Our Moment

I remember when this was first released me and all my friends going in the shops literally dousing ourselves in the testers of this. The whole advertisements and campaigns for this had the boys faces everywhere and the perfume sold like hot cakes. I loved the ad where the boys had all the individual notes of the perfumes while ‘favourite things’ was playing. Over the years I’ve gone through about 5 100ml bottles of this as it’s just such a nice fresh everyday perfume, carefree and you don’t have to think to much about wearing this. It starts out with a blast of summer berries and grapefruit and then the berries tone down but stay with you for the rest of the ride. The creamy flowers come through it’s a light frangipani and jasmine so soft and sweet. The base is a very faint sweet patchouli and a pink sugary musk. The lasting power is about 6 hours and it projects quite well, people seem to ask when I’m wearing this what it is. I don’t get the comparisons to Ariana’s Ari as that is heavy on the powder and artificial marshmallow which can be a bit much at times. All in all this a affordable fresh and sweet perfume. I know the older generations might not appreciate this but when this first came out everyone in my school was wearing this lol.

When this came out I was a child a friend got this perfume as a gift. It was one of the first scents that opened my eyes to fragrance and made me go WOW smells like that can exist😱😂. Therefore it does have some sentimental value for me as one I’d smell again and again whenever I was at her house. But I was able to get my hands on it again and it’s so fun for the nostalgia of it. When I first bought Ari, my first reaction to that fragrance was ‘oh wow, it reminds me of that one direction perfume from years ago’ which is why I went on the hunt to get my hands on this one for myself. It’s fun, it’s girly, but I wouldn’t call it generic. Sure the scent profile is, but the individual scent is not one I’d smelt again before Ari and is not one I’ve been able to smell again since (bar Ari again). If you can get this for an affordable price, I would because it’s so fun and nostalgic and a joy to smell every time I’m in my collection 😁

i dont understand why this perfume has so many negative reviews! it's brilliant! however i do believe it is one of those perfumes that takes time to grow on you. at first i liked it. i liked it enough to buy it actually but once i began to wear it more and more i fell head over heals for it! the bottle is beautiful and the scent isnt too strong or too weak. i dont see why people think it's extremely sweet. yes it is sweet but not as sweet as perumes like someday by jb, pink sugar, or really any of britney spears' perfumes. i have a feeling more people are judging it based on who it is by and not what it actually smells like. anyway i think it smells beautiful and i always feel so great when i wear this. if the boys make any more perfumes i cant wait to try them out but for now this one is absolutely a hit in my books

When I saw this fragrance and notes at first (as a huge fan of them), I expected a really fruity, very yummy scent in a sweet way, and "lots-of-flavor" frag from them. But when my classmate brought this one last week, I only smelled berries,freesia,musk (musk was like so intense), and a hint of caramel in it. The patchouli was there and it was great but,after spraying it, it fades away instantly. I thought it will be added to my fave fragrances list, but I'm between love and like because I never stopped sniffing it after spraying. For the bottle, so pretty! the asymmetrical edges with some princess aura on it made me still want it for some reasons. :) P.S. I don't smell any of the grapefruit and woods and Our Moment is just a simple fragrance that you could use everyday. That's all.

This is the perfect "sweater weather" scent. I usually wear it on cloudy/overcast days or just chilly days where you want to stay wrapped up in a blanket all day. The bottle is so cute too. Smell wise, it's very nice. It smells like rose petals and sugar and vanilla and its sweet flowery.it is also one of the most musky scents I've ever smelled. I'm not even sure if there's musk in this lol. Its a very girly playful scent but can be classy. 10/10 from me! Also the videos the boys put out for this fragrance (they can be found by the pictures of the fragrance at the top) are very cute and it advertises the fragrance perfectly! It's very sweet but not too sweet, and is also shy and subtle, you don't have to worry about it being all in your face offensive. Great job boys!

I found Our Moment to be very soft and girly, the smell is faint and doesn't really last particularly long but it's pleasant and unoffending. It's quite sharp when you first spray it but after a few minutes settles into a beautiful, almost powdery smell that's a mix of berries and woods with the faintest citrus note. I'll probably use this as an everyday perfume for work though I'm a little disappointed that the smell didn't last as long as Britney's Fantasy. The bottle is cute and whimsical though I found the lid needs to be wiggled to get it back on properly. It's aimed at a young demographic of fans but also older girls who like cute things At 26 I'm not a fan of one direction though I do like the occasional song, but I do like this perfume.

It's crazy this perfume has so many negative reviews due to longevity because it last forever on me. I think it's one of those scents that you can't smell on yourself but other people can because I always get compliments when I where it. Honesty, I think anything with patchouli is pretty long lasting. Anyway I am 30 and I would call this my signature and kit be ashamed I prefer LVEB but I usually get a full tester of this online because if you constantly re order you have a extra lid or two lying around, plus when I get new bottled I morally have to spray a couple times then let it sit a week and go back to it seems to make it better for some reason. I originally fell in love with this perfume in the winter but it works well in summer too.

I think people are way to judgmental because of the fact that it is One Direction.If people didn't know it was from them I feel the polls might be slightly less biased. I like the perfume. Its refreshing and its not overbearing. I went in to smell it thinking it would be bad because it was from One Direction and was actually shocked to like it. So I bought it. It lasts all day while at work and its not too much to where people around me are overwhelmed. Yes it is sweet so if you are not into the sweeter scents this probably isn't for you. I personally like the sweet/fruity/citrus scents over flower or musky smells. So this was perfect for me. I'd defiantly buy another bottle in the future.

My first perfume! I wish I could wear this again and relive those carefree days. I remember feeling so grown up wearing this, all of my friend’s at school getting the same gift set for Christmas that year. We were just girls. I know I still have a bottle of this somewhere, I wish I knew where. I remember it being floral and fruity, a more juvenile version of Miss Dior Parfum. Maybe that’s why Miss Dior Parfum is my favourite perfume now as an adult. My memories of this perfume become more bittersweet as the years go on, especially now with the death of Liam, those carefree days when this scent flooded the school corridors and classrooms are long gone.

Not a huge fan of One Direction, but don't have anything against them either. When this fragrance first came out it received so much hype (as expected), and I of course thought it wouldn't be worth it. But today I was at Sephora just browsing scents when I saw the huge 1D display that couldn't be missed if you had your eyes closed. So of course wanting to prove myself right, I smelt it, figuring I wouldn't like it. But I was extremely surprised when I got very creamy floral notes and sweet sugary notes. This perfume is heavenly! As embarrassing as it was I picked myself up a bottle and haven't been able to stop sniffing it since! Definitely recommend!

I have to laugh at people who give negative reviews on this fragrance simply because "they are not a fan of boy bands." I am here to say that this is one of the most beautiful perfumes I have ever owned. I am constantly receiving compliments from men AND women when I wear this out, whether in public, or at work.. ect. It's happy, floral, and sweet. When I'm wearing Our Moment, co-workers are always telling me "You always smell wonderful." Not to mention the bottle is gorgeous. I am in my twenties and I happily call this my signature scent. This will always have a place in my collection. Well done, One Direction. 10/10

This would probably surprise a lot of people by how good it smells. Sure it doesn’t reinvent the wheel but it’s really good and has an addictive quality about it. To me it smell extremely similar to Ari so if you want a kick of nostalgia for this fragrance and can’t get your hands on this, get Ari and you’ll probably be satisfied. It’s one of those scents I find hard to describe but this is one of my first scent memories, just being amazed by how something could smell so incredible. Don’t overpay for this when you can get Ari, but I’d love to smell it again... it’s so so good😋

So I love one direction, but putting my bias aside for a moment, I have to say I was the tiniest bit let down by this fragrance. I like it, I do, it smells nice, but I guess the commercial just made it look so much nicer than it was. I had wished that it was a little sweeter I think, I got more of a sour musky with berries vibe from it. I was hoping it was gonna be a little more sweet berries. Again, good fragrance, love the boys with all my heart, but I was a little bit let down, I hope they make another, better smelling one :(

Growing up this perfume was perfect, fruity and sweet without being too juvenille. I wouldn't repurchase as I have found scents similar and this has been discontinued but every once while it was nice to spray on a pillow or something just for the nostalgia. Unfortunately the bottles that are still out there are all getting close to being expired and after spritzing mine last night it's definitely time to part ways with this scent

I am a HUGE One Direction fan and to be honest, I wasn't at all looking forward to the release of this perfume. I thought it would just be another chance to advertise and get publicity. But, I was pleasantly surprised when I saw it in the stores and tested it. This perfume is lovely, light and floral. Perfect to wear in summer during the day. Well done boys, you've really surprised me with this amazing scent :)

This smell is the essence of high school. I remember being able to recognize it on some of my friends and asking them if they were wearing Our Time lol. Love this scent and went through a whole bottle of it! Will probably buy again in the distant future, and I think that this could also be a good gift! I would recommend this to anyone who loves sickly sweetness with vanilla and a little almond like me.

I found that Our Moment by One Direction was VERY fun and girly to wear!! I love the sweet fruitiness smell of it and the adorable bottle. I love this and I can't believe that someone said that this smells cheap. I don't think so at all. It's fun, cute, girly, fruity. It's just what I like. It's not overpowering and lasts long. It's vey light and subtle.

This is the only perfume that I have purchased again and again. It’s been in my collection from the time it was released and remains one of my favourite scents. Wearing it now brings bittersweet feelings, reminiscing those special years of my life from 2010-2015, all while missing Liam. This is my holy water that I will forever love and cherish.

this has such a lovely fruity smell to it!! very sweet, but not overwhelming either. i dont wear this too often because its discontinued and i know i can never find it again :( but everytime i wear this, it lasts super long! i remember still being able to smell the perfume on my skin and clothes after being outside in the heat for 10 hours

Can't figure out why anyone who enjoys perfume would find this offensive. Perhaps the negative reviews imply, "I don't like the celebrity so I refuse to support any product they produce!". If the combination of powdery, fruity, and floral is to your taste; you'll find this fragrance to be heavenly.
