overpriced, heavy, and if sprayed just *one* time too many, kind of annoying and nauseating.

Got this from a discounter for ~25£. Blind buy and my first Edp that I own for myself. It’s an instant hit of citrus and floral to me. The floral smell can get a bit much on first couple try-ons, but it mixes quite well with the citrus and I think it’s a lovely orange fragrance overall. Smells exactly like mandarin and orange blossom. Not very good performance, smells nice and projects a bit on first spray but quickly disappears in sillage. But to be honest I sometimes get some lengthier performance, so it may be inconsistent. When it becomes a skin scent it is really quite nice, eventually that vetiver base comes out- albeit quite weak. If you can pick it up for a good price, I recommend it as it’s easy to wear, pleasant and a nice smell if citrus and floral is your thing. I would say it’s definitely unisex too.

This has a strong waxy spiciness on my skin its a very heavy scent for a 'freshie', some nice citrus and vintage soapy feel too but the ginger and neroli cut through at the heart cloaked by petitgrain and made quite dark and dense which borders on nauseating and unpleasant if smelled up close. Definitely an old school amalfi/sicilian vibe, fresh-ish but with some bite and staying power. Likeable for some, reminds me of something my mum used to wear. In the air its a bit more balanced, not just a one dimensional neroli citrus bomb.

Very flowery to me. Feels like this is strong on the jasmine with citrus taking a backseat. A nice easy choice for things like the gym but nothing special and there are plenty of other fragrances doing the same thing. Lasts a long while on me though, good longevity for a freshy.

So to my jaded, 40 something head Off White is some ludicrous kinda ‘street wear’ designer brand, £1000 for a ripped T-Shirt? Fuck off! Yano that kinda shit. Actually I do quite like the trainers they are pretty cool but a little out of my budget, anyway they’ve had a crack at some fragrances and I read another review on one of the other ‘solution’s the other day and it basically said they’d gone as safe and mainstream as possible with the initial handful of releases in this line and although I’ve only tried this and No.1 I’m inclined to believe that. So No.2 was described to me as ‘Tangerine jelly’ by a friend and that’s not a bad description of I’m honest. Certainly the top note is a kinda mandarin into a neo Eau de Cologne type vibe, more futuristic than 4711 and simultaneously more interesting than a Mugler cologne but you get the picture it’s a white floral heart to this fragrance. That’s not the entire story though because lurking is an earthy, rooty, spicy woody note. It’s not quite the cumin of Fleur de Oranger by Serge Lutens nor is it the mate or hay from Malle/JCE’s Bigarade concentree but it’s reminiscent of both and worth the comparison if fleeting. It’s a light spicing, dry woody AC’s more sparkling like a Declaration, another reference. I got mine for 27 quid which is a great price and worth my while, at top whack? (£135) not so much but still not horrendous, you’re getting something mainstream though. These bottles are cool and the stopper really is that heavyweight valve in keeping with the whole, Crystal Maze Industrial zone vibe and I’m here for it TBF! All in all I liked it, a successful blind buy which even had a few compliments bestowed upon it.

A pleasant citrus fragrance, but nothing extraordinary or that you haven't smelled before. I personally get a lot of the flowery side right from the get-go (mostly the jasmine and a hint of orange blossom) as well as the bergamot, which makes for a unisex scent. It then ends on a pleasant musky note (no woods at all as far as I am concerned). Longevity is okay, about 5 hours. Once again, as is the case with this type of new releases, you pay for the bottle design (which is quite rad I must admit) and for the brand. But for the ingredients alone this is not worth the € 165 price tag.

If u like Louis Vuitton perfumes and u were expecting a similar quality from that house’s Creative Director, the late great Virgil Abloh, u will be extremely disappointed. These perfumes could’ve been made by Old Navy! I would say Zara, but many Zara fragrances I’ve tried were better than this. I wish brands did proper research before launching perfumes! Or at least hire a consultant who knows their sh!t. Ahem...If u can’t tell the difference between a well made fragrance and a cheap, money grab scent, don’t create a perfume brand!!! Us perfume lovers beg you!

Very nice. The citrus, fresh scent bright and light to begin with then the lavender pokes through then settles into the amber, cedar with the fresh citrus gently lingering. Good performance too, required a slight overspray in the morning but still very noticeable into the evening after being out all day. Great scent.
