Oh my gawd, are you kidding me? This stuff is amazing. How utterly artful. It smells like modernised pure Guerlinade with skin musk and warmth. An intimate tear-jerker, and just fantastic. I've rarely smelled iris better. It warms and dances on the skin like candlelight on a wall.

Love the concept of this, but the execution is just a little left of centre for me. It is without doubt a skin scent, but on me it wear alot colder and more mineral for some of the better known favourites ie. You or Missing Person. It is a perfect layering scent and it does give slightly flat scents lift, I would have just preferred a slightly warmer leaning base, I think.

Seems I'm the first one to review this... Opening is beautiful: ambrette and iris, it slightly reminds me or Dior Homme EDP. But then sadly Ambroxan joins in. It is done with a light touch, but it's still there, that sour tinge destroying everything in its path. Wish this was not the case, because I like the principal idea of a primer that works with all the other perfumes in the line.

I already have Gourmand from Olfactive O (which I very much enjoy) and wanted to discover more of their scents. I bought a sample of Skin as I was intrigued by the description and concept. Unfortunately I just cannot get on with it, to me it smells of burnt plastic and raisins. My partner reported the same issue when he tried it. Such a shame.
